They are currently repairing a minor fender bender my wife was involved in (other parties fault) so we will see how they do here in the next couple of weeks but for now, we ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say 5 stars!!!Update We got our car back today and these guys did amazing work!!! I m not body expert by far but I do have an eye for detail and I m quite picky with my work as well as others and I can honestly say that I m impressed with the process, staff and quality of work from beginning to end. They even did an excellent job detailing our car!!! Their business model appears to be solid and sound. Unique Collision should be very proud of theirs workers and the business as a whole. From this point on their work will be my standard. Our family appreciates everything y all did!!!

Where to start Staff was VERY friendly and welcoming when dropping off my vehicle for body work after accident. Nice shop worker even offered me a ride to Enterprise to get my rental since I had to order an Uber to the car rental placeVERY fast. Took a total of 7 days from drop off to pickup, even stayed a little after closing time for me since I work so far away.Car looks immaculate. They even detailed my car inside and out and looks, dare I say, even better than how I received it from the dealership when I got it new. They also allow you to leave your Enterprise rental there and they will drop it off for you.My vehicle doesn t even look like it was in an accident. I will be coming here for any future body work for any of my vehicles through insurance or not. I highly recommend this location. Thank you again Unique Collision for your stunning work!

Unique Collision were wonderful to work with. They took a time that could have been stressful (damaged vehicle) and made it painless. They communicated every step of the way. They were able to repair my vehicle quicker than I ever expected and it looks amazing! They were a delight to deal with during a challenging situation!

The team at Unique Collision took very good care of me and my car!Not only did they get my car repair done in less than 2 days, which was much faster than I was expecting, they also (to my pleasant surprise) cleaned the interior of my car and waxed the outside.I was very happy with the service I received, and Robert is a very attentive manager to his customers!

We couldn t be happier with the service provided by Unique collision. The staff was friendly and helpful, the repair happened so quickly, it was almost like we d never dropped her off, the prices were so reasonable, the work itself is immaculate. Hopefully, we won t need them again, but if we do, it s unique all the way. Thanks, Y all!

This place got my daughter's car right! Robert communicated with me when we thought it was completed, but they had to add extra parts. He was polite and professional, explaining to me everything that needed to be completed. They even waxed her car and cleaned the inside. Talk about great customer service. And to top it all off, the car had a broken wiper. Robert replaced the wipers for free as we were picking it up on a rainy day! They went above and beyond....and we ade grateful! Unique Collision is where you want to take your car for repairs. I promise!

I took my CX-5 in on Wednesday, July 26th and got it back on Friday, August 4th (9 days). I was expecting my car to be there for at least another week. I can't tell any work was done. They cleaned my car inside and out and waxed it. Very friendly staff. They even touched up a ding that was there before I took it in. Highly recommend!

Robert and his staff are top notch. After an unfortunate accident I needed to find a body shop. I shopped around and came across these guys and boy did they not disappoint. Robert reassured me through daily conversations that my truck was in good hands and they sure delivered. Even made dealing with the painful insurance companies a breeze.Highly recommend Unique Collision for anyone needing body work on their vehicles!Great job UC!!!!

I, unfortunately, bonked into a truck in front of me when trying to pass through two lines of traffic to make it into the far-most lane. The section above my tire was crumpled and I could not open my passenger door.Yuki (I hope I got your name right...) helped me through the paperwork quite seamlessly and a rental car came to pick me up to go to their store.I received updates regarding my car's status such as it was waiting on parts or sent off to painting. My car looks sooo good now! I missed her a lot... Shout out to Yuki and Robert!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was sent here by my insurance company and they did a stellar job repairing my vehicle and getting it back to me on a very timely manner. They also washed my vehicle and cleaned my floor mats

I will speak very highly of Unique Collision. Robert the Manager was very professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my needs and concerns. The staff was professional and accommodating. My main representative; who was in charge of my case was Yudelky. She was professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, accommodating and kept me updated. However; Yudelky, was much more than the adjectives I previously listed. She was my confidant, my advocate, my pillar of optimism. Her sincerity and honesty was greatly appreciated. Thank you guys for having my back.....Family!

This is by far one of the better experiences I've had with a business. Robert and his team are outstanding in their attention to detail and customer service is 5 star! Rather than have me wait for the rental car co to pick me up he had his own family member take me there in their personal BMW - talk about amazing service! And the work they did to my truck after pretty extensive hail damage - its like new! Hopefully you should not need a collision shop but if you do - these are the guys to take it to.

Really enjoyed working with this company. Very friendly, communicated very well thru the process. When they called to let me know the truck was ready the informed me that I could leave the rental car with them because they were partnered with Enterprise. Really helpful folks! Thanks.

After a bad experience at another body shop I was leary to use Unique after they were recommended by my insurance company. I went in and spoke with them about my concerns , they assured me that they would do whatever was necessary to take care of my car. My car has a 3 stage paint and that was the issue with the other body shop I used previously. They called in about 3 days and let me know my car was finished, I drove to the shop ready to point out any mistake or imperfection. Once I arrived I was so impressed , the paint was perfect , I could not see any imperfection with the paint or body work. The manager came out and said he was informed of my previous experience and just wanted to be sure I was happy with my car. I never write reviews but this shop impressed me so much I felt compelled to do so. 5 star customer service and better than 5 star work. I hope I will never need a body shop again but if I do Unique has earned my business forever.

Unique Collision is truly unique!We brought in my wife's 2020 pickup truck (with less than 600 miles on the OD). She obtained some pretty good damage to the driver's side (over $6k). To make a long story short, Robert and his team made the entire process painless and the work performed is second to none! You would swear the vehicle never had damage.After the work was completed, we noticed a rattle and mentioned it to Robert, who quicky diagnosed the sound as a loose nut on the gas filler tube (nothing serious, which was good) and corrected the rattle in minutes!The work performed by Robert and his team and the customer experience that Unique Collision offers is truly Unique and they will have my business again if I ever need a repair again!

I can't say enough good things about Robert Prieto and his team at Unique Collision. Robert made the whole process a breeze and took the time to show he cares about his customers. After having a bad experience with nearby shops, this experience was by far the best.

Amazing place! If you need your car fixed, bring it here!!! Super professional! Super friendly! One of the best shops ever!!! They live my car like new!!! Staff are incredible!!!! The Shop Manager Robert is on top of every detail! Highly recommended!!!! Thank you guys for your help, honestly and impeccable work and service!

I don t usually leave reviews that often but the service here was so good I couldn t NOT leave one. Robert contacted me personally explaining what the process for my car would be and even ordered locks for all my bolts on my tires and had amazing communication with me from beginning to end keeping me updated and super super nice. I was surprised that I received my car the next day ready to go I was expecting it to be in the shop for another week after the insurance claim nightmare. Even washed my car and tires looked better than when I got the car from the dealership. Truly a great experience even front desk receptionist was so sweet. 10/10 I would give a way higher rating if I could. Thank you again! Everyone there is very helpful, very easy to deal with, and professional. Robert is so sweet and so is all of the staff! Very welcoming when you come in, very busy and it's understandable why! Their service is great. I had a claim through my own insurance about a year ago after hitting a deer. Robert promised my car in a particular time frame and he didn't disappoint! The results were great and they were even nice enough to clean my car afterward. This year I was filing a claim through another insurance and even though it wasn't insurance that goes through their shop, I decided to take it there anyways for the great service I received last time. Robert listened to my dilemma and ordered the parts for my car right away and told me they'd be in by the end of the week. He goes above and beyond for his customers and I'll continue to take my car here as long as the great service continues!

These guys needs a Thousand stars!! My car got sandwiched in a freeway accident in San Antonio area last year. With no second thought I got it towed back to Houston for repair. Adjuster said it will be totalled but I disagreed and insisted to repair it. These 2 gentlemen Juan(P), Robert(GM) and the rest of their team put it back to how it looked like brand new from dealership. I would highly recommend this Collision shop for their professionalism and quality of work. Thank you Unique Collision. Job well done!

I dropped my truck off with Robert and his team at Unique Collision with little hope of seeing it being returned to me due to the extent of the damage. After the adjuster looked over the vehicle and spoke with Robert I was reassured that work could begin and the truck was not a total loss. In just 10 days time Robert received the truck, spoke to the adjuster, ordered and installed all the new parts. Robert returned the truck to me in flawless condition. Beyond providing a great product, Robert is an honest individual and runs a tight crew. I would never do business with these crooks. I brought my car in for repairs and found out my insurance does not cover unique collision. They were nice until they found out our insurance did not cover them. When I sent a wrecker to pick up the vehicle from their shop I was told I had to pay over $400. for no services rendered.

Robert and the team were outstanding. They kept us in the loop the whole time and even with supply chain issues on parts, had us in and out of the shop in record time.
