His manner was always very professional and, at the same time, friendly, courteous and personable.I called your shop a few times and Tiffany made a great impression for your company by being friendly and quite helpful. I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott and Tiffany at Caliber Collision, and I couldn't be more happy. I received daily updates on the progress of the repairs, which kept me informed and reassured. Not only was my car finished ahead of schedule, but Scott and Tiffany also provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. So glad I chose Caliber to complete my repair. They were super efficient all around! My vehicle was repaired before the time they said it d be completed and it s better than new! The person I spoke to on the phone, as well as Erik were both super nice. Definitely recommend this shop

If you re looking for a sign of where to take your car - this is it!I cannot explain how grateful I am for Caliber Collision! The process was way easier than I thought! I even got a link for a tracker so I always knew where along the process my car was. I was pleasantly shocked that the ETA was accurate and that Edwin followed up with me every other day leading up to it to let me know that the ETA was still on track.As it came close to the holiday I assumed that my car wouldn t be ready until after the weekend- they stayed open Saturday and waited for me as I ran behind.

Caliber Collision has repaired two of my vehicles over the last 5 years. Both times, they took care of us in a timely manner, getting us back on track when we were really busy. They kept us informed thru the process and helped with every aspect of the repair (insurance, rental car, etc.). Thanks for the great customer service!

Casey was very professional and transparent from day 1. It is great to find a place in which you are not particularly excited to be, have stellar customer service to at least brighten part of your mood. Also thankful for their making this a one stop shop w/ my rental car and allowing me to save time in that sense. They did a great job on my truck and I received it washed and clean which was a nice surprise.

Casey said he would take care of everything - and he did! He had direct connections with USAA and Enterprise car leasing. The work Caliber did was excellent and my car was spotless inside and out. I would definitely recommend Casey and Caliber and enterprise car leasing. They were a seamless team.

This is just the best place to go to have your car fixed. This unfortunately is my second trip here from two different accidents. Edwin is just courteous, friendly, very efficient. He kept me updated and my car was done. The earliest state it was promised. I couldn't be happier.

I was referred to Caliber Collision by my insurance company as a preferred service center. They have a great system set up with Enterprise car rental and text message progress info sent every day to every few days. Marcus our service advisor listened to our concerns and kept us informed of the progress. Overall it was a great experience, especially since it was during the holidays.

Long story short: they re amazing! Marcus was so knowledgeable and Erika was a great first impression.Long story long: No one enjoys having to look for a repair shop given that most likely they ve just been through a stressful situation (like an accident). As a busy mom, I really appreciated Erika answering all of my questions while I was researching the place I wanted to take my damaged vehicle. The process was well explained and easy - I set an appointment and once arrived I was greeted and we walked my car s damage together, and I left my car in the best hands and was picked up with Enterprise (super smooth and seamless process as well since they have a relationship with them) I received texts and communication the entire time on the repair status.Although supply chain issues and parts were delayed (not Caliber Collision s fault) they maintained great updates and managed my expectations.Marcus was amazing and my main point of contact - I appreciate his professionalism and knowledge as well!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

This location has friendly, excellent customer service. I was updated regularly as to the status of my collision repair. I cannot tell that there was ever any damage as the paint is applied flawlessly and color perfect. The car had been detailed prior to pick up and I mean even the interior.They simply earned my 5 star rating!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They fixed our Ram truck and it looks like nothing ever happened. Their customer service was beyond excellent! I got an update from Edwin every day on the progress and when he and many others ended up sick and not working they continued to update me. I didn't mind the small delay due to illnesses. No one can do anything about that. Way to go guys!

Brandon Nazrio at Caliber Collision on Kuykendahl did an amazing job of getting my new rear liftgate, spoiler and back bumper ordered from Tomball Honda and promptly installed in only 10 days. Brandon even stayed past closing time because I was coming from Conroe (traffic on I-45 has become so bad!).My Honda was dropped off at Caliber Collision on May 9th, needing repairs after I had an altercation with a tree trunk on May 8th. I am extremely pleased with the service at Caliber Collision The Woodlands.

I had originally gone to a different vendor for repairs but didn t have complete trust in them. I went to Caliber Collision instead where I met Travis and from the start he took control to get the repairs done. Travis was very nice and kept me in the loop which I appreciated. I also appreciate that the turnaround time for the repairs were relatively quick. Not only that but upon arrival to picking up my car I found out they washed my car inside and out. My car looked brand new picking it back up. Thank you Travis for taking care of my car!!!! I ll be sure to come back if I ever need anythingServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I have been dealing with this shop since October 18, 2023 and just took receipt of my vehicle, had to have it towed away, because of a broken timing chain guide. There was nothing mechanically wrong with my vehicle when they received it, only minor body damage. Now I am being told the engine needs to be replaced. They outsourced mechanical work without notifying me. I strongly discourage anyone from taking their vehicle here. They have been routinely slow or non responsive for days on end, I would have to call them, and then the service manager tells me he s been out sick.

Casey was the best person to handle the details of my car ! Caliber had it for a month from a car wreck I had and gave it back to me seems like better than when I dropped it off! Casey updated me multiple times a week to tell me the progress of the vehicle and gave the best customer service. When I picked up my car it was detailed to perfection, the inside and the out. I was more than satisfied and pleased with the service and vehicle ! Thank you Casey and thank you Caliber collision ! I will recommend you to anyone that needs it.

Can t say enough good about this Caliber location and my rep Edwin who took care of me throughout the process. Car was promised December 28. Then January 2, 3, 4th by lunch, and finally delivered on the 4th before closing. And then we had to return to the shop because the passenger air bag cover fell off the dash while leaving the shop.Nowhere close to the 100% customer satisfaction they hope to achieve.Under promise, over deliver. Although conveniently located close to my home, I doubt I will use again.
