A Brand New Auto Repair Shop opened up in November, We decided to give them a try because no one can diagnose our engine issues correctly, and we realized this Shop has real ASE certified mechanic's. Within Less than an hour we had our problems presented to us with pictures and even a video.Erick and Sam took the time to explain that even though we replaced our catalytic converter it did not fix the issue because we needed a simple tune up and fuel and air engine cleaning.Our car is running like it used to after they Fixed it! If I could give ten stars I would. This place is amazing. Customer service is out of this world. I even got a ride back to work since I worked close by so I didn't have to wait there for my oil change. I HIGHLY recommend this place for any of your car needs. I would like to thank N West Houston Auto Repair for going above and beyond on helping me getting my car back in best running conditions. The services included replacement transmission, replacement mount and all lot of other things, essentially they got my car running smoothly as when I first got it about 8 years ago. Great professionalism throughout the entire process and they answered any questions that I had to make sure I understand what the issues were and how they were going to fix it. For a big repair service the pricing would have been higher at other places but they were fair with me. Once fixed they delivered my car to my work place so I could be back on the road. I waited a while to post this review (it's been a month) and there have been no issues with my car. I will be taking my car here for any future services. I highly recommend N West Houston Auto Repair in Tomball!

I took my car in to resolve the engine light coming on. I had done my own check by going to auto part store and using their reader. I was not prepared for the problems discovered when a professional checks your car. This lead to the need for extensive work. I was not happy at that moment. But the team at N. West Houston Auto Repair replied professionally. They told me what I needed and why. It was a phased approach from simple low cost to things that must be done. The problem proved to be illusion but what I really appreciated was the tenacity and perseverance of the N. West team. They never gave me a reason to doubt their work. In fact, the team grew on me. I like knowing a mechanic team that will look out for my best interest and do so professionally. I own five cars/truck so I am sure I will be back at some point. I am happy to have discover N. West. They are my new family mechanics. I do highly recommend them.

This was my first time here my son usually does my oil but he is to busy no and every time i go somewhere he has something bad to say. Had a coupon so went here. Over all they we're very honest great job and even noticed some things that I needed to address on my car, after the point inspection thank you guys so much. I will be back.

I called the business and told him what I needed to be done when I got there they helped me out and did everything they were supposed to with my my license then they gave me a good estimate I like I need to go back get some of that stuff done I just had a busy day going there with my brother was riding with me and we had things to do. I don't have any photos because well they put a license plate on for me that's all the card did not come with a license plate bracket so they fixed it for me.

Went in for an oil change on my wife's Tahoe. Better than where I've been going. This time I received a report of recommendations. Have not been getting that with others. I'll be bringing my Sierra next. Conveniently around the corner from us.

was super happy when i found this place instead of having to take my car all the way to bmw. they had it fixed within a day, and when i ran into another problem, they sent a tow truck and had it fixed the next day no problem. amazing service all around! thanks guys!

Great place they helped me understand what was wrong with my transmission and they found out that my engine was leaking oil from timing cover and they gave me a deal to repair, they do more then just transmissions .parts have warranty and transmission rebuild two year warranty this one of the most friendly places ever they worked with me explained in perfect detail thats all proServices: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Nice place. Nice people. Walked in for an inspection (newer car transferring to Texas registration), walked out 15 minutes later with inspection completed and a free cup of coffee in hand.

They told me to come in so they could look at and try to honor warranty work that was needing done from the last ownership. Because it was minor they won t honor it. You could of saved me the trip from when we originally spoke that you don t honor warranty work from the previous owner and not waste my time

I took my car in after it overheated. They were able to diagnose the problem and fixed it. They offered me a shuttle service where they took me back home, and when they had to wait for a part to come in they gave me a loaner car.

I wanted to wait awhile before I reviewed AllPro to see if any issues arose. I didn t expectant as I used them before on another truck.Monty and Justin went out of their way to help us with my husbands Ford F-150. This was probably the best car experience I've had. They were extremely informative, helpful and quick. We saved $2000 by going with All-pro transmission. We also got our car back the following day instead of waiting 3-4 weeks as quoted by another shop. I would recommend All-pro to anyone. Even if just calling to ask questions they are extremely helpful.

I m rebuilding my truck. My 1994 Ford f150 transmission was hard to shift and was making weird noises. Had them check it out and told me I need a rebuild and gave me a good quote. Now it runs very smooth. Amazing service finished it in less then a week. Very convenient. Good price. Highly recommend to everyone.

Transmission repairs; were completed in a good, reasonable timeframe. It seems to be working smoothly and only time will tell as working requirements of the work-truck progress. Never once did anyone of their workers give me a reason to feel insecure . Montee, Geo and Pedro all were very polite and respectful to me being concerned and technical in my interest of the truck and their knowledge of its needs!Service: Transmission

All the people at All Pro Transmission were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have been having bad luck with finding a trustworthy mechanic shop until I read the review for this place. I decided to give them a try and it was the best decision I made. I brought my truck to the shop because my check engine light came on but turned off again and wasn't sure what the problem was. They found the problem and had it fixed within a few hours and haven't had a problem since, also with a reasonable price. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.
