I went to do my state inspection and it was quick as a token I got a free car wash! Vacuums is free too and the waiting area is super nice! I DEFINITELY recommend.

RD the manager really took great care of me and his team. Oil change, car wash, brakes, inspection, and rattling exhaust issue no other place was willing to look at. They took care of all of it. Really nice waiting room too. They just earned a new loyal customer. Pricing was great too!

They're great. They did my oil change and gave me a great car wash. The staff even offered me a special on monthly car washes when I wasn't expecting. Great place to go, you should try it.

Long story short, they told me my brakes needed work and that was not true.This morning, I stopped in to get a state inspection and an oil change. That went fine, but they also told me that while my front brakes were at 75%, my rear brakes were at 10% and that I was close to damaging my rotors.I declined the brake job and instead took my car to get checked out at Brakes Plus later in the day. Brakes Plus pulled all the wheels off and measured the brake pads and my brakes were fine. Not only do the brake pads not need to be replaced, the front and rear brakes are wearing evenly. They even brought me outside to show me the brake pads and explain what they were looking for and how they measure them.I won t be going here again. They really shouldn t be recommending brake jobs without pulling the wheels off the vehicle first.

Great wash and better customer service. I had a stain on my back seat and asked about it after the wash. They don t normally do detailing but they cleaned the stain on my back seat out of pure kindness and great customer service! I will be back!

I just left here after getting a state inspection and KD was amazing! He told me some of the issues I had with my car and allowed me to get them fixed there instead of just straight up failing my inspection and wasting my time and money. I have been scammed at mechanics multiple times but he gave me very fair pricing and actually showed me what was wrong. He was super efficient and finished before the estimated time he quoted me. I have gotten my inspection done the past 4 years here and although the service is always good, KD went above and beyond. BEWARE!! These guys are rip off experts. I came in for a car wash got a 1 month deal then they started auto billing me and I did not authorize it. You call them and the voice mail box is full. To cancel it you have to fill out forms and wait. DO NOT go here..

Avoid this place at all costs. They scam you and charge extra service fees and make you pay extra. The person G.O. (Tall white guy) is very rude and they charged me extra $20 for disposal of 1 wiper blade and I was never told about this fee and when I asked I can get my old one they refused to give me and gave me card of the owner. Also when I told them I will replace wiper blade on my own G.O. Said he will fail my inspection and I would have to pay again when I come back.**** AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! SCAM !!

I was just here and this place has really changed. Customer service is on point they suggested I cleaned my mats because they were very dirty and it was something that wasn t included in my package. I had such a pleasant experience here. State inspection took less than 10 minutes. You get a free $8 car wash with the service. I spent more time using the free vacuuming service to clean the inside of my car than the state inspection and car wash took combined. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I didn't feel swindled or upcharged.

I'll definitely recommend this place in the colony the staff are very professional first off I followed one of their staff Quami for every job he moved too. He's bn doing my oil change over 3yrs it don't matter the location. He's very good at his job and all other staffs as well from a clean waiting area to the car wash I'd stay they're professional. I'll always recommend Family and friends y'all go check them out

They were open till 6 on a Saturday, which was very convenient for me to get a vehicle inspection. I went somewhere else 1st, but they unfortunately told me I needed to replace a tire and then they were closing by the time I got back with a new tire. Wash guys finished it quickly and gave me a free wash and had free popcorn.

Car wash is good. The only thing is customer service. If you need to get them by phone. Noone ever answers the phone. Goes straight to voice mail. Then the recording says the mail box is full and it disconnects. I've called for 2 weeks and never get someone to answer.

Wash guys colony is the place to go, Quami , is very helpful , professional and knowledgeable as well as the other staff there. Love how clean the waiting area is ! I came for an inspection, pulled right up, showed my insurance and waited about 15 minutes... There was a line but they were quick and efficient, and honored the free car wash for a future non-rainy day. The tech was polite and friendly, and even smiled once or twice.

My tires had good tread and at least 10k miles left and I know they did because I am in this business and used to do inspections myself. These people took my money and failed inspection 2 minutes in, instead of telling me that it won't pass because of tires. I don't live in the area so I won't be able to come back within 14 days to get the second "free" inspection. I went to this place because I happened to be nearby visiting someone. Went to another inspection place later and got the inspection done.

KD was so helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken car of. I had a problem with my wash fluid spray that he took the time to figure out and fix in addition to the other work I had done. I will definitely come back.

Being somewhat new to the area, I use Washguys Automotive and Lube for all my emissions testing as the are very quick, professional, and give you a free car wash after! At this most recent emissions text I was informed my tires needed to be changed ASAP. Instead of turning me away, they offered a great deal on 4 new tires and put them on the next morning! They even went out of there way to let me drop my car off and give me a ride to work. Once complete, they dropped the car off for me back at my work like new. Visited for my car inspection on 9/8. Stepped into the Midas next door and the blonde lady behind the counter was not very welcoming and took her a few minutes to acknowledge me, so I left. Even though the service was longer than I planned at Washguys, they were friendly and have a very nice cool place to wait.

I Went for inspection, oil change, and tire balancing. They did a good job, were pretty quick about it, and were reasonably priced, which I like a lot. I asked them to take a look at the break to see if they needed changing, and they said they didn't, so I appreciate that honesty.However, then I have to go into a few negatives.After they were finished they recommended the normal services that didn't need to be done. Changing of fluids that I already changed recently myself, filters, ect.This is fairly normal practice, just buyer beware.4/5 stars, would go back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I don't recommend the car wash. They have 3 options, $8 a $11 and $18. I paid the $18 and it seems every car just gets the $8 wash. Never paying $18 for a car wash here again. May come back just for the basic $8.

Everyone was fantastic. Wife got her brakes worked on and I got my inspection done. Both were quick on a Sunday afternoon. Got a free car wash with inspection and it was great! I am not planning to visit this place again. I went there for the first time today. I intended to get the $6.99 car wash that was advertised on their website and all over the exterior of the building. I waited like 20 to 30 minutes in line. When I finally got to the front, the employee told me that they were only offering $12 or $18 car washes today. This is clearly false advertising and price gouging. I just went ahead and paid the $12 because I didn't have time to go sit in another line at a different car wash. The car in front of me left without a wash (they'd been waiting just as long as me).Very unfortunate that this business decided to engage in this chicanery during a global pandemic, and during one of the worst weather events in Texas history. Make our community a better place and don't give this business any of your hard earned money.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE WHEN GETTING VEHICLE INSPECTION! This place tried SCAMMING me into buying tires from them after failing my inspection. It was a red flag when they upsell you tires in the same sentence of the failed inspection. In addition, they said the car is not reading causing the catalytic converter testing into "Not Supported." Jessica Potter suggested to take my car to the dealership (their impression with dealer will search for unnecessary repairs) to get a repair quote bc it was not reading the code from the vehicle and then return to them (Wash Guys) so they can offer repair quote far cheaper than the dealership's quote. After I went to the dealership to discuss about the inspection report given by Wash Guys, employee at Wash Guys came clean with the dealer and said that really all the vehicle needed is to just warm up to read from the catalytic converter. Nice job screwing people around and wasting my day Wack GUYS. How about working on your integrity before karma catch up to you guys. There's definitely a place in h...e... double hockey sticks....for you when you take advantage of people seeking an honest vehicle inspection. I will never support your business anymore for your deceptive practices.
