Highly recommend they did a very good job with the oil change and tune-up package saved me a lot of money the dealer asking friendly teamwork. I'm coming back for business, thanks to Ken's Automotive.

This is our first time using Ken based on neighbor recommendations. Our daughter's car heater on her 2005 toyota highlander was not working. They were very responsive with diagnosing the issues. The pricing was very fair. Along the way, they were very responsive, keeping us updated. One of the parts was no longer available from toyota. They searched salvage places with success. They took the extra step to locate a local place that could rebuild the ac controller board. Even provided a 1 year warranty on that part. Job well done. I highly recommend using Ken's auto in tomball.

Ken's is the best! I cannot say enough good things about them. My husband and I have taken both of our vehicles in over the past several years and we have always received the highest quality service. They are consistently honest and thorough. I have never been disappointed by them. I only now have taken the time to write this review because of concern we had about the nature of our latest car issue. Ken's found the problem, fixed it and was 100% straight with us the entire time. We could not be more grateful. Thank you so much Ken's! I've been here a few times to get multiple cars fixed and they have always had TERRIBLE communication. This recent incidence had pushed my limits. I dropped my car off on Friday and was told they would bring it in to get checked around 4-4:30. Never received a call for an update. I called them around 5/5:30 to see if there was a diagnosis and was asked what the issue with the car was and was told they won't be able to get it checked until the next day. Saturday midday (1PM) comes and still no call. I once again called back and was asked the same question of what was the issue with the car. Was told they'd call me back once they can get the car up in a bay. 5:00 PM comes around and still no call so I called once again. Same question and same response. I decided to go pick my car up because they seemed too busy to want to diagnose the car. Seemed like they didn't have the time to properly take my vehicle into the bay and diagnose it. Don't take your car here unless you want it sitting in the lot for a while and if you want to continuously call for an update instead of them calling you. This isn't the first I have experienced bad communication/updates with this shop. Other than that, they can do good work and is reasonably priced.

I was recommended to this shop through my AAA membership, and I'm so glad I called! The 1st mechanic I had work on the problem didn't fix it, so I went in myself and replaced 2 more parts and the problem was still there. Ken's Auto is Friendly and fast, despite how busy they are, while also taking the time to properly get to the bottom of the problem. The problem is gone and I have peace of mind. Traveling into town and noticed issues with my steering wheels. And happy I found this shop. They worked me into their schedule and ordered the original part. Fair and competitive pricing and outstanding service. Good and professional employees. And being from out of town, they did not price gouge me. I would definitely recommend them.

Ken's Automotive has become my go-to for all car maintenance and fixes. It has been a blessing to find a trust-worthy business and I want to extend a Big thank you to Alex, Frank, front desk and technicians. Great mechanic shop!I came in from out of town to attend a funeral, my AC compressor and condenser went out on me. They were able to fix my vehicle in the short time window and get me back on the road. Very professional and knowledgeable employees.

I am not sure how I feel about this place. About a month ago, I was traveling. I went in due to a brake down. My alternator went out. Unfortunately, my alternator went out again. This time, I went to my regular mechanic and it was the same issue. When we got home after leaving Ken's I noticed that some of the bolts that held the cover on my engine were missing and when we left the shop, up the road we heard a dragging sound. The splash guard on my right front was dragging and eventually, I lost it. My vehicle wasn't in the best shape, but I know not every bolt was replaced. The employees there are extremely delightful. I don't think that they sabotaged my vehicle, but i think mistakes happened as the repairs should have been resolved. My mechanic said that there was a bolt that they needed to repair that was loose and just spinning, it wasn't doing what it was supposed to be doing. I wouldn't say not to go, but maybe check the repair areas before leaving.

Dropped my van off and they were really busy but within a couple days they got van in and fixed her up..Rides and brakes smoother now then it ever has..Great service in a timely fashion...Would recommend them to my grandma...

I'm allll about customer service... This place didn't do it for me....They fixed my car for a moderate to high price and the job seems good 4 months in.However, The customer service and atmosphere could improve drastically.I want to feel comfortable but, no parking, awkward and inappropriate conversation, the lack of genuine excitement for one's career and the lack of friendliness ruined it for me....Maybe new staff and a bigger, newer place may do it some good.

They did an oil change, the drain plug was stripped out they changed it out. The team was very nice and reasonably priced, and the waiting area was quite clean. Highly recommend.

Frank and the guys at Ken's Automotive are awesome! My husband and I both highly recommend them! We initially went there for a minor repair, but after meeting Frank and seeing the work that they do, we went back to have our brakes done. They give you a quote upfront (and stick to it), and their prices can't be beat! They also stand by their work and are just overall wonderful people. We consider Frank a good friend, and we will definitely be loyal customers!Service: Brakes

Kens has worked on my 2000 Mustang. Honest people and easy to work with. I m taking it there this coming Saturday for more repairs. My passenger side window does not function properly, clutch adjustment, check engine light stays on, and the brake light comes on then off several times. I know Ken can fix it all at a good price. Very knowledgeable and super nice. UPDATE: After 7 weeks I m finally getting my car back. They are so nice. I m sure I drove them crazy with all the times I called. Par for the course, the workmanship is a 10 +. I m so excited about getting it back. Thank you again for the top notch work and fantastic prices.

You get 5 *s cause your service is exemplary! But don't dodge my calls cause of a years expired interlock issue. You did not install, calibrate, or remove said device. 3rd party consultant was only reason for your involvement. Needed second opinion, and you ignored me purposely. Refused business purposely. Otherwise, they do great work. Used them in the past, and never had a complaint. Still a great place to get anyone's vehicle fixed!

If you want to be ripped off this is your place to go, these guys want to charge me 2500 for a tune up on a f250 stating due to the fact that parts are sky high! So i took it to Firestone and they charged me 700.00, i would give this place 0 stars if I could!

From oil changes to transmission exchange to water pump repair to a/c repairs - I have been treated fairly and wifh respect. Never overcharged and always on time. Courtesy shuttle when needed. I absolutely highly recommend this shop.

Went in to get a leak fixed and they tried to sell me on replacing the entire engine without even looking at the vehicle. Hell they didn't even know what the problem was or how many miles I had.

My car has been a visitor at Kens Auto in Tomball for years. Super nice people!My last visit was to diagnose the dreaded Check Engine light on my Mini Cooper. They fixed everything but now my car pulls to the right, the drivers side window doesn t close the way it used to and my AC is out. Coincidence? If these were an issue when I took it in,I would ve mentioned it and they would have fixed that too.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Took my Ford 6.8L V10, one of the spark plugs stripped out of the threads on the aluminum header. They had me fixed up in 5 hours. Very impressive when I drove up they had a disassembled engine I could see in the garage, so I could tell they knew what they were doing.
