Sal was my contact at Caliber through the whole process - from scheduling to reception, to dropping the vehicle off and then picking it up at the end. Loved How well they worked with Enterprise and my insurance - it was all seamless and as positive as possible - They even finished ahead of schedule - the work quality is fantastic - thank you caliber, thank you Sal and team. One additional note, my vehicle is a post 2017 Ford F250 and the bodywork that needed done was on the new aluminum bodies. They had great knowledge , skills, experience and parts access to get me in and out ahead of other peoples even though I live in Katy having to work done in Tomball was well worth it. Thank you.

Being in an accident and dealing with being without a vehicle while yours is being repaired is so stressful. Thanks to Gena, she really made me feel like a priority and as if my situation was just as important to her as it was for me. Her knowledge, patience, and positive attitude honestly made this stressful experience a pleasant one. Gena's communication skills and ability to quickly respond is the best. She is truly amazing, and I couldn't have done this without her. I can't thank you enough!

Vehicle returned for multiple issues that are now being addressed by the general manager.The Manager Frank is providing a rental vehicle so that s a start.I ll update the review once all repairs are completed and I see what labor charges are waived to make right their workmanship they already have to complete. The manager seemed nice and willing to make this right.The in the trunk after wash and pick up on the side of repair is a concern as my vehicle is a hybrid with battery s under rear seats.Need of radar alignment was all I expected it needed. But there are more dash and service lights affecting all vehicle settings until the radar alignment is completed.As of right now this should all be fixable. And I expect some sort of efforts to further lessen the inconvenience and no labor cost to me as a customer for any or this for reprogramming any electronics since it was charged on the final bill.I want to give a 5 stars. I will update later when I receive my vehicle back. I will update with the resolution. I will give more stars depending on how this plays out. Over 80+ days in the shop in total is of today.

A good body shop is hard to come by especially one with great customer service. I ve use this place twice now and I highly recommend it to anyone in need Edward is awesome. He will stay in constant communication with you. not only do they do good work and honor their work, but they also make your car look good when you pick it up!! The repairs of my car were done in a timely manner and to perfection! Mr Herrera kept me informed since the beginning, thru the process, until the moment that my car was ready which happened ahead of schedule! 100% recommend!
