Tomball Dodge Invoice #: 426413 / Date: 2-10-242022 Jeep Grand CherokeeDropped my vehicle off on Saturday morning for a simple oil change and to fix a nail in my tire with Vernon my service advisor. 4 hours later I was called and told vehicle was ready. Paid $30 to fix nail in tire which in my opinion was little more expensive than I would have expected. Invoice listed found nail and repaired. Later that night after getting home I noticed the same nail in the tire and had not been repaired. No sign of any repairs either.Monday morning I spoke with Kim who called to talk about how the service went. Told her I was charged for service that was not completed. Gave her all details and was told management would be calling. Never received a phone call back!Tuesday morning I got a generic text from Vernon thanking me for servicing vehicle at Tomball Dodge and to contact him with any questions. I informed him of the work that was not performed which he acknowledged he was aware of and was unhappy as well as embarrassed . He asked if management had contacted me and I informed them they still had not. I advised at this point I just want my money back and will take it somewhere else. He told me he would check on it and get back with me .close of business today and still no answer. The text messages and phone calls from Tomball Dodge checking on their service is obviously all for show. I was charged for work that was not performed. At this point I question any work that they are doing. Thankfully this was work that I could verify was not performed. The fact they have blown me off is also troubling. Not sure what it takes for management to look into the incident and take appropriate action. I would be taking the matter seriously if I were them. Getting caught charging customers for work not done is big deal in my opinion.***Update: Verified no repair to vehicle tire as inspected by independent repair facility. Did not trust Tomball Dodge to be transparent in the matter. Made multiple calls and sent emails to Tomball Dodge Service. Management has refused to contact me, reimburse for work not performed, or apologize despite sending documentation to them proving no repairs. At this point it appears only legal recourse will resolve the matter. All this for a $28.59 charge. Imagine if your repair cost thousands of dollars. ***

My Jeep Wrangler was having issues starting so I took it to Autozone to have my battery tested and they told me that my battery under my hood was good and they even recharged it for free for me. They told me if I did want to replace it, it would only be $200 with labor thru Autozone. So I took my Jeep to Tomball Dodge to the service center and the service advisor told me that BOTH my batteries were bad and needed to be replaced at $800 ($450 for the battery under my hood and $350 for my auxiliary battery). I ended up having Tomball Dodge replace the auxiliary battery (because if I didn t they would have charged me a diagnostic fee) but I did not replace my battery under my hood and I have been driving around for a few months now with zero issues. Unfortunately I do not recommend Tomball Dodge as I can no longer trust their advice as they try to get you to replace things that are not broken and do not need to be replaced and they are significantly more expensive.

One star: Took my brand new Challenger to this dealership for service. They charged me without providing a diagnostic, charge fees to lift the car, despite it being under warranty. Service speed was sluggish, and the customer service was abysmal. I sent my tow truck there and they thread me not release my car unless I pay them fee (which is under warranty)Definitely not recommended.

This was submitted through your customer service deal weeks ago, so will be interesting to see what y all will do as you have done nothing yet.Should have a department to choose all.We bought the car used and agreed on a price the day before to find out some new conditions applied the next day until the sales noticed I was an Aggie then started backtracking if they know anything about the ramifications of being an Aggie and lying. Then the promise was made to remove a stain from the headliner, with no avail, just for y all to say we will paint it?Then 25 days or so after purchase the air ride goes out. This is when it really hits the fan.Started off smoothly but upon receipt of the repaired car, not only was it left a dusty mess, we had extra scratches than before. We drive down the highway to clean our windshield with the wipers and next the wiper flies off but service says they didn t do anything and we need to buy a replacement especially since we didn t stop in middle of the highway to grab the wiper. Oh and not just that, had we taken it thru a car wash? When in the 5 minutes I was gone did I go to a car wash and it still had a dust bomb all over it from your dealership. Then I purchase the blade for someone finally with a brain, looks and says used cars out the wrong blades on and that s why the issue so they decided to refund me, so I thought, and replace both blades and deal with used cars later. First of all, y all all did it, it states it in the notes for repairs for the car so not sure why blame used, it s the dealership. Now to the refund fiasco, the lady refunded me to charge me twice for the blade and called me after hour of being gone and thinking I had left the fiasco in the rear view mirror. But no, still needed to deal with y all. Then it continues, I continue to find new marks on my wife s vehicle that were not there when purchased or we would have made more call outs before acquiring. But you ll think those are on me, my wife s car has sat in a closed garage door since returning from your joke of a dealership.I m sure the saga will continue, but I am not sure how you can call yourselves a functional dealership.I would be glad to talk to ownership of the dealership, but clearly they are disconnected or the paychecks continue to roll in so why fix the mess we have created.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE!I had a 2022 Ram with 30k mikes. It kept stalling out when I would take a turn the same turn ironically. Brought it in to this service department. They had my truck for 23 days and my service advisor was Emali. It was the worst experience I have ever had going anywhere. They don t give you updates on your vehicle with out you initiating contact. Even at that their phone etiquette is quite atrocious. I was able to make a call on a Saturday to be put on hold and drive from Tomball to the woodlands and still no one got back to me.. this was after making several attempts to see what is up with my vehicle. I finally had to threaten to bring the cops up there in order to speak with Nick the service manager. This is not the way you do business. They rebuilt my engine 4 times in order to get it to hold compression. Not sure what incompetent technicians they have but that is ridiculous. I had the assistant manager Darryl get smart with me and say we ll have you ever built an engine. No but I m in construction and can build a house and get into Sheetrock before you can fix my car.. needless to say they got my truck working and i immediately turned around and traded it in. There is no way my vehicle ever be the same tearing the engine apart that many times. Please stay clear of this place if you don t want the headache.

See Jeremy for a first class experience. Buying a car or Truck at a fair price should be an enjoyable day. He gets it, with patience and good service. I love my Ram 1500. It s awesome.

AFTER having a repair done with their service department, I had to detail clean the inside of my vehicle before I even went back home on my own at a car wash due to how it was given back to me in such a dirty condition(brown dirty hand prints all over the roof of the vehicle, dusty foot prints on my seats and brown dusty marks all over the interior of the vehicle and scuff marks on the sides of the trunk, dirty foot prints all on the back in the trunk and back of 3rd row. Both my kids cars seats where poorly handled and had dirty hand prints on the material. My 8month baby car seat toy that was hanging on top of her car seat along with her blanket had dirty black shoe prints all over them) and while cleaning my vehicle the tints on my back window 3rd row behind the driver has a scratched. And I know for sure that upon leaving my vehicle with you guys for my sunroof repair I had no scratch on my tints. This is quite unacceptable because I had a loner car from you guys during that time and you guys have such a detailed list of how you wanted me to use the vehicle and what condition it should be kept and brought back to you guys. Now I would think that since you wanted me to take such good care of your vehicle while I had it l, the same would be for my vehicle that I left with you guys but no. For a dealership that is certified to maintain and care for a luxury vehicle brand as the Wagoneer you guys have done such a poor job in caring for mines while it was at you establishment.I posted pictures separately because it was loading with the review. Just look for the car seat ones they don't take care of people properties at this location.

Dangerously incompetent. They couldn t even figure out a tire rotation without putting all 6 tires at various psi and the stems in the wrong places. One tire was over 100 psi, which is 15 over the highest possible level listed. They have major issues and you re better off going literally anywhere else.

I've been bringing my PMCity for oil changes religiously, but I can not tolerate that waiting time anymore. 3 hour turnaround on oil is ridiculous, and this time I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while some woman was talking to a man about her PUG? INTOLERABLE.

Communication is HORRIBLE from every level. We, the customer had to initiate every inquiry. Never heard back from leadership when promised. Overall a very disappointing THREE WEEKS of a repair! For starters, my daughters vehicle was tampered with by a incompetent/fraud locksmith and her vehicle was taken here for it to be returned to baseline. This process proved to be a joke. The vehicle was dropped off on 7/19 with very detailed expectations and requests made to service tech Zach. NO correspondence 7/20, 7/21, 7/22 with so much as a diagnostic update. On 7/24 we reached out to find that the steering column hadn't even been pulled off. BUT miraculously the following day we are receiving multiple msgs that the vehicle is ready for pick up!! On 7/26 upon paying for services rendered and entering vehicle to leave dealership, discover that the work was not only NOT done, but that the reassembly of the steering column was in a worse condition than when it was brought in. On 7/27 we receive a msg that another part was found broken - additional work approved. On 7/28 receive yet another msg that even more damage is being reported in need of repair. On 7/31 the 4th quote/repair is sent and what started as a $200 diagnostic, has now exceeded $3k. On 8/1, calls were made to dealership service dept requesting for conference calls with Nick (the service mgr). This was also communicated thru Zach. 8/2 - no correspondence from Nick as promised from Zach. 8/3 - Walked into Service Dept requesting to meet with Nick face to face. Had (what I thought was) a great conversation and thought we ended on great terms and great understanding. He promised that we would hear from the GM of the dealership, Darrell, that same day. DIDN'T HAPPEN. Not surprising! Never heard another word back from Nick either!Needless to say, this was a horrible experience and MANY MANY opportunities were given to make the experience better. They failed with follow through on every aspect.8/9 - the vehicle was picked up.

Stopped in to look and found a Gladiator that we just loved. Ismael Vargas was amazing! He wasn t pushy, let us try out a couple different vehicles to feel the difference in suspension and was very informed on all the options available. The process was probably the smoothest we have been through for purchasing a vehicle. If you need to buy a new car ask for Ismael!!!

Price gouge! They had my truck in for over 4 weeks on something that would should have been 4 days as promised. The reason? They couldn't get my truck started and I had to send one of my guys to go start it for them! It cost almost 2000.00 to install an ignition! Manager never returns calls and passes the issue on to the service tech who can not help you. When she did call back, it was like ohh well "the parts were 600.00 and you were given a discount" but its not noted anywhere on the invoice!!

Buyer Beware Deceptive Marketing!!!!Pink perfection pricing has a $4000 trade incentive and $3000 financing incentive good luck buying a car here anywhere near displayed price!Reply to owner: I did not waste my time going into the dealership, but I know you have full record of me calling. I didn't even start to mention anything about how rude the so called manager was that got on the phone. This response that you have no record is ridiculous because there is no answer to how valid what I put up there was. You all really do have these shady practices I mentioned above, and then try to get the reviews hidden

Brought my truck in for servicing 10 days ago. Alex, my service advisor, has yet to contact me with updates about my truck after stating it would be done 3 days ago. When i try calling to check on my vehicle, I get passed around and transferred/put on hold for eternity. I understand the service center is busy but that does not justify the obvious lack of communication the service center suffers from. As a customer, I would expect to be updated about my vehicle every few days. I would not recommend this service center because of their lack of communication and extremely long wait times.Service: Auto maintenance

100% recommend dealing with Blaise. Hands down best salesman I ve ever had. He will be transparent with you about what s going on and is genuinely understanding of your personal needs and wants of the car buying process. He will try to sell you a car (that is his job) but he is not pushy or going to try to hard sell you. I felt respected by him during the entire time I was at the dealership and through the process while I was at the dealership. Just a good down to earth dude I would recommend to any one.

Made an appointment to get my car serviced, when I went to drop it off it s just an appointment go drop it off and a technician may not get to it for 3 to 4 days. No where does it state this when you book an appointment, I will be filing a BBB complaint.

Keith Blackwell was my service manager guy and he was literally THE BEST guy ever!! His customer service was magnificent, and as a young woman, I didn t feel like he played me at all. He was so nice and listened to what I had to say. He was very willing to work with me. If you have to visit here, ask for Keith!! He knows what he s talking about and will get you fixed right. I dropped my car off early in the morning and it was finished by the evening (3 repairs needed). I will never see anyone else for my car issues. Thanks Keith!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

2 day job (quoted) turned into a week. Could ve done it myself quicker if it didn t have a code that could only be cleared by the dealer. 10% off not quite enough for the 5 star review but thanks for trying. Good communication by the service advisor but when it was all said and done, it will be ready tomorrow got old. No loaner available since it was not a lease. Oh this happened. One more day. Oh this happened. One more day. Oh now it s the weekend. Not impressed. Meh 3 stars. Will go to a different dealer next time if I or my local mechanic can t handle the job.The reply from the dealer looks great and makes it look like they care but that s all it is. No one reached out with further communication. Downgrading one more star to 2.Also, as others have mentioned be prepared for the $150 immediate charge (which is credited towards your repair if you approve the work).

They had my car for 2.5 weeks for diagnosis for an electrical problem, only to tell me they couldn't replicate the issue and everything was fine. Had them double check the negative battery terminal (which they said was all good) because I've previously had problems with the terminal getting loose, they come back and said its bad. Okayed them to replace it, then they told me my battery post was broken off my battery, had them send photo...not the post at all, it was a battery shim. Picked it up and it died on me the same day...won't be using them anymore.

The service dept on this dealership is TERRIBLE. I won't even buy another car from them cause then I would have to do the car service with the same people at their service dept (I've purchased a 2021 RAM and Wrangler 2022 from this dealership). My name is Zee Al and I have a Jeep Wrangler 2022 which I purchased from this dealership. Recently I put some aftermarket fender flares and level kits. I 've been hearing some noises so I went to this dealer and they kept the car for 10 days and they told me that they are going to put a part and that that should take care and remove this noise and they charged me with around $223. The next day after I took it from them I found a new noise and i went back to them and after 8 days they told me that there are some lose bolts and they will take care of that and that should remove the noise and they charged me with another $200. and after taking the car again from them I still have all the type of noises that I paid for. The service person and the manager were not telling the truth because they were saying that they already informed me that what they did is the 1st step. it's completely not true !!!! and they charged me around $423 without fixing anything !!!

My service advisor Nick was very helpful and professional. He kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle while it was being serviced. I will say that it took the service guys 2 hours to complete my oil change. It was a Friday and my appointment was at 1pm. Overall it wasn t a terrible experience and I really like the staff at the dealership. Just wish my oil change time could be cut down to 30-45 minutes, especially when I make an appointment.Service: Oil change

Waste of time. My CEL came on so I scheduled an appointment online IN ADVANCE. When I show up on my scheduled day, I'm told it will be a minimum of 2-3 days before they can even look at it and then could be another week to repair. If any of this information had been made available it would have saved me a 1 hour dry run to the shop and I would have gotten it repaired elsewhere. Imagine showing up for a service appointment and being surprised they need your vehicle for potentially 10+ days.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I got there a little after 9:20 asked for an oil change. I was told it would be maybe an hour and a half.. Shortly after sitting down I was told there were 2 recalls. The advisor wasn't sure how much longer they would take; they were software updates.. Close to an hour later the service advisor comes to ask if I wanted the other recommended services done (another $1100+); I declined. My vehicle was ready after 12:20...there were several people that came after and left before me. I was only updated once if you can call it that. As I walked up to the advisor to ask about getting my car washed, he said "they are working on it" before I got a word out.So I spent 3 hours at the dealership for an oil change, tire rotation, and 2 software updates. I did not enjoy my experience...Service: General repairs & maintenance

My vehicle is a 2021. It took it in for an issue with the lumbar in the driver's seat, rubber coming off the back door, oil change, tire rotation and for them to put the mount on for my license plate. After 3 days with no car, I get mad enough to go pick it up. My oil and tires were the only things done. My car sat on the lot for the other days. I could not wait any longer. When they knew I was coming to get my keys, they did put on the license plate and left my keys at the front desk. I was having to beg for rides to and from work. It would be nice if you could actually make an appt and be seen. The items that were being done were all under warranty. I have only owned the car for a few months. It would have been nice to get a follow up call from the service advisor instead of a non response from a text sent.Services: Tires, Oil change

***HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE***Brought my vehicle in on a Thursday, heard from the shop late Monday of what the issue was. Didn t hear any status updates for 3 days and only after I called them and sat on hold for almost 2.5 hours getting bounced between multiple people that either wouldn t answer or would try and transfer me. Not even my service advisor called me back after I left him a message. So, I go in to pick up my vehicle, my service advisor won t even look at me, and I quickly get sent over to the cashier. And now I know why, the price I was quoted was not what I was being asked to pay - the price went up almost $150 more. They didn t even do a free wash on the car before returning it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic
