Went to Crash Champions to have my car repaired from a minor crash. Customer service was amazing. We were informed of the repairs daily. The staff is very friendly and you are always greeted with a smile. Follow-up was great! Will use them again for sure if the need arises

The Tomball location has the friendliest staff and service is great!! I was kept up to date on the process of getting my vehicle fixed! I highly recommend them! Jana the GM was very knowledgeable when I had questions about my vehicle!

On or about 5/11/23, I took my car to Crash Champions store #58 (Tomball) for repairs.Today, (not even a year later) I observed the paint bubbling/cracking up in 2 different places at the trailing edge of the rear wheel well, on both sides.I called them directly, and asked for simple assurances that I either get a rental car while mine is being repaired, or that my vehicle is moved to the front of the line, and we set an agreed upon date for completion, as I have already sat through this process once, and will have to undergo this again at no fault of my own.They would not let me speak to the manager, Jana Shrum, who instead elected to communicate to me through the person who answered the phone. That person would place me on hold intermittently while he ferried messages between me and the manager. During that time, neither the manager nor her messenger would give the assurances I asked for regarding either replacement transportation (if the repair-wait time was extensive), or a timely date of repair completion that I and the shop both agreed to.I then asked for the regional or district managers name and contact info, for which they only provided his name, (Justin Regan) and refused to give email or direct contact info.They refused to provide me assurances of either accommodation for transportation, or expedient repairs, so I elected at that point to take to the internet, the BBB, and the corporate office to address my complaint.The corporate office's extension for customer service / complaints was not manned, and went to voicemail, so I left a message and am currently awaiting a return phone call.

I was in an accident in November and was hit from behind. When I had to go through the insurance company for repairs I knew right where I wanted my vehicle to be repaired. Machael & Michael will take excellent care of you. They made me feel at ease and are professional, attentive, kind and friendly. Thank you Machael & Michael! The location in Tomball did an excellent job. Michael and Michelle are an awesome duo. They kept me up to date with frequent communication. They answer any questions that I had and made sure I was comfortable with decisions. Definitely would visit again if needed.

My dad was in a wreck. The car was sent to Service King in Tomball. It took a while for them to fix it they said. When we got it back it was not fixed. We called and took it back. Keep in mind insurance paid almost 8 grand for them to fix it. They replaced a few more things when we took it back. Then parked it because mom and dad dont really drive much no more so they share a car really. Well tag went out. Had to get inspected they pasted inspection but told me i may want to look at drivers front tire or brakes. It was making a noise. Took back to service king. They send it off to Christian Brothers and charge me 230 and tell me its a transmission. Keep in mind the car runs and drives great the problem is only if u are going under 4 miles per hour with tge brakes engaged. The car does not jerk or slip . I am going to go have it looked at a regular honest shop and see if they believe what bull my parents were told. And charged for. I would not recommend this shop to anybody. The car should not have to go back to a shop 3 times over one wreck that Service King got paid a pretty penny to fix and my parents are still having the same issuesServices: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim, Brakes

Basic body work. $800 fix. Took two weeks as opposed to one. Had to get a rental. Non -existent communication. Phones and computers were down for two days (therefore, the rental). Spent the ENTIRE last day in Wash . Had to tell them I was picking up the car, regardless of Wash , after two weeks.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I will say I didn't have service here, but my neighbors wife and child had their nice car break down out front and they let them chill inside and gave them some refreshments while waiting for me to pick them up and the tow truck to get the car.Sometimes how you treat non-customers speaks louder than anything else!

Didn't look at claim. Saw a dent on bumper and worked on that instead. Blamed us, saying we pointed out dent. Suggested we were saying their employee lied.Didn't call when work was completed.Keep hearing bad things about this location. Won't return and never want to think about them again.

My vehicle was finished ahead of schedule. I was lucky that all of the parts need to repair my truck were available considering the time it takes to get parts these days. Fit and finish was to par and being kept up to date during the process definitely earned my business for the future.If you are in need of collision repair then go see Kelly, he s the man!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My insurance sent me here for my repair after a wreck, and I was skeptical, even wondering if I should go somewhere else since I have a European car, but Service King did a great job. They have a great process in place, send text messages to keep you posted on the progress, and make sure that you are happy. I would definitely use them again.Service: Body & Trim

I dropped my car off on March 3rd then I was told it would be ready on certain date that they were waiting on a part and that everything else was fixed .then they said it didn't come in then the said another date then told me that they couldn't get the part and didn't have an ETA. So I asked them to put the old grill back on then they told me that they still had to fix everything else .so they lied to me .then they said it would be ready today and now another part has to be ordered after my wife had been sitting there for 2.5 hours. Now they want me to pay for work that wasn't completed.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

My car was hit pretty hard,and the damage was horrible. My first time ever having to use a body shop. I was very pleased with all the updates and picking up my vehicle,well,it looked brand new again, just as the day I purchased it. I was amazed. Didn't even look like it was in an accident. I ve been around the automotive industry and have a general knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes. Having said that, I recommend service king after having my car repaired through them. The quote was accurate, service professional, and my car was returned looking like new. I would do business with them if I m in need of any future collision repairs.

Went in to get bumper, headlight, fender, grill, and airbag relpaced/fixed from front end collision. They send text updates of where the car is in the repair process which is nice to know. After about a week they tell me my car is done. I go to pick it up and there is a 3x3 in scratch all over the girl that was obviously part of the wreck. They said they thought it was previous damage, so didn't repair it. For the trouble, they told me the would clean my other headlight which as hazy and looked bad compared to my brand new one.A few days later I come back and while they did clean the headlight, they only cleaned about 50% of it. After a better inspection of the entire car, they didn't blend between bumper and fender. They clear coated over paint chips on the hood that had dust particles from sanding underneath it and the bumper had large gaps between it and the fender because it wasn't clipped in well. It was like they didn't even look at the work they completed. I mentioned this to them, and after about 2 weeks of back and forth with my insurance trying to get my insurance to pay for it- instead of them paying for it themselves because it was their bad work- I heard back from them and set an appointment to fix everything. They did a good job on redoing it and even fixed a dent in my hood that wasn't part of the damage and fixed the paint chips. However, the new headlight I got now had condensation inside from a failure of gasket or faulty casing. There was also a new black scratch on the brand new bumper that looked like it was made from their equipment hitting the bumper.Again, It's like they don't properly look over the car after they complete the work to make sure everything looks 100%. Overall, disappointed with the quality of their work, but their service was OK and the willingness to try to make things right was good, they just aren't capable of doing a good job.

The staff was helpful, courtious, and prompt. I went back twice to get items from my vehicle and had several calls made to them while my vehicle was in for repair. They never made me feel like I was bothering them, and we're always very happy to accommodate me. Having an Enterprise car rental in site is always helpful when dropping your vehicle off for repairs. Would recommend for sure.

Excellent technicians and reception desk is very knowledgeable. You won't receive any time frame until your vehicle is taken apart.
