They didn't put my dip stick back in all the way and in result I had to pay hundreds of dollars to get oil cleaned off my engine, air box, cold air intake and frame of my truck. Never called me when my truck was done I had to call to see what the status was as I was at another shop in the outlet.Do not recommend going here, fire stone did a better job.

Took my Toyota Camry for a state inspection and was greeted with excellent customer service. Irving was a big help recommending products to extend the life of my car engine and offering their services as a reasonable price. Will definitely come back for future maintenance of my car.

First time doing business here. My Chevy Avalanche had a P0300, P0200 codes and lost all power when in drive. Four hours later Victor is calling with the results. Victor isn't scared to estimate results in hours instead of days like other mechanics. I do all my work on my truck because no one can do it better than me but Guerrero's Auto repair is the exception. $135 later and I'm back in my truck. Diagnostics and a simple fix later is exactly what I expected to pay! Congratulations you just won my business! Don't think twice and bring your vehicle here for repair! Get a free oil change by grabbing a business card.

Excellent place to have your vehicle serviced. Mr. Victor and his mechanics are professional and experienced. With the cleanest, most advanced shop. He will do the job right the first time.

I don't write many reviews, but when I have it's either a really bad experience or a because I had a really good experience, but my experience at/with Guerrero's was EXCELLENT! What a genuinely honest and reputable mechanic and Victor is true gentleman and a man with great integrity! I will forever take any of my vehicles to him to be worked on and will tell all of my friends that Guerrero's is the ONLY place to go! Thank you Victor!!

Great service at Guerrero's. I've taken my car there for repairs and my employers cars as well. Also had one of his mechanics drive me home and pick me up when I left my car there to get repaired. Great shop. Now I'm referring my daughter to take her car there as well.

They are very professional and respectful to women. I was referred to them by my son's friend. He has told me to try them (in the past). I did not listen. But I listened this time. Lol.They come up with a plan for budget needs. Women think about how you plan when you go to the salon. Lol. I will be recommending to coworkers.

This is a very good repair shop to go to when you have car problems. The prices are reasonable and you get good service here. If you're looking for a independently-owned shop that doesn't charge outrageous prices this is the place to go. Ask for Victor he will take good care of you.

Victor Guerrero has taken excellent care of whatever car I've been driving. If it's not something he can fix, he can recommend a place that can. He has never, to the best of my knowledge, ever overcharged me for any repairs.

Karlous is a super awesome and trust worthy guy. He takes his time with my vehicles in order for me to get the most out of them I can. Life long mechanic!!!! . . . . ..... update 09/10/2020 . . 3 years later. . . Karlous just beat a local repair shops price on my brakes for almost a 3rd of what they wanted . . i had to deal with this other shop when my car broke down in the middle of the road a few months ago. I figured i would get more than one quote, i called karlous during this time to let him know what was going on, and he thought the price they were charging me then seemed fair. . . he was astounded at the quote i recently got for my brakes. . . i really appreciate the communication here . . . he does this every time, but i love that he takes pictures and shows me exactly what he is explaining when making a repair on my vehicle. . . . if you are feeling unsure about a mechanic, bring your vehicle here and you should feel much better. . . thanks again guys!!!!

Super honest repair guy. He actually knows the Honda vehicle issues that are small but make big noise; pointed out advisory that it needed a $5 part vs $340 part. No up charge or change from quote.

I am totally new to the area so was worried about finding a good mechanic who wouldn't try to rip me off but these guys have been great. Honest about what work needs to be done, fair on prices and always so pleasant.

Great service for years, honest never tries to up sell and always has more frugal prices than NTB, Firestone and the dealers with guarantees. Best kept secret in Houston in my opinion.

After finding this shop and having some work done, the quality of work, and his honesty...I will not take my Jeep or Ram anywhere else. Very seldom do you find a shop you trust and I have found that here.

A/C in car was not working. I was able to google the exact issue and bought the part myself. Brought it in and they were able to put part in within 1 hour. Saved me $ and A/C is working just fine. Thanks again!
