Friendly environment. Employees all knew what they were doing. Helping one another like family. Made me want to work with them. I sure will be coming back. Location is awesome no matter what side of town you live at. Even gave me a cold water for my five minute wait.

On 1/3/24 I went to Take 5 Oil Change Tomball Tx location after 6pm manager Reggie ask the teck under my truck could he see cause they can't find the light I said I'll come back tomorrow if he can't see the manager said no he gud paid $66.11 for the Oil Change got home 20 minutes later check my truck to make sure nothing wasn't leaking cause I had a 6 hr trip planned look under the truck to notice they didn't charge my filter I've been dealing with Take 5 for over ten yrs and 3 States called the corporate can't seem to get a live person on the phone called Reggie the manager at the location he argue that they changed the filter after sending him pictures of the old filter still on my truck he then says I don't know what happened we can change it call by told him I won't be letting you guys back under my truck he hung up in no way this is a new filter I live 7 minutes from the location

I popped in for a last minute oil change without an appointment and had to wait a whole 5 minutes because the two guys who were there were already working on another vehicle. They were funny, quick and very easy going. It was a grand experience and I will go back next time I need oil in my truck.

I'm a 72 Disabled widow that's having to learn to take care of my own vehicle. The young man at the Main St Tomball, Texas was extremely polite. He also went above & beyond what he had to for me. He explained & showed me what he was doing. I left feeling very confident in my cars service. He told me to drop by If I had any questions or problems just drop by.

Never visited this location before but figured I would give it a shot this I was on that side of town for work. Employees were not very personable. I thought I was getting a full service but that didn t happen. Asked more than once for my mileage by 2 different people. Told me I was done then as I was getting ready to pull out of the bay, the young gentleman told another employee let s do the windshield real quick. That job was halfway done. Needless to say I got the oil change, which I hope was done correctly since there was discussion on which one my car should get, and half cleaned windshield.

The whole crew seemed to work well together, definitely admirable communication. It was a fast progress and still good service. He showed me my cars air filter- so happy he changed it for me. The oil change and the top up took less time than a car wash! I have horrible anxiety, they didn t make me feel rushed while explaining it as they go. 10 outta 10!

Reginald greeted me at the oil change bay and took my information noting I was a regular customer. Reginald immediately began getting the service started . It was a 5 min drive out Good job.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the oil change was fast. It was very refreshing to not have to sit in a waiting room and try to be upsaled on every aspect of your vehicle. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Two gentlemen at Main Street Tomball location were great.They were obviously backed up a few cars and still got me in.Quick oil change, didn t try to upsell me.Just quick, professional, and courteous.

Came for an oil change, there is a new manager. I was in and out in less than 10 min. Including safety inspection, change of air filter and oil. I was really impressed. Keep up the good work Cory and Charles.Thx!! Moe

I went for service this week. I had some issues with my account that morning. The workers there patiently waited for my card issues to be resolved. They were efficient and changed my oil. I am happy with my experience and will visit again when I need service.

I say this with the utmost sincerity, I don t leave reviews let alone 5 stars unless I mean it. As a woman, getting car service of any kind can be difficult because you never know when techs are being honest or just trying to make sales.I have come to this Take 5 location several times and EVERY TIME I leave so happy with the service that Cory and Reggie provide. I will say Cory is my favorite because he looks out for me, explains things and lets me know I m in good hands.There s no fear of being taken advantage, overpriced services, or errors. They take pride in their work and the quality of service they provide.

DO NOT COME HERE! On 7/11/23 I took my car for an oil change. The technician took about 20 minutes and we were wondering what was taking him so long. When we left the parking lot, we heard metal scrapping the cement. We came back to take 5 and the technician tried to lie and say that our skid plate was already messed up by the last business that did my oil change. He did not take accountability for his mistake. We reported this issue to corporate and the manager contacted us shortly and offered to replace the skid plate. It has been an entire month. We have tried to contact the manager and corporate many times since and they refuse to take accountability for their mistake. Not only are they SHADY, but this place is expensive. $90 for a basic oil change? Crazy. Don t give them your business.

It was a horrible experience. The two employees were fighting the whole time. The manager was instigating the situation and making other customers feel extremely unsafe, myself included. They should both be fired. Yes it was that bad. At one point I thought they were going to physically start throwing punches. IT WAS BAD!!!

The local Tomball store does a good job. The site manager is very nice.I will say you owe me $3 however. They used the $12 coupon instead of the $15 one (synthetic oil).

I'm a woman and they saw me coming!! I'm angry with myself and them!! I wasn't asked any questions like what kind of oil, conventional or synthetic.. I did ask for an air filter, which he offered me $10 off for. My total was 113!!

The guys that are in the shop right NOW are amazing. I have been to this location quite of a few times and the personnel that are at this Take5 right now are knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, and attentive. One of the main reasons that I would rather service my vehicle at this location (mind you, I live in Sugar Land) than anywhere else.They seamlessly changed my oil, gave me good advice for maintenence of my vehicle, and were very helpful.My sincerest request to ownership: keep this guys there... they do a phenomenal job!Thanks!-NickFrom Nicks Food Store on Main St, Tomball

Very professional. Listening to the crew members communicate reminded me of a military operation where each step was announced and echoed back confirming everyone was on the same page. And it took right about 5 minutes. Don t live in the area anymore but if I m visiting and it s time for an oil change I ll definitely stop back by the Tomball location.

I was very pleased and impressed with the employees at Take Five. I can now see out of my windshield when it s raining because of their suggestion that I get windshield wipers they also suggested an air filter which I also purchased. They even gave my dog a treat.

It took several minutes from someone to come out and help me even though I was the only person waiting. The tech was annoyed at the make of my car and said that they probably didn't have a filter. He handed me the keyboard and had me put my own information in the system except I couldn't see the screen so I was blindly typing. Then he told me if I wanted to go buy my own filter, they'd install it. Needless to say, I won't be returning.
