Needed to order a part for my vehicle. The associate who helped me was very helpful. He looked the part up and said we can have it sent from our warehouse and it will be here tomorrow for pick up. I said that's wonderful. I called the next morning to check and was told the part came in and I could come and pick it up. It was a part I needed to replace for my inspection and I was so glad the turn around was quick. Thank you AutoZone for your friendly and helpful customer service.

Bernard and another red shirted employee helped me get in my car after I locked my keys in with it running. The red shirt was an excellent expediter, and was able to process my commercial faster than some gray shirts had been able to at other locations. That guy needs a promotion. Bernard is a long time Autozoner I ve been able to recognize him for years. The whole location runs very smoothly. To contrast the Oreillys across the street only had 1 employee that was a quick expediter.Definitely will go to this location if I m in a hurry.

I went to this location cuz it's convenient location.but unfortunately they don't take care of issues in a timely manner.i first of all had a lot points that I was unaware of and the cashier told me I should use them before they expire so 20 minutes later I returned to do just that to find the points was gone.not only that I was gonna use a store gift card to make the purchase that they just gave me and be damn if I was told the card was invalid.thats been roughly 8 months ago with no answers

Talk about going above and beyond for their customers. One of the associates Joshua F. Was so nice as to ask his managers (David and Scott) if he could clock out early for his lunch so he could give me a ride to get my untimely flat tire repaired. Instead of going to eat he waited to take me back so I wouldn t have to walk back. You have amazing employees!! Thank you so much Josh and AutoZone

I don't make fun of people but when I say "the guy with the cleft lip", it's just easier to decipher who is who. Which gave me no attention at all or help when I asked, he just pointed and said "over there". Guy needs to learn customer service, among with the black guy and other side standing with him talking.

Derek was super helpful diagnosing my wife s dead car battery and installing a new one quickly. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Ask for Derek! He s the best!

I placed an online order after hours for pickup at this location. First thing the next morning, I get a courtesy call from the store explaining that they only had one of the two items. To my surprise when I went to pickup my one item, both items were there. The store went over and beyond to locate the other item at another location and it transported to this location just for me. It was ready for me when I got there. This was an unexpected act of kindness and a demonstration of great customer service. Additionally, when I got to the store, I bought some additional items and Howard Edwards provided me with excellent customer service. He was truly helpful and kind. I will be back to this location. I would recommend everyone make this store your go-to auto parts store!

Went up there to get a new bulb, wanted to make sure I had the correct one. Asked if it was the right one for the fog light. He calls me sweetie tries to tell me I don't have fog lights. We go outside so I can show him which light it is and realizes I do. Calling a woman sweetie while telling her she's wrong is condescending and rude. I was just double checking my research.

I came in today 6/13! VERY rude cashier, she wasn t trying to help me with the questions I had. Her coworker had to step in cause he saw she wasn t being helpful at all. Never going back.

Huge help!! I was able to find my oil in no time, came in with no idea what I was looking for but one of their employees took the time to help me search the correct oil and taught me a few things along the way I appreciate the help and time you took to help me out today!! Thank you again randi !

Looked up a part from my AC online and it said they have it in stock. Went to the store got to the counter and the guy said yes we have it let me go grab it. He couldn't find the part though so basically I wasted my time. Not the 1st time this has happened at this store.

Went there the other day because my battery decided to die, Hunter and Emily came out there and replaced it in less than 10 minutes all while giving me a good laugh. 10/10 recommend going here for your stuff.

David bound was the manager on duty today and he treated me like trash. I have never been treated like that at any autoparts store. He even yanked a paper out if my hand and threw it away and wasn't allowing me to communicate my question to him. I don't know what his problem was but u let him know I was gonna write a review and he was saying he was sorry I felt that way but I just told him to not be sorry but to be better. He Tried to tell me to have a good day when I was leaving through the door but it was so false and the point was mute by then. The other guys working there seemed to be in fear of him so he obviously is a full time jerk.

I used to visit this place frequently until I had a return around 2 months ago and minutes after I went back to use the in-store merchandise card and was told that it wasn't the same card that he just gave me.well it was..so the next day I contacted the manager and he contacted the .ain office and they was suppose to look into the matter and I've not yet heard nothing from them and I still have the merchandise card with no results

I broke down at 530 am I made it to auto zone with my truck over heating.Jerry and David happen to be there doing inventory, they helped me find the problem and sold me the parts i needed even though they weren't open for business yet. I was able to change my hoses to my heater coil and was back on the road before 7am. I can not think Jerry and David enough for there help. Good people still exist and I am so grateful.I also tried to offer them money to buy their lunches but they politely refused and said it was there pleasure to help.Thanks again Jerry and David.

Howard helped me get my battery tested, gave me some choices for a new one, and installed it himself in this freezing wet rain. Such a great friendly guy the whole time.

Just wanted to leave a comment on how great my experience was with this location. I called and spoke to edger regarding rear breaks on my Toyota Camry, within a few moments he had the breaks pulled down from the shelves so when I came in it would be a breeze, he also mentions that I had a life time warranty on the pads because I previously bought them from there. When I walked in to get the parts, I was greeted by Jerry and I told him what I was there for and edger over heard and handed over the pads, within another few moments o was out of the store and a very happy customer. After I got the parts swapped out I took my old pads back in and jerry greated me once again and Just like that I had my money back. Just an awesome experience and they made a stressful situation very easy. Thank you guys

Thursday, May 26th I visited my local Tomball AutoZone for assistance finding motor oil and antifreeze after my jeep started overheating and multiple warning lights were appearing in my dashboard. I was greeted by Brandon(Who I personally nominate for employee of the year!) Brandon displayed professional, top-notch customer service all the way from his greeting to his salutations and well wishes for my vehicle and everything in between! Brandon was very knowledgeable about the motor oil, coolant and windshield wiper fluid I was seeking. He gladly helped me locate the most cost friendly products so I could stay within my tight budget. He also showed me how to properly and safely add each fluid to the appropriate compartment. Brandon went above and beyond to explain the importance of each product and how each one works to make my Jeep run healthy. Brandon was so fun to work with and I ll definitely be going back for his expert advice in the future. I highly recommend Auto Zone in Tomball :-)

Jerry was very helpful when I went in the other day. My check engine light went off and it no time to figure out that my mass air intake sensor, and air intake hose were in need of a replacement, Jerry had no time finding the sensor but due to my car make and model I had to go to the dealership for the air intake hose. I highly recommend that you go to Jerry for any of your automotive part needs.

Went in yesterday shortly before closing time; David & another associate went the extra mile, taking time to diagnose the problem and take care of resolving issue.I've been going to this Auto Zone 15-20 years;this is their typical attitude & level of experience I've had with them.

While waiting in line to get a part that showed in stock, I observed the staff here being very condescending to others. Then when I had them look up my part they said it wasn t there. I had them show me the screen and it wasn t the right part. When they finally found the right part, it showed in stock, but then apparently it wasn t on the shelf. I understand these things happen, but I actually believe the guy was lying and just didn t want to give me the part because I proved him wrong that he was looking at the wrong part. I mostly didn t appreciate how they were talking down to other customers.

Anthony P. Was great! He helped me with my car battery and answered all of my questions. I was also here yesterday and I don t remember the gentleman s name that helped me, but the experience was also great. Would definitely recommend coming here! The guys here are all nice and very helpful

I just left your Tomball store and Joshua assisted me with a wiper blade for my Lexus GS300. After I spent fighting to put the blade on my car and the blade won, I decided to visit AutoZone. I was not in a favorable mood when I arrived. Joshua spent all of 45 seconds installing my blade for me. He was calm, cool, collected, friendly, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable as I heard him assisting other customers and their more complex issues than mine. He is an asset to the company and I truly expect and hope he is a permanent fixture there at your store! Cheers to a new year!!

Stopped in to the Tomball AutoZone for a new battery for my key fob and Joshua Ray was extremely helpful!!! He found the battery I needed and installed it for me. You don't really see great service like that anymore.
