I had the best experience with my car repairs with them. I felt that they were honest and quick. I usually feel taken advantage of when it comes to car repairs because I am completely ignorant. I did not have that experience at all with them. As a single mom of two college students, I need all of the help I can get! We will be returning with all three cars in the future for all of our car repair needs. Thank you so much!!

Very friendly staff! Great service! They helped me with an oil change, tires and a key battery replacement. Prices are great and definitely I'll be going back again!

I highly recommend this place. They did an awesome job to get my tire rods replaced. I will keep coming for maintenance and etc. Will also recommend them to my friends and coworkers. They sure take care of their clients. Could not ask for more.

This is a great place to have your vehicle serviced. Joe and his crew are friendly very helpful, I would recommend this place over any other that I've used in Tomball. I have had my truck in this shop many times and have always been satisfied with their service.

Over charge customers, wait time is incredibly ridiculous.They fix one thing and don't check other things, so you are back there again with another long wait time. Even when you drop off your car and come back the next day, someone has driven your car put miles on it.It's sad that I haven't heard a single good thing about this business.Seems if the owner isn't there, nothing gets done.Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!

Best place to get your oil changed in Tomball. Owner is a nice guy, easy to talk to. Thought I had an oil leak but it turned out the last place I got my oil changed used the same filter and the o-ring didn't seal when they reused it (I guess when they figured out they did not have the right filter for my car they re-used the old one.) No oil leak thank goodness.

Fantastic experience friendly staff with great customer service, Joe the owner/manager oversees every aspect of the day to day operations and keeps the customer informed about progress of service. This tire buying experience has truly exceeded all of my expectations . While I was there for tires and a oil change they showed me where I had a oil leak which Joe scheduled me to return when he had the parts and the time for that repair, again I was very happy with the experience because it was done on time and less than original quote.I highly recommend this businessServices: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Rain, high water, loud clanking sound coming from car: PANIC sets in. I ended up stopped directly across the street from this shop and they were the best! I ran across the street in the rain. They loaded me up in a truck and drove me back across the street to my car to assess what the problem was. I had googled everything horrible under the sun. Promptly brought it back to the shop, got it on a lift, and removed whatever what causing the sound from my axle and gave me my keys back. No cost. Any other shop would ve charged some crazy diagnostic fee. Literally so, so, so thankful.

If you are looking for an honest shop that will treat your vehicle and your wallet with respect, this is it. Took them an alternator to install and they knocked it out without an appointment. Was so pleased with their attitude and friendliness that I took my car back the next day to get ceramic brakes and new rotors and hardware installed front and rear. They are very helpful, and prices are competitive. They are sort of new here in Tomball. It's only a matter of time until they are so packed you will need to schedule appointments. They are that good. And they are really quick and affordable. High quality. I have taken my daily driver there 4 times now.I'll be taking them all of my 3 vehicles from here on out.

I very much enjoyed the banter between you guys even though I couldn't understand what you were saying. It was funny when you wanted to charge the guy $0.10 for a cookie, lol. Repair work is sub-par . Had A/C work done at location, paid a premium price, work was bad. First time I left the shop, A/C only blew hot . Brought it back, took them an additional week, A/C sill doesn t work.Also paid them to do breaks on same vehicle, within two days of getting vehicle back, breaks were squealing.Don t trust this shop, shorty, sub-standard work that cannot be trusted.

I have been there several times for a low tire issues (due mostly to the cold weather). They have taken good care of me. I consider them to be fair and honest. Most tire places or auto shops would probably lie and say that I needed my tires replaced but they have just given me the air and sent me on my way without trying to make any money out of me.Thanks guys(white large passenger van)

Joe and his mechanics are incredible. They have worked on all of my vehicles from an old diesel truck to my tiny Mazda car. They do it all and they do an excellent job. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. This shop is a revolution in auto shops. 5 star experience every single time I enter those shop doors.

I highly recommend Joe and Kevin and the entire team at Tomball Goodyear! I trust them with all my vehicles, from an old Jeep to a new Lexus. They are professional, personable, courteous, and 100% trustworthy! My entire family goes to them and I unconditionally recommend them to any one needing any auto work done.

Man I ve been to a lot of mechanics in my life to have work done on my vehicles but by far I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good oil change or needing any kind of work done to your vehicle rather that be a truck/SUV or car this place has gained another costumer and I ll continue to recommend y all to anyone I encounter. They are great on prices as well. Usually prices that seem to be to good to be true push me away but this place did everything they said they would and did it at a great rate. Thank you again.

Tomball Goodyear is amazing! They have the lowest price on oil changes that I've been able to find! (I drive a fiat and it uses synthetic oil.) The owner is really nice and he'll work with you. Honest too! I went in for brake work and he quoted me a price before I took my car in. They looked at it and said that brake work was not necessary! They could've took me to the cleaners! The sad reality is rip offs get the press and no good deed goes unpunished! Highly recommend!

I've used Tomball Goodyear several times now. I get good service here, the team is friendly and very knowledgeable in the auto world. They've pulled me out of a bind several times with fixing our family daily driver on the day of, with ready for pick up by late afternoon. They can handle everything from a simple oil change to much more complicated engine issues. Of course being a mechanic shop, most repairs are very expensive but they genuinely seem to be out for your best interests.

The owner is very nice and git me in quickly for a repair. Price was affordable and the parts were ac Delco. You can't go wrong coming here.

I thought they were great but turns out they left undercarriage panels off my Moms truck. They just lied to our faces over the past 10 months. Do not trust these guys.Mechanics who leave parts off are bad business.They removed the wheel well panels to wash the motor and did not replace them....When I pointed it out, they denied it. We had just replaced the air filter the day before bringing the truck in to them... the panels were for sure there at drop off.We noticed the panels missing the day we picked up the truck as my Mom always reviews mechanic s work. We called them as soon as we realized the clasp on panels were missing.We took photos that show the dirt line and to help the shop locate and understand what was missing.We were told by the owner to bring the vehicle by so he can visually confirm. So we did.He said it wasn t them who lost the panels and it must have happened some place else.(My Mom and I are the only people who have serviced, maintained or worked on the truck for the past 6 years).I pointed out that the panels were most likely removed during the motor steam cleaning. The owner yelled to the guy who cleaned it and of course he says he didn t remove the panels.So we are supposed to guess someone snuck on his shop lot and took our wheel well panels? Laughable!!He said he would help us find replacements. He gave me his word to replace them.He said he would check with Charlie s.My Mom and I kept swinging by and calling the shop to see if they found the panels yet. The owner said he just can t find the panels anywhere.I knew Charlie when he was alive as my family worked with him. I know Dale as well today. I confirmed the shop never contacted Charlie s Auto Salvage.When I called Charlie s they said they just junked the same year truck and the panels would have went with it.I grew up in Tomball, rebuilt hot rods with the guys and have always enjoyed working on project vehicles. There is a comradeship and respect amongst mechanics.Well, there once was. As a woman I can only guess this shop owner has no respect for women and thinks it ok to screw us over ... not.I gave this shop a year now to show up. Not one damn call to do what they said. We spent and estimated $1,400 in one visitIt may have been ok if some respect and effort had been put into the empty words offered.No respect at all.Warning to women!!!!! Do not trust these guys.

Quick oil change...great service...would definitely recommend.Ok so this is a 2018 update: These guys are awesome and humble. Always willing to get and keep your business. They told me an hour and a half for rear brake pads....they finished I 30 minutes...great, great service. Thanks Kevin.

Omg what a Great hidden Gem shop in FM 2920 they quickly did my oil change the manager and employees we're so nice that I'm planning to bring my Mom and my family to this place from now on . You'll not be dissapointed they are genuine and honest.

I was at discount tire and was treated horribly and ended up finding out my car after an hour plus was not even in the shop to be taken care of and had a 2 hour wait still. So I took my tire to Goodyearl and they immediately started working on it. My tire was replaced in a short 20 minutes. Service was amazing and very helpful. Price was low!

Sent my mother to them because the owner seemed nice. He had done couple small things on my car. She need new fuel pump replaced tried to charge her 1000 bucks. Called two other places and got the Job done for 584.00 dollars They are ripping people off. Do not go.They also charged 125.00 fee to pick up the car once we decided not to do the work. Also you lie about using Motorcraft parts that part is discontinued from them they do not even sale it anymore. Keep lying i called 3 ford dealerships and Tomball ford to they can not get the part
