I'm always impressed with the level of service here. Great team and very helpful. I'm always super worried they are going to question how i got the flat and say its not covered under the warranty or insurance on it, but they never question me (No reason to - i just panic like that). They just happily take care of it. However, I was a little annoyed on my latest visit when I asked if they had filled up the spare tire, which I had needed to use and looked low by the time I arrived, and they said "No, the tire is too old to fill up." My response was "Then why aren't you telling me this and offering to sell me a new one? It's not going to be very useful for me if I need it in the future." Skyler was super helpful though and helped me get a new one ordered and when the lower priced one I wanted wasn't available, ordered the next price level but charged me the lower price. So, despite the one oversight, I think it's a well run store and we'll keep bringing our cars back.

Outstanding service! I came in late, like 10 minutes before closing, and they got me a whole new set of tires, Mounted and balanced before I could Finish one of my stories.They didn t groan about me being late, Everyone of them had a smile on their face and made me feel like an important customer.I actually enjoyed getting tires!Matthew, my sales guy, put up the screen and showed me all the differences between the tires, Gave me a brief explanation of which ones were the best, and did not try to oversell me.I could not have been happier with my Experience at this store. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

I have been going to this Discount Tire store for 10 years. I am always impressed with their service. I get 5000 mile rotation and balancing done with an appointment which is easily done on their website. I'm always done within 30-45 minutes. There is always someone to greet you, you seldom ever have to wait very long even in the busiest time of day.

Unfortunately I must end my long standing relationship with Discount Tire. Im being asked to buy 2 new tires on tires with only 1/2 their rated milage. 28k/60k warranty. I told discount what my driving conditions were and bought the tires they recommended. Now they insist that the damage to 1 tire is from driving on gravel which I don't do. I've bought all my tires from them over the years fir 6 different vehicles. I have enjoyed the friendly staff and usually quick service. But the service had fallen off in the past year and now they won't stand by ther products they sell. Is rather pay more (which I've offered to do) to get a reliable product from a reliable concern. This just isn't happening. Very sad

I called my local Discount Tire due to an immediate need for RV tires. Luis answered my call (literally) and as soon as I could get my trailer to the store they d have a set of tires ready. I think it took :30 (a team of 3) and I had 5 tires mounted and balanced and was ready to go on vacation. Big shout out to Luis and the guys at DC, y all did a great job; including help with dragging a 36 trailer into the lot. This is the only place I buy tires.

Outstanding. Appointment at 8:15, arrived at 8:10, car was completely done and I was driving away at 8:37. I was greeted at the door upon arrival and received immediate attention. Employees walked me.to the car on the way out to make sure no final issues. I received consistent emails, phone calls, and text messages about the status and any changes to my installation and tires. After having the most awful experience of my life with tires at the Costco Tire Center in Cypress TX last week, including failure to honor their warranty and a litany of ridiculous made up hurdles to getting it replaced, I will never again use anyone but this discount tire location. Above and beyond. Great work!

These guys were friendly and efficient. I buy all of my tires here. They have a great network of stores and good prices. With as much travel as I do I buy the repair plan and typically use it several times per year picking up a nail once per quarter. Great guys will be back again

The service I received from Brian was outstanding!Came in, tires not in stock. Brian ordered and made me an appointment for the next day for installation. I came in at my appointment time and was back on the road in approximately 30 minutes....on a Saturday!!! He made my experience quick, easy and effortless. Thank you!

Excellent communication, speedy repairs and amazing technicians. They got me taken care of quick and were so incredibly helpful with recommendations to prolong the life of my, now new, tires. Huge thank you to Ali and most importantly Luis or Louis (I m not sure how to spell it haha). Luis was patient even with all the troubles and hurdles that seemed to lead up to the final transaction (may I note - the complications were solely due to the bank and not the employees). My family and I will continue to come to this location and request for Louis s assistance with an and all of our tire needs.

We travel Full Time in our RV and tires are the very foundation of our lifestyle. They take us far and keep us safe. Thanks to all guys who were involved in my purchase and installation on my new 225 65r16 Yokohama tires. Everyone has been friendly with providing 100% good job. I have also more dramatic experiences with other tire service places so this is the extra reason why we appreciate honest and clean business...especially those days. Keep it up guys and Thank you

I must say! I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism, courtesy, and quality of work by everyone at this store. I must say it was the best experience I have ever had at a tire/service shop. Hands down I highly recommend this store to everyone. Thank you for taking the time to care about all of your customers.

Went in for rotate and balance. I was standing outside watching, and when they started putting the tires back on, I pointed out to the technician the tires had not been balanced. He gave me a blank stare and asked the other gentleman if they were supposed to balance them. Isn't that part of rotate and balance?? Especially since you have bought the tire certificates?? Come on Discount Tire, you're better than this!! Maybe my next time in there, I can raise this to 5 stars.

We have trusted and purchased our tires from this location for over 15 years and the service has always been impeccable. Today they shattered that trust. I purchased tires for my 17 year olds wrangler online, scheduled the appointment and paid for everything. The salesman at the shop called me to confirm everything. I explained that my young daughter would be bringing the jeep to them and she didn t know much about what was going on except that everything was paid for and she needed to give them her keys and when it was done she would get her keys and leave. I also explained to him that any other charges or sales would need my approval. Instead of complying with my instructions, they proceeded to upsale a 17 year old girl that they knew they could take advantage of. Fortunately they only got her to say yes to new windshield wipers that had been replaced 3 weeks ago. Very disappointed this happened at our Tomball location.

The only reason that I even left one star is because google reviews makes you select... Tomball Discount Tire is an absolutely ridiculous excuse for a tire service facility.... Now if you want to purchase new tires, rims etc. they do a relatively acceptable, yet, mediocre job. But if you require a bit more intellect and knowledge past brand new rubber and air, steer clear of this place. I have used them a few times over the past years with very limited success. More so due to the necessity as they were one of the only shops in our local area with the proper equipment to deal with the Alcoa aluminum rims on dodge 3500 trucks (expect damage though, that they will tell you was already there when you brought it in) The final straw was last night though, when my daughter took a single tire and rim to them. She did so as it was on her way home from work. the tire had a simple slow leak around the bead. Simple fix right? Well apparently not for Mr. Matthew. She had called earlier in the day and explained the situation. Whomever she spoke with said not a problem, bring it in we will get it cleaned up and resealed. When she got there at 530 pm Matthew started a dialogue with her, and she explained the situation. Now my daughter has spent a very significant amount of time with me in the garage since she was able to walk. she is 21 years old, changes oil, brakes, rotates tires, and just about any other vehicle maintenance that is required. She's a well rounded kid, and very car savvy. Matthew asked her if it was a chrome rim, she said no it is a 17" polished aluminum rim. She explained that she had snooped the tire and it was a slow bead leak that just needed to be cleaned and reset. Mr. Matthew gave her the "its a silly girl" answer of oh well we aren't going to be able to fix that its because it is corrosion and the chrome flaking on the inside of the rim. Now if he had even gone out and looked at the tire he would have visually confirmed the fact that he was already told him, that it was NOT a chrome rim and therefore had no chrome to flake off, and the state of the rims would have led him to understand that there is definitely no corrosion of any kind that would be inhibiting the bead set. My daughter calmly looked at him and said, OK then I will take my business elsewhere, but my dad definitely is not going to like that answer. Which I did not.If I might offer some tire shop advice to the staff and management at Tomball Discount Tire.1. DO NOT treat anyone who walks through your door like they are an idiot, because there is a very real possibility that they may be a whole lot more intelligent and have way more experience than may appear. Potentially even more than you there buddy.2. You are established in a small farming community, if you are going to be in the tire business you best learn how to use a wire wheel, emery cloth, and bead sealant.3. If you don't want people going to your competitors, then see point 1, and 2. ---Shout out to the young man at the NTB at 249 and Spring Cypress who did exactly what was needed and had the tire ready to go back on the truck in under 15 minutes. Oh and he was very sympathetic to the nonsense that she had already dealt with at Discount and did it FOC. Said it was a simple easy fix that was not worth the time to write up the paperwork.---Do better Discount.

I received great service from Michael at the Tomball, Tx store. Two days earlier I was on an out of town trip and had a flat. I installed the spare and completed my trip and had the flat tire repaired out of town at a tire store other than Discount Tire. The spare tire was still on my vehicle when I returned home. I drove up to Discount Tire in Tomball and arrived 30 minutes after it closed on Saturday evening and asked if it were possible to have the spare taken off and the original wheel reinstalled. Not only did Michael complete the request in 15 minutes he even reinstalled the spare tire underneath my pick up truck. I tried to hand him my credit card and he said no charge. Just another reason I have used Discount Tire for 30 plus years exclusively. Thank you once again MIchael.

Best customer service ever! I unfortunately had to go 15 mins before they closed for the holiday season. They were all so kind and happy to help me even though they were almost closed. The gentleman who rang me up was talking and joking around and it made me feel a lot better since I was super stressed. In and out within 30 mins and they never let the smile leave their face even as I was pulling out of the parking lot!

I am a repeat customer and went there this morning for an unexpected screw in my tire on my commute to work. Tyler B. helped me today and was just wonderful! I have a picky and protective fianc� and my father raised me on torque specs so when I asked SEVERAL questions regarding my tire(s) and their procedures he patiently, kindly, and informatively answered them all. And they had me in and out in about an hour. Go visit Tyler and you will be in the best hands!

Discount tire if you ask them if they have any refurbished tires you can usually get one in a pinch for around 20 bucks which is awesome because I went to fire stone and paid $250 for the same tire I could ve gotten a discount tire for 20 bucks. Remember the nicer you are to the employees the more willing they are to help you out in a situation like this. They ve got stacks and stacks of tires that they ve taken off of other cars they re still pretty good. Not some thing you could use for the rest of the car s life but definitely something if you had a nail in your tire or a blowout and you just needed something to get you through the day, week or even month. This is a viable option.

Went to 2 tires but ended up with 4. While balancing and rotating 2 were found to be separating and dangerous, thankfully under warranty! Service was fast.

Words cannot begin to show my appreciation for Brian and his whole team at Discount Tire Tomball TX!!! I have used Discount Tire forever yes; this however, was OVER THE TOP AMAZING!!! I had a dire family health emergency and HAD to get to WA state at the drop of a hat! I went in before getting on the rd and one tire was done in for and the 4 back tires (yes a dually) had small cracks thru-out . I spoke to Brian and asked if I get this one replaced in your opinion can the others get me TO Washington then I can get new tires when I get there I just need the money Rt now to get there. He said most likely and gave me a few pointers. They did not have the tire I. Stock so asked me to come back. I, of course, was running late getting UHaul packed and RV moved and got there at 10 min to 6. I had called and they said come on in! As I was apologizing Brian said No apology necessary; we are here for you and you are not even late! I waited for them to finish with the one tire. Brian came in to do the paperwork and get pymt and said I had them rotate and balance all of your tires just to be safe. HOW SWEET you just do not know. A few minutes later all the bay s are closed and the last one closes as Brian is bringing my truck to the door. I said thank you as he gave me the keys. He said I know you are worried about your son and have a LOT on your mind. I did not want you to have to worry about something happening on your way to him so I put six new tires on your truck so take that worry off your mind Rt away!!!! I WAS FLOORED!!!! I said but I only pd for, he stopped me. He said the other 5 are one me!!! I started crying and he teared up as well! He said Disc Tire gives me the discretion to do what I need to do to keep our customers safe and you need to stay safe so you can get to your son! Turns out there WERE treacherous conditions on the way and those tires not only saved my life but others who might have been caught up in a mess! THANK YOU BRIAN!!! You are an Amazing Individual and Greatly Appreciated!!! Keep on Being YOU!!!

Can t say enough about the great service I ve experienced at Discount Tire in Tomball. Rico was a Rock Star assisting me with replacing some run-flat tires for my BMW.Everyone I encountered was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. My issue required some additional work, and the team provided me with a great, local recommendation. It s nice to know the businesses in Tomball all work closely together to ensure the customer s needs are addressed in a fair, professional, and efficient manner.I'm a repeat customer and can assure you, I'll remain a customer of Discount Tire in Tomball.My 2 cents.Greg T.

Ali was great and handled an issue in the best way possible, i had called about a full set of tires, inventory had 5 in the system but apparently that was a wrong keystroke or a glitch in the system dieing then at the wrong location, Ali sat down next to me and broke the news but was very reassuring they were on their way from another nearby location, that the labor costs were being refunded, that they were continuing to work around it while waiting for the other 3 to arrive, and expressed his gratitude for my patience. above and beyond, even with a decent length in delay, still leaving happy and will continue to be a repeat customer
