I always have a good experience at K&L Auto Repair. Always up front with the cost any problems that they're having with my vehicle they call me and explain the problem explain what the total will be there is never a surprise with the bill.

My husband bought a suspension lowering kit. He was having trouble pulling the shocks to put the kit on, so we decided to use K&L to put the kit on. The job was done at a fair price; turned out great!I will definitely be a return customer. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.Great job!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Amazing service. I clipped a curb and got a flat tire. I had 2 kids in the car. I looked up on Google and K & L was about 1.5miles away. I drove over there are flustered and they were simply amazing. Changed my tire within 3min! No charge. The crew of a young lady and 3 gentleman were a God send. I couldn't have found a better auto shop. Thank you so much

Posting it to believe it.Side-by-side quote from a Mercedes dealer for replacing $60 temperature sensor harness AND what i paid for at K&L for its repair.This is not the 1st time we taking vehicles to this garage. Motorhome, SUVs, cars. All taken care of and always at the best price!

Small, local, family-owned business. I'm a repeat customer. I 'should' be able to trust, but the owner has ripped his britches with me. K&L replaced my dead car battery. K&L had both of my key FOBs, one worked and the other had a dead battery. K&L replaced the dead battery in the key FOB and said the key FOB had to be reprogrammed. Really? Why? I have previously replaced the key FOB battery and did not need to reprogram the FOB?? I picked up my car, paid the invoice which included $100 to reprogram the key FOB. Wow K&L, I'm still curious as to why the need to reprogram the key FOB when it was only a battery that was replaced. I called my GM Dealership and asked the Service Manager if my situation would require the key FOB to be reprogrammed. GM Service Manager said the dead car battery, nor the dead key FOB battery would require the key FOB to be reprogrammed. To note, the key FOB not damaged, not over-used, perfect condition. I then placed a phone call to K&L to discuss with the owner, left a message with the front desk employee, and the owner has not returned my phone call. Shame on you K&L! The simple fact that you've not returned my phone call to discuss or explain yourself speaks volumes. You've lost my trust and my future business.Service: Battery
