Great customer service. Nice people. Very competitive prices. Good quality work. Even diagnosed and fixed a problem with my windshield wipers that were broken....free of charge. This is my new go to place for auto repairs and oil changes. Changed from Caliber Auto Care to Accurate Auto Center. Much better customer service.

Very professional service, I took my truck to get its oil changed and a state inspection and they were very nice and very helpful. Took about an hour and I was out of there. They also use higher quality parts than the Ford dealership which is why I took my vehicle to them. Overall great service and a great business

Had my oil change there last week with a $60 oil change coupon. Still paid almost $100 due to 3 extra qts oil ($10+ per qt?) which was alright, I guess. Business was clean & workers very professional, but it's tough to give a better than avg rating when u had an appt, arrived 15 min early, and still waited over 2 hrs for your simple oil change to be completed. Nice people but I wont be returning. Too many better options, some within sight of this business.

Ive used this auto shop and ONLY this auto shop for several years to work on my vehicle and for storage. Everyone is very friendly and they truly make you feel apart of. Please trust this post and experience it yourself. You re in Great hands!

Stopped in there to do a quick check and they were by far the friendliest shop I have been to in a long time. If I lived closer, they would be the shop I take all my vehicles to. They actually care about helping you out even if it means not getting any business from you.If you're looking for a mechanic, check them out. The reviews speak for themselves.

Long wait for an inspection sticker .I was there a couple hours for a 20 minute inspection. I called and asked if I could make an appointment and was told they don t make appointments for inspection stickers. Probably should accept appointments to eliminate customers getting forgotten about and sitting in the waiting room for hours. Concerierge Automotive is just a few miles down the road on Spring- Cypress. Ask for Jim!!

I called on my way home from work and they got me in for an oil change and tire rotation right away. They charged a fair price and inspected my vehicle letting me know what else was going on with it. They even take pictures so you can see for yourself. I like that it is a female owned business so I feel they don't try to take advantage of you if you are a female. It was an overall good experience.

I've been using them for 10 years. I take all my fleet vehicles and private vehicles there, Always back up their work. Friendly, helpful and great communications. Came in with an oil leak and it was found to be in 2 gaskets that had to be replaced. It took a 2nd visit to totally fix the leak, but I appreciated how Emily and the team worked with me to get the issue resolved. I have no reservations about taking my vehicle here for service. There is no other place I d go.

The staff is super friendly and the lobby is spacious, providing magazines, coffee and clean restroom. The technician will come out and explain any issue about the car providing you with a cost to repair no pressure.

Nothing complicated at all.. just got my inspection completed on my 2019 Kia Rio5 with only 19K miles. I called to see if there was a wait before I drove over (they are only 5mins away) - no wait so easy in & out.While I waited, made myself a coffee & had some candies that were available in the comfortable waiting room.They recommended air & cabin filters to be replaced for ~$50 total, which I declined..

Came in for an alignment they put my car on the rack and told me everything is good already so they can't fix something that's not broken. Good honest shop that I'll definitely be coming to more often. Highly recommend

I have been going here for over a year now, and I have never been disappointed. Their prices are very fair, and they will tell you the honest truth about things that NEED to be fixed. If you are looking for a place to take your vehicle for maintenance, this is the place!!

Second visit in less than a month. Fixed truck quickly again. Somewhat confused how my 28k mile truck went from no recommended maintenance items, 500 miles and 23 days ago , to needing belts, hoses, brakes, spark plugs, transmission service, fuel system service, BG brake system service now?

Accurate Auto did a fantastic Job on my Brakes! I definitely feel safe on the road again! The turn around was quick!! I appreciate that! Tom is awesome! Very personable. He made me feel that my vehicle was in good care! And it sure was! Tom and the staff were great!! I have dealt with shops as an adjuster for over 30 yrs. in addition to my personal vehicle. And they were great! I'm new to this area of Houston and discovered this fabulous auto shop not far from home. I had very pleasant interactions with Tom and loved the fact that all I "needed" was what I came in for - an oil change and tire rotation. What a relief to find an honest business - I will be back!

The team over at Accurate Auto Center are honest, trustworthy and caring. I have had zero issues since switching my vehicles over. I have been bringing my old gal to Accurate Auto for years now. You can still find great service these days if you really look, but the level of service that you receive when you are a customer here is another level of excellence. I have always felt apprehensive taking my cars to the shop, but here I feel like I am talking to a friend & I truly feel like I can trust their advice. Tens of thousands of miles & this many years later & I can still say that is true. In fact, I am sitting in their lobby right now, even though I moved 45mins away, to have her serviced... lots of shops between here & there, but I choose to make the drive, because I know I am in the best hands.

As a single woman walking in to a repair shop, I was understandably nervous. But Paul made me feel instantly safe. Working with him and Tom was like having my brothers explaining everything and watching out for me. They were able to explain some complicated issues without ever speaking down to me, and genuinely cared about my situation. Very friendly, fair & fast. Reminds me of the good old days when going to the auto shop wasn't a dreadful thing to do. I have a hard time trusting repair shops. Accurate is different. They diagnosed and fix my problem in a flash. The best part is... I still have 2 arms & 2 legs. Thank You Accurate. I'll be back.
