Came in for a state inspection they gave me a roundabout time of 30 minutes- was assisted by Chris. Had enough time to go to Arby's and Sonic came back enjoyed the weather outside and within 10 minutes it was done! appreciate the timeliness.

Popped in early on a Monday after trying another shop nearby and not being assisted for about a half hour. Drove by and saw the open sign out front and decided to give them a try. Super friendly and helpful, and was seen right away. Definitely will be back for any tire needs for my other vehicles.

I swung in for an engine problem, and Brandon came to help me. Given my limited understanding of cars, he was very patient and knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable. I will come back here to work with Brandon from now on!

Chris took great care of my truck, ensuring to check all fluids and getting me in and out real quick. I've always brought all of my vehicles here for oil changes and tire rotations and I will continue to do so.

I went some weeks ago for wheel alignment and balance. Luis told me that it was done. Yesterday I went to a mechanic for another service and he told me that the wheel balance was not done. Clients, be careful and double check. It seems that they (NTB) are not been honest.

I can't say enough about Bill and the crew there at NTB. They are very friendly and do more than are expected. Over and above. My girlfriend has been buying tires and oil changes here for years and told me about it. They have a new customer in me.

Brought vehicle in for a tire repair. They rolled the tire into the waiting room and was honest about not being able to repair it. I let them know that it was a new tire from a different installer and he recommended we install the spare to get it warranted by the other company. They installed the spare and loaded the bad tire all at no cost.

Got assistance from Brandon with my vehicle and informed him of a thrown error code. After assessment was informed of the best course of action with regard to matters of financial applicability. Would highly recommend this individual for all of your assessing and repair needs.

Made an appointment for a tire rotation and was in and out within 30 minutes. Very nice service and quick. Normally, places like this drag you along. Not here. I will be back.

Was sent away because my stock 2019 gmc Sierra wouldn't "fit" on the alignment rack. Even though a newer gmc truck was before me and waiting an hr after they took my truck back.Went to spring Cypress/290 NTB. They had no issues fitting a STOCK truck onto their alignment machine. They were questioning why it wouldn't fit at tomball.Will definitely be traveling to the spring Cypress and 290 NTB from now on.If the mechanic was busy or just don't feel like doing mine, tell me instead of making me wait an hr (after taking my truck back) . I wouldn't be angry

Came in there for the first time because I thought I needed an alignment. They could ve done an alignment and charged me for it and made money off of me instead they charge me $20 rotated my tires and fix my problems went back 5000 miles later to do a five tire rotation And they were quick, courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this location to anybody in need, top-notch service in my book. Thanks, NTB.

Luis and Shannon came in clutch. I had a broken Schrader valve on my tpms unit. They replaced it with a standard one to get me by until I can get the sensor replaced. Thanks guys.
