I had to get my windshield totally replaced because of a crack, and I had the best experience here. They were ready on the dot for my 9am appointment time, and I was out within 20 minutes. It has a real mom and pop feel to it, especially with how kind the owners are. I will definitely be recommending this place!

This company is absolutely amazing. I was late for the appointment, yet they still made time to fit me in their busy schedule. They did not hold it against me, at all. In fact, they treated me with a wonderful and friendly attitude during the whole transaction. On top of that, the price was very fair and I had a great conversation with the owner. She is not only an expert, but super down to earth. We love this combination when it comes to the service companies we choose to help us. Auto Glass Installers in Tomball TX. Ever have those days where everything just goes wrong?? And then one thing goes so right, that it makes you feel a little less miserable about the bad? I have seen their work done on other vehicles and I finally had my personal windshield serviced. It's basically a Christian, mom & pop that treats you like family. Purchased my glass at the dealer with Becky s advice, and brought it over during my appointment and it was done in less than 30 minutes. I was so appreciative of Becky and team. I called on a Saturday, while they were closed and left a voicemail. She called me right back! I was not expecting that at all. She gave me the advice to check with the dealer but all the prices and quotes we were getting (elsewhere dealer and SafeLite) were ridiculous. Buying parts from the dealer and an install with the AGI team and we were able to bring it from $500 to $180 total. (This is my case, I had a small vent window replacement.) Again, I was floored with how sweet Becky was and how she advised me all along the way. So sweet! I d recommend 100%!

Prompt, courteous and professional they have taken care of several vehicles for me and I'm more than satisfied. 10/10 would totally recommend, I have trailered cars to their shop 30 miles from my house when I could easily find a mobile glass installer.

Absolutely great service. I called and within 2 hrs they had the glass and called me to come in so they could install. Everyone was super friendly and efficient! Would definitely recommend you do yourself a favor and call them for all of your glass needs. Great price. Great service. Great work!

Becky who works the front counter is very nice and professional, She was able to quote me good prices on installed glass. I had 2 different vehicles that the rear windows replaced, one glass was upgraded in an 05 Ram to a sliding window. and the other was a 99 Camry where the defrosted lines and antenna was worn out. I set my appointment up for first thing in the morning after my glass was delivered. The installer was nice to talk with as I stood by the shop door and he explained to me about the installation process. Both windows looked great and I had no issues with leaks or sealing. Definitely my first call when it comes to auto glass needs. Be sure you don't get confused and go to the glass shop on Main street Tomball, This one is located across the street from the Wal-Mart on FM249.

I called after hours to request service for the following day but was pleasantly surprised that I received a call the same night at 9 PM by one of the owners. Becky went out of her way to help get my window emergency repaired in less than 24 hrs. Best customer service from a friendly, family-owned business. We will continue to drive from Conroe to Tomball for all windshield needs! They easily beat competitors pricing both times we ve used their service.

I went here for a new windshield. I didn t buy one because Becky and Mike told me I didn t need one. My issue was a sunroof drain blockage, not the windshield seal that I thought was the problem. I believe some other businesses would have sold me an expensive windshield job even though it was not needed.Not only did they show me the problem, they both took the time to explain how to fix it. This is the kind of small business that I will return to should I ever need a windshield.Thank you again Becky and Mike!

Went in today to have my windshield replaced, and made two new friends! Larry & Becky are great people and made me feel at home. Personally, I loved walking into their place and seeing an open Bible on the table. They did an awesome job on my truck and had me out of there in no time at all. You will probably be greeted by "Roster" the dog who is completely harmless and loves company. This is a great company with great prices and even better people.

This place is great! They are a certified to do windshield replacements for safelite. Customer service is A-1 and very welcoming! I took my work truck to get windshield replaced, they accept fleet vehicles. Very friendly staff and windshield looks great! I will be back if or when necessary for any of my vehicles.

I just had my passenger door glass replaced as some upstanding citizen wanted in my truck in a local parking lot. I also had my front windshield replaced as it was a victim of driving too many times on 8 while they were doing all the resurfacing activity. Anyway, Becky was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Send a repair team to my house to do the work at no extra charge. The repair team also had to get my regulator back on track as I had tried to roll up the window after the breakage. He was able to salvage my regulator at no additional cost. Great place to do business with, I would give them 6 stars if I could. Their cost is very fair as well.

My car was broken into a few weeks ago and I was referred to Auto Glass Installers. They were super helpful and professional throughout the entire process. Replaced the glass the same afternoon I called, for a very reasonable price. The following week the regulator broke, called them and they were able to direct me as to where to get a new one, they picked up the part from the dealership and installed for no additional fee. Very pleased with their service and would recommend to everyone!

GREAT Folks that do a great job. Replaced a rear right window for me and it was a JOB. Mike did a great job of overcoming the challenges and get it installed quickly and cleanly. My husband was at the Willowbrook area yesterday only to have his back door window busted out to still a backpack.So when he called me he was very stressed out and had called 2 companies that quoted $350.I called auto glass installers spoke with Becky and she immediately said we can get glass ordered now and installed 1st thing in the morning.We arrived and greated by her husband this morning at 7:30.Window fixed, great price, fantastic customer service!!!!!

Excellent service. When we called the competitor (S...Lite) they offered two options. Factory and aftermarket. These guys knew every OEM glass option (9 of them), walked me through it all, and even got me a ride back home instead of waiting. To top it off...much cheaper than competitor, and a perfect job. Goes to show....shop local

I have to say that over the years that I have used Auto Glass Installers, Becky has always come to my rescue. When you walk in the door, Becky treats you like her "long lost friend". She's just that way. In a large metroplex like Houston, it getting harder and harder to find a business that doesn't treat you like a "number" but a "valued customer" like Becky, Larry and their staff.....and isn't that what we all want...I know I do and so should you.Don't let the competition fool you, Auto Glass Installers will do you right....first time....every time. I am a real customer of Becky and will continue to be so.

Service was great. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We had stuffed jalape�os, crab Ragun, and fried mushrooms. Yum!! Cocktails were fun and tasty.
