Needed to get a headlight fixed so I went to purchase a headlight. The light the older gentleman employee recommended for my car (2008 Honda accord) ended up not being the right one, and I only found this out when the mechanic I went to afterwards pulled everything apart and showed me they were not a match. Wouldn't have been too annoyed if he had not said something sexist on my way out implying that I need to get a man to fix it.Edited to Add: I took the bulb back into the store to get a return and the older woman employee at the counter told me that they couldnt take it back because it had obviously been used due to the smudges on it? I'll just take it to a different o Reilly's somewhere else...

My car s battery was not working, Ronnie was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful, he ordered a new battery and installed it, I highly recommend this place and give 5 stars to Ronnie, please give him a raise!

The gentleman at this location found the correct rotors for my F-150 after the O Reilly auto parts online tool identified the incorrect rotors for my truck. Thankfully, I was able to get my truck fixed before work the next day.

Assistant manager had a stick up his, well yk what. he was very rude and refused to talk to me when I was asking him a question. I was there to bring back a faulty item that had a "lifetime warranty" to which he almost refuse to return. I am an assistant manager at a huge retail store and I can assure you, this is not how you would interact with customers.

Sometimes life presents challenges that feel like the end of the road. However, that wasn't the case after speaking with Jasmine today at the 506 store locations. I needed to track down a purchase from July 2021. She was prompt in helping me, got me the vital information I needed, solved my issues, and was very happy to do so. In this day in age where so many are perturbed to do their job Jasmine showed incredible customer service. I am beyond grateful and hope the GM sees this and give her the proper recognition she deserves. Thank you Jasmine!!!

I was so frustrated because O'Reilly is my automatic go-to for auto parts. I'm not from this area but we're visiting for the weekend, and I needed a replacement part asap! And THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT!Before I left, though, I stepped up to the counter. Alejandro quickly stepped up to help me, searched up the part, and found one in the back! (Oh, those vaults of mechanalia!) I was able to leave the store as satisfied as always.

Called and ordered cooling fans they didn't stock them but told me they could order them and they would arrive in store by 3pm. After waiting all day I arrive wait in line and am told sorry they arent on the truck so they were re ordered for the following day. After waiting a whole day 3pm arrives and still no parts. Although some employees are more helpful than others O'Reilly's has become my last place to go to for parts merely because no one ever knows what's going on or follows up when ordering parts. If they don't have it in stock better off waiting on another parts store.

Brought two items to counter and young clean cut Hispanic man rang me up, but it did not match what on the shelf stated. Showed him the product on the shelf that did not match the receit. He stated he had not got a chance to change pricing. He would not change pricing so I I wet across street. Such laziness

They are awesome and always willing to assist in your mechanical needs. They will even put new wiper blades on your vehicle for nothing when you buy them. Christina and Heather are the managers there can't say enough good things about those Ladies and their staff. Good old country folks

Store was clean and well organized. A wind storm knocked out powerd and the staff jumped into overdrive! Walking around showing customers where items were located and answering questions. Their actions made the wait pass quickly. Very well managed and well trained group. Makenzie (sp?) was especially helpful for me and my son. What she didn't know she was quick to find out. Very eager to please the customer and do a great job. The franchise should be very proud of this group. Thanks Makenzie. We are back on the road.

Make sure you bring crossword puzzles with you to help pass the time for when you're standing in line for 30 minutes while the cashier is just chatting up other workers.

Been dealing with them for about ten years. Their not going to know everything but their willing to do the research, and I was looking at the one comment about them not willing to drive to another store to get on part man your dumb,,, they'll bring it in next day, they've ordered parts overnighted they and someone opened the store early for me. Maybe if you didn't walk in like a d-bag they'd be a little more accommodating. Over all I would recommend them to anyone.

Called the store to warranty out a defective part I bought yesterday. I was told another store had it and asked if they would pick it up. The comment was that was tough they wasn't going to get it that it was too far for them to drive. Spoke to the manager and was also told I would have to wait till tomorrow. They wouldn't drive to get it. Very poor customer service. If I was you I would go to another OReilly. They are not very experienced anyway.

Service is outstanding and prices are fair. Tyvon was very helpful and courteous. When I returned the alternator core without a mask, nobody had a hissy fit.This O'Reilly is right across the street from Auto Zone. Choose O'Reilly every time!

Although my last visit didn't fair very well. I made a phone call in the morning to check again on the parts and everything seemed to have been sorted out and I got my parts no problem. I was even able to exchange one of the parts that I ordered that turned out to be the wrong item no problem, all I did was pay the difference in price.

My husband is a business owner and has been ordering parts from this location for a few years now. Unfortunately he has had problem after problem with them lately. He has gotten hung up on and lied to about where and when his parts will be delivered to him.

I Visited O' Reilly auto on Fm2920 Saturday on 9/14/13.Its amazing how you go to place where people are employed to help you that's there job, but wouldn't.There were four employees in the place and just two customers, myself made two. Long story short I had to click the cans I was trying to purchase together to get a helpers attention, they walked around me and completely ignored me like I was not there until I click the cans together. For a moment I felt I went back in time. When I left I had to check to see if there was a WHITES ONLY sign ON THE DOOR. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN NEVER!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't really had much luck getting the correct parts from this location my most recent visit they ordered a part for me to be delivered on Friday because I didn't make it back to town until Monday they sent it back without so much as a phone call Great customer service no wonder I shop at Napa most of the time

Horrible experience in that store this week. I work for a competitor and my company didn t have what I needed and I was in a hurry so I stopped in and was told by the manager Barry that he doesn t sell to competitors. I told him it was for personal use and he said he didn t care and asked me to leave. I asked for his bosses number and he said he ll tell you the same thing. I went across the street to Autozone found what I needed and even got a rewards membership. Oh and lastly members of my family do fleet maintenance and use this company throughout that states but as of today those 200 trucks are being serviced by a competitor that Barry won t sell to

Stopped by to get some things, terrible customer service. Bearded guy was outside smoking and no one at the register or floor to assist customer. When employee was asked for help he had horrible attitude.
