Was having a hard time changing air filter in my Toyota. Clerk hooked me up with the right filter and helped me install it at the storeReally appreciate the service.

I want to praise a gentlemen named chuck groothoff & Napa! We were stuck on the side of the road pulling an rv and i called napa. Chuck (our hero), answered & came out to us helped us, brought us parts. He even called a buddy to make sure of the parts needed . He came n replace it for us ! Guys This is the place to go for auto parts n EXCEPTIONAL Service. Thank you Chuck & Napa

Went to Napa on three rivers in San Antonio do not have merchandise but the mechanic was nice I know it's going to take 3 days to get the part and I was just in vacation passing by
