If they don t know exactly how to fix the issue be prepared to pay. Had a rounded lug nut cover and they charged me over $500 for 3+ hrs of work to remove a chrome lug nut cover. This should have been a 1-1.5 hours max job to take a flat tire with a stuck lug off and put on the spare (which had no issues). Needless to say I will not be returning.Update: Their care team took a bit of time but finally reached out and made it right. Appreciated their follow-up.

I stopped by to get an oil change this weekend. My experience was smooth as always no issues dropping and picking my car up. Jonathan was really helpful and informative he called me to make sure I understood the work that my car required.

Caliber Auto Care fit me in late on a Saturday afternoon for an alignment before close and did a great job. The service was excellent and price was fair. I appreciate them going above and beyond to get me taken care of on such short notice.

As a first time customer with Caliber Auto Care, I was impressed with their service. They made some recommendations and did not try to shove them down my throat, unlike some other places. Since I felt the recommendations were genuine, I'll go back and follow up on them. They are also quick on working on your car.

The place was super clean there was fast service Destini was very helpful and made the process easy and brightened up the office with her big smile as well as making it easy to understand and explain everything. Overall I had the best experience I've ever had at a repair shop and will be telling my friends.

Customer Service is great, everyone in the front desk is amazing, However its been 2 different times that they say fluids will be topped and when I get the car they are just in the low level (coolant and washer).

Dropped my car off for an oil change and left to take care of other things. They sent me a text with a link that showed me a bunch of pictures of my car and things that looked fine and a few things that needed some attention. The link was easy to go through and make sense of. When I got back, they went over everything with me again. Definitely nice to be able to drop off my car and know what s going on without me having to be there.*Update *Just bought a used car and had them do a pre buyer s inspection. Still get the same awesome pictures and amazing customer service.**Update again**My wife had a minor issue on her car. No worries at all. Had it towed in to get taken care of. Nicolette had my back and I didn t have to worry at all. I am very disappointed to report that my experience with this highly rated shop was terrible. I needed to have the front fender of my 2023 Subaru Ascent replaced due to a hit and run. I took the time searching for a shop to do the repair using reviews. My car was hit on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I contacted the insurance company and took my car to the Woodlands Caliber Collision on Kuykendahl road in Tomball on the Friday after Thanksgiving. Pictures were taken, an estimate was written, and I was told the the agent who works on my Farmers Insurance claims would call me on the next Monday. No one called, so I called back a week later and was told that he was out of the office and that he would call me back as soon as he stepped back in the office. Again, no call so I called today (Tuesday) and was told that he was again, not available. I explained that I had already been waiting over a week and the person whom I was supposed to get directions from never contacted me. I did not know what the next steps would be. He said that I would have to leave the car before anything would be done at all. NO ONE EVER mentioned that at all! Of course if the person to whom I was supposed to speak to had taken 5 min. to explain the situation I would have had clarity. Instead...I will go elsewhere. I guess my fender was not a high enough dollar amount for them to concern themselves with it.

Not too happy with this Caliber location this time.1- Had to call them multiple times to check on status of my car2- Had a Costco Coupon. Asked to apply that on check-out and had to wait about 30 mins to "open my ticket again". Doesn't seem like an efficient way of doing this. Then they only applied the coupon on services although it clearly said parts and services. Then they said the coupon caps at $50 although it says on the coupon that max is $500. I've applied this costco coupon before at caliber and other dealerships and this the first time I hear about the $50 limit. Seems made up, very disappointing ...

Fast and friendly service. They told us we would have to wait approximately 45 minutes, it was less than that. The waiting area is comfortable, we have access to water, coffee, and snacks. We will certainly come back again.

Eddie, Connor and Javier took outstanding care of my car. I had an a/c leak. I did the research and their reputation is well deserved. If you've been looking for a quality reliable service center I've found mine. They keep me updated during the entire time. That kind of service is too rare. They genuinely care about you. Trustworthy team of auto technicians. They did a great job of communicating the entire process with me from drop off, expectations, diagnosis, repairs and pickup/payment. I really liked the ability to chat and approve repairs via text messages. It was also very handy to see entire inspection report online. Very cool! I will be back with future automotive repair needs.
