Service was professional, timely and all questions were addressed .It was nice to deal with functionally competent personnel.I was pleasantly surprised when I was allowed to go into the shop with Louis and the mechanic to go over the multitude of oil leaks needing repair. Housekeeping and cleanliness in the shop was commendable as were the waiting room and service desk areas.Louis , Adam and Crystal were all a pleasure to work with !Respectfully ,Don Sheley

As a single mother, there is no one else I trust with my vehicle. Their prices are fair and the work is exceptional and fast. They gave me a loaner car while my car was being repaired which eased the stress of finding alternative transportation. I appreciate the communication and friendliness as well.

I have been going to Pristals for my oil changes for several months. I normally am a walk in, but have always been greeted exceptionally well and treated the same. If you want professional service, I think you will be pleased with the service here.

My wife and I tried 2 other automotive shops since moving to Tomball in 2014 and had ok experiences, but after discovering Pristal s, we don t take our vehicles anywhere else. The staff is friendly, honest and very professional. They follow up and make sure things are done correctly. Plus, their office, waiting area and restroom are all clean and comfortable, so my wife wouldn t go anywhere else anyways! Crystal and her team do a great job, and we will be loyal customers here until our kids take away our keys and cart us off to the old folks home someday.

I love the attention to detail the give.My 4Runner I bought used I wanted to see where & how the get to the oil filter because it is a 4x4 with skid plates. I bought this 2022 4Runner used and I wanted to see if there were any issues under the SUV.The wrong tool was used by others before me when they changed the oil filter and I will need to buy mabe next time a new bottom to the filter canister!Not yet but the ears or small cogs are damaged.They are good people!RegardsRick

Went here to get my car serviced due to it overheating and had other maintenance items done that I don't currently have the time for. The team here was very friendly and kept me updated on my car's status. I was given a loaner car so I would still be able to get to where I need without having to spend money on a rental car elsewhere. Would recommend this place to anyone and will continue going here for any car problems.

-1 Star. I went to Pristal s Automotive for a state inspection and tire rotation. The tires were over inflated and they lost one of my tire stem caps. However, they did not forget to recommend an AWD alignment for $140 when they had a promotion for $119 advertised. I would second guess any recommendation they make and get a second opinion at a reputable automotive shop.

Excellent place to trust your vehicle.02/23/24 Update - The transmission in my 2017 Chevy Silverado went out on Sunday. Took it to Pristal's Automotive on Monday morning. They diagnosed it quickly and provided me with a loaner car. They had my truck ready with a new transmission on Wednesday evening! Just wow! Pristal's Automotive is awesome! As for Cristal and Al, I couldn't ask for better personal customized service. They are on top of their game and were very patient in answering all my questions and showing me the physical problem diagnosed ( front drivers side, play in tie rod ) on my vehicle. That's a must for me if repairs needed... are visible. Thank you both so very much! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Will not use them again, when reviewing my bill they add an extra charge on with no explanation of what the charge was for. I will not use anyone who just adds money for nothing to make extra money. When ask for an estimate on some other work they could not even give a guesstimate. Not too professional.....Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Once again... I am left in awe!! ... Unfortunately lost my truck this past year and was not ready to get into another huge truck payment given the interest rates now a days... found a cheap used car and took it in to get it checked out... when I say my 20 year old car is now driving flawlessly... is an understatement.... every dollar was worth it! If it wasn't because of the older model look, inside you wouldn't even know the difference... definitely impressed!! Pristal's is my FOREVER mechanic shop! I've been doing business with them for years. Just last Friday afternoon, the shifter cable broke on my son's vehicle and he was starting a new job on Monday. I called and told them my emergency. They had his vehicle towed, repaired and ready to go by 5:30pm!!!!! What a miracle and a life saver!!! Thank you Pristal'sService: Transmission

My experience was exceptional from beginning to end. I've never seen a repair shop so thorough in assessing the issue I had with my Lexus & detailing through the link sent what was most critical vs not. They even provided photos, which made things easier for me. I also felt no pressure in choosing what services I wanted to take advantage of. The entire process was efficient & had my car back within 24 hours! So I highly recommend them & plan to use them whenever needed. Thanks to the entire team!
