Jim was a rockstar from the service department, he helped me with my issue even though I didn t had an appointment he was able to get my truck for diagnostic and let me know the problem, after he took my truck he walked me inside the building and showed me the waiting area, where the bathroom and coffee area was located and that was really nice he took the extra time to do that, after that I waited for my truck until they fixed it and he came back to me a few times to give updates since I was waiting for my truck, I ll recommend Jim to help you and the service department.Thank you.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. Made an appt. Was told it would take 2 hrs for diagnostics. Went to drop my car off and they said they would need my car all day. Called the service manager and was told they didn't have enough space for my car. I took off of work and drove here to be turned around basically. Never happening again. Don't waste your time.

Experienced service advisors made appointment an easier process. Just waiting on the results of the mechanic. Offers a ride home and a pickup.

Scheduled my truck for service work a week a day a half prior to arriving and when I showed up I was informed that the parts were never ordered and I had to come back in a week.

Great job while there... Set up to do recall repair. Ordered part. Never got a call on if part came in or what. Forgot all together till I got a letter reminding me of the recall. Oh ya. I'll be calling
