Horrible! My appointment was for 8am and KIA called me 2 days later changing my appointment to 9am because they overbooked 8am. How is that my fault? Poor planning by them. Before even looking at the car telling me I need all these different things done to my car when I know I don t. Trying to get extra money out of me. The oil change and tire rotation was $100 which is crazy! My wife goes to Nissan and pays $30 for the same service so I don t get it. Also they are suppose to wash your car but they were too busy today. They have never once washed my car at KIA in 5 years and I got my car brand new at this location. I m super disappointed and won t be returning.

I purchase a used vehicle in July of 23 drive it 5000 miles brought vehicle in for service on March 8 2024 to advisor Jason we communicate through text I got a partial update on vehicle 5 days ago Jason said I need a engine ok he was doing a quote five days ago I have call him in between those days to see where we at on d status I got no response thru text are calls that's unprofessional that's my car I'm paying on if they would be honest and not sale cars they know ain't right I wouldn't had to come back there this place is a rip off no honesty at all scammers now I can't seem to get in touch with Jason smh I need info on my vehicle not his God bless them watch how you treat people's that gives you business

I went a few weeks ago to go get my state inspection and my car had a recall for a system upgrade I get there it s like 2 o clock. The guy was like OK we ll pull it back and we ll get working on everything. They pull my car back like at 2:10 and I m sitting there for an hour and a half no update no nothing I go check on it and figure out what s going on why it s taking so long. The guy tells me oh he s at lunch and he won t be back for a while so you can t have anyone else do my state inspection in the upgrade so I asked him was anything done at all he was like no I was like I got to go give me my car and I will not be back every time I ve gone to Kia in Tomball no matter if I have an appointment or not and they re waiting for hours for the simplest things there too freaking expensive compared to anyone else when it comes to maintenance work anything I recommend not taking your car there for service. You are better off, taking it to a Jiffy Lube or anywhere else.If I could give them zero stars, I would

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!On 10/2/23 I made an online appt 10/14 for the oil pump recall and for the 7,500 mile maintenance service. At my appt told oil pump needs to be ordered and to come back. 10/17 Kelly calls and informs me that the part is in stock. I make an appt with her to drop it off 10/19 at 8 am. I inform her I will need a ride home and back and she says no problem an Uber or Lyft can be provided. 10/18 vehicle dropped off at 7:24 am. Kurt texts me that morning and says my car is ready but the oil pump needs to ordered & it will take 2 weeks to come in and my vehicle is safe to drive. Immediately I start calling the service center asking to speak to service. I call several times & no one calls me back even after stating I need the Uber/Lyft to pick me up. I get my own ride and arrive at 5. and Kelly says nothing has been done to my car. I ask for my keys and after 10 minutes of searching she finds them and says oil change and rotation were done but not oil pump recall. She says I can leave car overnight or come back next day for work. I cant as I need to get child to/from school. Not confident that service was completed, I reluctantly pay for oil change and rotation and ask for manager name and number. Immediately upon leaving I notice my radio isnt working. The next day I call and leave messages for Scott and no one returns my call. I call the service director, Matthew Hawn, listed on the invoice. No response. I leave for a funeral in GA and on the drive back my service due indicator comes in the dash, which should not come on if they completed the oil change and service that I paid for. Since my original appt I have called Beck & Masten Kia multiple times, leaving several messages for any manager to return my call and nothing. I even filed two complaints with their answering service. No response. Now I have no working radio, a service light on, and a recall that still needs to be done on my 2023 Seltos. I am filing complaints with BBB, Consumer Affairs, and whoever may be able to help.

It has been the worst experience to interact with the Customer Service Center and the actual dealership service department. They rather speak at you than to you! Beyond that, they are completely unhelpful and fail to furnish accurate information. At 12:15 PM, despite my request for assistance at 7:00 AM, I have yet to receive a return call for a car that I informed them was inoperable and I was trying to have towed to them to fix. I would not recommend this location.

I couldn't believe how dim-witted these service advisers and mechanics are these days. They are just giving jobs to anyone nowadays. You have unprofessional and uncaring management along with handicapped mechanics that can t seem to get up their A%# and work properly. These mechanics are far from intelligent.. and everyone in service looks like they hate working there I don t blame them. Being unqualified and incompetent to do a very easy job must be a lot for these poor lower IQ people. I hope management stops hiring these Craigslist people and I hope they read these reviews cause I ve completely lost faith in humanity after walking in for a simple service request. Bunch of clowns working there don t waste your time here.

The manager went above and beyond to test drive my vehicle to hear the noise I was speaking of instead of just dismissing my concerns. He heard the noise in my brand new car and decided to do a full check to see if the issue could be resolved. It seems to always be a long wait however the staff is attentive and helpful. Would recommend.

As a second owner of a Kia vehicle, I encountered a significant issue with the engine that could have been prevented if I had received a statement indicating the need for an update. Unfortunately, Kia failed to stand behind their product, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied. Even though my teenage daughter loved the car, the engine eventually locked up, further exacerbating my disappointment.One of the most concerning aspects of my experience with Kia was the absence of proper communication. I never received a statement or notification alerting me to the fact that my engine required an update. As a responsible car owner, it is essential to stay informed about any necessary maintenance or updates. Kia's failure to provide this vital information meant that I was unaware of a potential issue that could have been resolved or prevented.The ultimate consequence of this lack of communication was the engine locking up, rendering the car inoperable. This incident not only caused significant inconvenience but also put the safety of my family at risk. As a customer, I expected Kia to take responsibility for their product and provide appropriate support, regardless of whether I was the first or second owner of the vehicle.Regrettably, Kia's response to my situation was disheartening. Their refusal to stand behind their product solely based on me being a second owner was both unfair and disappointing. I found the folks at Beck & Masten to be very helpful and honest. I brought my Kia Telluride here after another dealer had botched the vehicle and light related to lane departure warning had turned on. I was told by the other dealership that I would need to spend $2000 to replace forward collision radar.Beck & Masten investigated thoroughly and found that issue was caused due to another module and it was also causing the car to go to high rpm at idle. They reached out to Kia tech line multiple times to diagnose the issue. The resolution was covered under warranty. I called my service advisor Henry, almost daily to get an update for 10 days that the vehicle was at the shop and he politely obliged.Overall, I had a great experience and I am glad that now I know of a service center that I can trust.Service: Electrical repair

No matter if I have a random low pressure tire, just need a filter or wiper blades at the time, or need expedited help for something critical this place really goes outta their way to work with their busy schedule to do their VERY BEST to try to help everyone and give them the assurance that any car owner should have. Great team up front for service and the technicians are reliable and often take time to be personable with me when I come in too. I havent found anything like it before. Be patient, it's worth the wait!

Kia services, is amazing, the sellers take the time to answer and clarify any questions. In the service and maintenance area, ahhh they are also very attentive and give a very professional follow-up. The waiting room is very nice and the appointments are really punctual.

I do not recommend this place. I called this dealership if there's any available K5 in stock. The internet sales Stephanie lied to me that they had few in stock. I went to this dealership right away after the phone call ended. I got there, and they said they had no stock at the moment. Do not waste your time on this dealership.

This store is the worst! Never buy a car in this store!! or just read and ask everything before buying! Tell them to break every additional they are trying to charge you and why they did it. Make sure to look at the numbers. They tend to mark-up the prices! A car that says 40k. When everything is done you end up paying 50k for the car. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING A CAR FROM HERE!

Kia Niro was at the shop for 4 weeks, they replaced head gasket and something to do with the cylinder. After sitting outside for four weeks in the construction area they failed to wash it we spent over $4,000 for that single repair. A couple days later my oil pressure light came on again we took it back to them it was there for a week, turns out there was a problem with the sensor and randomly our whole engine is shaking and it needs new bolts apparently they didn't know about that the previous 4 weeks they had our vehicle?!?!..... Another 1,200 if we want your ingine to be secure! How would that just randomly happen after they were working on it?? After another week of the car sitting at the shop outside I asked them to wash it, seeing that they overlooked it the previous time he said yes of course so sorry about that, fast forward I went to pick it up "surprise surprise no wash" now today after only having it back for 1 whole day the check engine light comes on!!! Kia Tomball is a complete scam.... I would never take my car back to be serviced there even if it was free!!! They have overlooked so many issues and have cost us thousands of dollars, not to mention my tire light was on, low pressure the amazing mechanics or techs apparently don't have a air compressor because when I picked it up they also failed to put air in the one single tire! I went where I purchased my vehicle. I had a part that needed replaced. I went to get the part name/ number. The man at the counter gave me an image and numbers of the parts that I needed to replace the main part. I understand that the company needs to make money. The main part almost $100. I got it on the Kia site for $55. The other parts that they say I needed could not even be used on my make and model vehicle. And they wanted to up charge me for those parts in total for everything was rounded to be almost $200. I went through the Kia site and got my part in less than six days without needing the additional parts that the man in parts department in Beck and Masten said that I needed. The cost for my part and shipping was $85. Thanks to a wonderful dealership in a neighboring city. Beck and Masten is a place that I will not be returning to if I needs parts Or work done to my vehicle. I ll go to neighboring Kia dealerships before I go here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Needed an oil change and the car had developed a strong vibration on what seemed the passenger side front end with corresponding pull on steering wheel.Checked that tire on passenger side before today to check for any bulges or other problems with that tire and found none. Should've checked the drivers side tires as it was the one with a bulge in the tire. Thanks to the service tech today.Unfortunately they didn't have my tire size in stock and couldn't get it until 1:30 PM. Will have to get another tire elsewhere.

They could use more resources to have better sales ppl. I called/emailed amir to purchase are car that he shared would be shipped in with a payment of $500. He mentioned all vehicles are usedAn average car payments are running between 600/838 a month. My BMW AS TRADE WAS $10000 leaving me with $1700 carryover on the loan ally pre approved me.... anyway as JULIA Robert's said in pretty woman ( Big mistake)

I had AC issues with my car and took the car to the service center in Friday, June 28, 2019. Matt helped me and took the car in for servicing and later told me that their AC equipment is not working. That is fine. However, the battery was weak and on further inspection, Matt suggested me to change the battery, since they had to jump start the car. We did that. Today, on June 29, 2019, exactly a day after a brand new battery was installed, my battery died. I am unable to start the car. Also, when I turn the keys in the ignition, no lights come on. They battery died within less than 24 hours. Of course, the service center is going to say that there must be some other issue. However, they had done a complete diagnosis of the car before giving it to me. Don't know what to say!!!
