The service was professional and fast. I went for a State inspection and it was taken care of promptly. Their location is clean and comfortable for the short wait. I will definitely recommend this location.

Awesome service. For anyone with enterprise fleet vehicles. This is the place to come. Team was very courteous and professional. Got me in an out on a Saturday afternoon. I couldn t be happier.Other locations have taken hours to get the job done.Thank you again for the great service.

Jiffy Lube is the best place for oil changes. They are very courteous and friendly. They let you know if there are problems and give you an option of having them fixed or waiting. I really like the honesty they have for their customers and I wouldn't go any where else for my vehicle repairs.

It took over 30 minutes after the took the car into the bay for an oil change. They also wanted $9.99 to top off the coolant. I've never been charged for this at the many other companies I've used for oil changes

The employees were great. However, overprice wiper blades bit excessive to charge $39.99 a blade for the same blades at AutoZone or advance auto cost 25 dollars per. Especially when it was a Diesel vehicle, and only cost seven dollars for the inspection.

I was referred to the location from Auto Zone, they said the technician's are very honest, I have check engen light, and I had the spare parts, needs quote for labor only, I was quoted $80 / hours for 10 hours job. The quote is too high.

While the men were polite, it literally took me an hour for just a fluid top off & air in my tires. I probably would have been okay with the wait/chosen another option if it had been presented to me that it would take so long especially with only two cars in the garage. The workers have NO pep in their step at all to take care of customers. Absolutely ridiculous and an overall waste of my time.

Came in for a reinspection because the original tint on a 2010 vehicle was too dark. Lol!!! I'm not sure how the truck passed inspection over the past 13 years.Spoke with the Assistant Manager and he stated it would only take five minutes for the reinspection. Well, I sat for over an hour before they even touched my truck. I had to remove 13 year old tint from my front windows and wait over an hour for reinspection. Needless to say, I'll never come back to this Jiffy Lube again. Horrible experience!!!!

Have had to wait over 2 hours for someone to do a reinspection all they had to do was look at the tires which should not take 2 hours. They moved everything in my car the radio station, my lights. Left my hazard lights going when I got back in. They need to learn to not change or mess with the owners settings on anything in their car.

Had my brakes inspected and replaced here. Service was professional, friendly, efficient and fast. Seth did good work following up, and parts arrived quickly. The worse jiffy lube. Came to get an inspection they failed me didn t say anything to me placed paper in car found out I failed once i got paper out windshield. Had no respect enough to tell me i failed to my face

Overall, good service, but took almost 2 hours to change my oil and do an inspection. Was not told it would take that long or would have found another option. Should work on speeding up the process or tell customers up front it will be a long wait.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

My last visit they didn t put my oil filter on all the way so the oil leaked out of my car. And on this visit I was told that I had a transmission leak. I don t think they should tell your customers stuff like this unless the are sure that is what the case is. I left jiffy Lube and skipped my customer that I was supposed to go see to take my truck to the shop to see where the leak was coming from on my transmission only to find out that a bucket of hydraulic fluid was leaking in the back of my truck. Hydraulic fluid and transmission fluid. Don t look anything alike.!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I visited two locations on11/30/2023. My usual location(Tomball) did oil change but unable to do inspection. I went to another location (Magnolia new store) to get inspection and got tires rotated.

This shop is amazing, the supervision and all the team is always in a great mood. The team is also very safe and very knowledgeable. I had a great experience at this location when I came to get my vehicle inspected. The employees were extremely courteous and seemed to have a great attitude.I tried going to a different place in town first but they told me the person that doesn t inspections wasn t there.I m very happy I ended up coming to Jiffy Lube! The service was extremely quick (took roughly around 30 minutes which included a vehicle that they were currently inspecting). 10/10 for the customer service and experience I had here!
