Go to tire link or somewhere else.Got 4 new tires here, 4 days later a flat. Bad valve stem. Got the mount, balance and lifetime alignment .tire mount, can t complain balance, way off. Driving the vehicle had a noticeable shake, it s a 2020 with 45k miles took it somewhere else and they balanced them correctly, all four out of balance.Got paperwork showing alignment within spec, still drives with wheel a bit off centerAll four tires had different pressure. One tire had maybe 50lbs of pressure, one had close to 79 .had to go fix/adjust myself to get all four to 65lbs as the tpms monitors4 tires mount balance and this alignment..about 2g. Then $10 for someone else to replace a valve stem, 50$ to have another tire shop balance them. Not to mention my time .JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because there's always room for improvement. I'm so thrilled I stopped by because they were able to help me on my timeline. Great service and friendly staff.

Went by this morning just to get my tires checked no one was there but 4 guys and they were all just talking to each other when I walked in. One guy told me it ll be just a minute then another one chimed in how can I help you I said I think I put too much air in my tires I need them checked told me to pull up to bin so I walked out to do so then he immediately followed me out and said oh we don t have the tools to check your air in your tires. It s a tire store it was clear to me they just didn t want to do it so at that point I informed him about the review I was going to write my two daughters live close by I told them both to NEVER go there

Left tire had major camber to it, took it in for alignment. No change after having said work performed. Turns out the left side lower ball joint nut was very loose. How they did not notice that is beyond explanation.Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

They said they could do a patch job on my tire . And kept it all day until 430 saying oh we don't have the patches to fix it but can sell you another one. Ridiculous. People will do anything to screw you over.

I live near Missouri City and make the drive here for anything on my family's vehicles. The store manager (Adam) and staff have taken great care of us. 100% honest, fair priced, and great work. This particular place is the only referral I ever give for friends in need. It's great dealing with people who value making customers for life over getting a quick buck.

DO NOT COME HERE!! I came for an oil change (That cost me $109) and all of a sudden, my cars AC didn't work. It has no problems when I arrived, but when I left my AC didn't work WHAT SO EVER!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went in for an alignment. Made the appointment previously and when I arrived, I was checked in within 2 minutes. They took less than an hour and didn't push any extra items on me. I need to get a tire rim repaired and they did say they can look into it, but that I can talk to their tech to get a quote to make sure. Clean location, polite staff, fast service. Highly recommended. And it was about 1/2 of what the dealership was going to charge.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went in for vehicle alignment. Was checked in quickly, they started working on the vehicle at the appointment time. Got me out when they said they would. I was surprised because most of the time with auto repair you can expect to wait longer. I wasn't upsold on other stuff. They didn't try to push things on me I didn't need.

Made an appointment to have my front tires checked due to shaking in the front. When I got my car back, they said they rotated them (not what I made the appointment for). They claim to have balanced the tires. When my husband checked the tires that they rotated, all they did was put the shake and problem in the back of the car. My husband found a tire bubbled bad. I called the next day, and they said it would be an hour wait without an appointment. We went up there, and over $100 later, I had to replace one of the tires to get rid of the shake.

This location is horrible been trying to get tires. Was told 2 days ago they would be in the morning. Still never received the tires. This location obviously doesn't take the customer seriously. I'll drive to champion forest for now on.

Not a great experience. We have a fleet of vehicles and one of our guys went in for an oil change and he asked for a battery check. Instead, they charged for a full electrical system check. I called and tried to talk with management about this and he would not admit that it could have been a mistake, instead he continued to state that my employee asked for that. I did not even want a refund or concession, I just wanted some acknowledgment that we should not have been charged for a battery check. Even more apparent is that the vehicle has only 9500 miles and someone should have taken that in consideration. I feel that they knew there was no additional items that they can quote and decided to take the quick $36.99. Since there was no resolution with management, we will not return any of our vehicles to this location.Service: Oil change

My experience was AWESOME to say the least. As being a female and never knowing what to expect from mechanics as there is always the unknown if they will attempt to haggle you or lie. (I have had multiple experience and tend to do my own research before I do anything with auto shops) I recently purchased a truck for my children to be able to sit comfortable as we recently added a addition to the family. I have had the car less then 30 days. I went to another auto to have a diagnosis done 2 weeks after having the vehicle paying 140 dollars to tell me that brakes needed to be done. Here we are a week or so after the visit I have 3 lights pop on. Annoyed. I went at 7AM after I had done my research and had an idea of all my issues. Firestone not only attempted to make the pricing fair but resolved the issues of my requests. Oh and nothing was wrong with my brakes go figure. Thank God I always get second opinions. This was not my visit nor will it be the last. Thanks Adam and the lead mechanic!!!Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

Went to Firestone to replace worn tires. I went one day early to make sure the tires were available. The tires were ordered in for my planned next installation. Everything worked like clockwork. Most excellent!

I would advise anyone to never go to this Firestone. They tried to charge me for something that was covered under warranty. Went to another Firestone and they honored my warranty with no issues.
