Had a rock hit my condenser and cause a small pinhole leak that leaked out all my trans fluid. Got a rebuild done here in a timely manner. Boss and son were super professional and even helped me with a couple extra problems I had after the repairs.

I was convinced my F-150 transmission needed a rebuild by other shops. Rick said let me check it out and after a test drive he said it is a misfire on a cylinder. $60.00 repair I fixed. Thank you Rick! If I ever need repairs I can t handle Premier Transmission is where I ll go.I highly recommend them.

A few months ago I had my transmission repaired and was very pleased with the work and their customer service. This morning I drove out there in a panic since I saw that the front end of the car was loose (underneath the hood). Although the owners were not there, Elias fixed it as a bolt had gotten loose and Carlos was kind enough to translate for me. I am so very grateful for their help. They would not charge me since I'm a customer. An additional bonus.

Super Expensive. They "fixed" my car and then something else was wrong with it. The first time they charged me almost 5k the second time they wanted $1,800. I went to them a third time and they wanted another $700. My car had one problem....after they fixed it it had 3 more problems.

The owner Joe is so nice!! He is a great guy and his mechanics are great. They not only do transmissions, they do all kinds of repairs, I only bring my vehicles here now because I know when they fix something it is fixed right. I definitely recommend this shop.

I had the WORST expericnce here. When spoke with the owner of this place I wanted to get a quote to see how it will cost to remain my A/C for my 2012 Chevy Camero. He provided me a quote to fix ac for $375. I was excited to receive a great deal from him. But something was odd about his response as if he was not confident on his skills. I didn t think anything of it (my fault). So I was expecting to receive a fast turn around to see when the work would be completed. He told me 3 days. That was not the case, I waited 2 weeks to get back my car. About half way through I told him how disappointed I was on the duration of how long it was taking. He starting getting sensitive and argued with me over the phone. The fact that I told him that I was unhappy and he became very defensive in stead of providing customer service was a sign that I should ve just got my car back that day. I just wanted my ac to work and go on with my life at this point so I waited. On top of all of that I had to rent car for two weeks. When it was time to pick up my vehicle I had to pay more on what was quoted of $480 for work that he didn t not do 100%. Fast forward 2 months later my engine now has problems, by getting notifications of my engine over heating from a leak somewhere from the botched job they did. I am still very unhappy of how I was treated and the work that was done. Now I have to purchase a new car after just paying off this one. THINK TWICE BEFORE LEAVING YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Well for service they had my car over a month before working on total 2months before I got my car back for it to break with in three weeks ,then not to get my car back for another 2 months and they honored no warranty for a service they said was complete, I won't use them again. Paid 2,800$ for a rebuilt transmission for my 2000 F150. Twice while under warranty the transmission broke down (the first time the very next day after picking my truck up from the shop). The 2nd time I lost all but 1st and 2nd gear while driving home from work.That problem was supposedly fixed but a few months after my warranty expired the same problem occurred again while driving home from work. So now I'm out 2,800$ and still have a broke down truck. Very frustrating!Service: Transmission

Ive had the transmission on my lifted suburban rebuilt by 2 other shops in the past 100k miles before i took it to joe at premier. I was told they could do it better than other shops and they lived up to expectations.I told joe about my past experience with transmissions and that i wanted to spend more than the average rebuild this time and make it better. Even after telling him that i still think he gave me a good price.I dont know much about transmissions but he told me all the specific upgrades. After 2 weeks of highway, mud, and towing this transmission is definately better than the original or the past 2 rebuilds. The biggest improvement is previously i could barely maintain 75 without having to kick into overdrive but now i dont. It also shifts alot firmer and faster. The only final test is longevity but if this review stays at 5 stars you can assume im still happy.

I felt very positive about the technician s professionalism and knowledge at this shop. I got their diagnosis right then and there. Joe did a test drive for a few minutes and then check the transmission fluid to see if there was any metal glitter in it.Fortunately, the problem is minimum at the moment and if I follow Joe s advice I will be able to keep it running for a little while.Nevertheless, the transmission will have to be replaced sooner of later.I m glad that he educated me about the quick temporary solutions that many of us go forth such as adding additives to the transmission fluid which ultimately end up making the rubber seals swelled to the point that they fail faster.Good I didn t add anything when they changed the transmission fluid as one technician I met before going with Joe suggested me to do.Thank you Joe for your honest advice.

Very expensive.go shop around town first.i guess they can charge more in that neighborhood where they're located.there are several experienced transmission shops in town that are a lot less in price for the same work.
