Won't be going to anyone else! Was told by other shop that my 2002 Ford Excursion needed a rebuilt engine. Sean had it 2 days and found it only needed a new starter, and a couple of other things. Thank you Sean!

My nephew took his truck here after being in three other shops not being able to find the problem with his 6.0 and his oil leak. After one week Dakota was able to help navigate the issue and he was on the road days later. Just like anybody else short on staff time was an issue, but all in all I m glad we waited and got the job done right! I would ve waited two more weeks just to know the issue was fixed.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Exhaust

Thought with all the good reviews, this would be a good place to take my truck for some basic maintenance and troubleshooting. Tried to make an appointment for them to look at it. They said drop it off on Monday and we'll get it in early in the week. Great done deal. However a week went by so I called to check up. They had no clue and told me they would call back after they spoke with a tech. "I" called back shortly before 5:00 and it was as if they never knew the truck was there or that I called earlier. Waited another week and called back figuring they are pretty busy. Again it was if they had no clue. They said they would call back. Big surprise... they never did. I called again Friday evening and left a message of my unsatisfactory customer service. Finally I went in the following Monday afternoon and they had no clue still. Told them I was just going to pick up my truck at this point and move on. The receptionist told me that she was going to get her dad to talk to me. Three minutes later she said he went to go test drive a red car. Didn't need to talk to him anyway. Come to find out my wife spotted a guy leaving (peeled out) as I was in the office right before I came out. In summary, this place is extremely unprofessional and doesn't deserve people's hard earned money.

Had all my fluids and filters changed in our Class A RV. When we got to Kerrvile the Jeep intow was covered with oil.I slid underneither and found the Oil and Transmission filter with areas around them cover in fluid. Both filters were do tight I could barely get them loose. Made them hand tight and when we got to Carlsbad all was good.

Fast and courteous service. Took my 1995 F-350 7.3L in for service. One of the issues was easy to fix, and the mechanic offered to leave it for me to fix to save the hour of labor. I chose to have them take care of it along with the other issues anyway, but was glad to have that offered. My experience with diesel shops has been mixed, but my first transaction with this one leads me to believe that I've found an excellent shop.

Been here several times to get glow plugs, injectors, belt and tensioner work done. They always get the job done and the prices are fair. Most times repairs are done same day or the next morning.

Sean is a stand up guy, good attitude and was very helpful. Left his shop feeling great about the work he did and will definitely be coming back for performance modifications in the future. Highly recommended.

I Had 2 other mechanics look for an oil leak on my 7.3L Excursion and they couldnt find where it was coming from. Took it to Sean at Tomball Diesel and he found the problem and fixed it for less then $200!!!! These guys are awesome!!!!! I finally have a Great honest diesel mechanic THANK GOD!!!!!!

Very honest and fair. What another shop charged me for that wasn't done Tomball diesel and automotive did it honestly and had no problems. I just wish I would have came here first! Thank you so much! Also this shop is locally owned and ran by folks who live in the area Best automotive shop in Tomball area

I've taken my truck to this shop for about 1 year and have always been pleased with their work. I have had a lot of bad experiences with other shops, but not this one.I feel like they do a honest job for the right price.

Very good and friendly staff very knowledgeable if every need diesel help these are the people to help you might not be quick but it will be done right they stay very busy that tells you a lot these days it s hard to find any good Meachanic for anything but these guy are good

Took a skid loader In their last year had it fixed kept having problems took it in 5 different times to get fixed last time took in it blew up they fixed it one more time and then charged me again Took 4 months to get out the shop never going back

Never actually been here myself. Its hard to when you are trying to fit in to owners personal schedule. Maybe he'll be there, maybe he won't. Who knows
