Amazing car buying experience. No price haggling. Car selections are the best on the market. Sebastian in sales was an excellent in knowledge of all the cars that they had available that would fit my needs best. Gene in finance sealed the deal making sure the process was smooth and seamless. Again no price haggling. I felt confident that the best deal was provided . I will never shop at large franchise dealer again, Reserve Auto has taken the car buying experience stress less. Really there is no comparison to the service you get with Reserve Auto vs your larger chain dealerships. I will be back again!!! Thanks to Davis and his entire Team

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a Supra from this dealership, and my entire experience was perfect. The dealership went above and beyond to keep me updated at every step of the process. Since i was buying from out of state, I was regularly updated about the status of my purchase. The delivery of my supra was fast, even considering the distance from Texas to Las Vegas. My Supra arrived in pristine condition so It's obvious that the dealership takes good care in making sure the cars they sell are delivered in top notch condition. I gotta thank Christian for his outstanding service. He was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly responsive. Christian answered all my questions promptly and provided valuable information on the car i didn t know about. I highly recommend this dealership for their good communication, fast delivery, and dedication to delivering cars in amazing condition. 5 stars all the way!Just wanted to say thanks to the guys at Reserve Auto. The experience was top notch from sales to management to finance. My wife and I are very thankful that we ran into Nick our sales guy up there, and had him help us with her decision. From the time we met him until the time we drove off he was the ultimate professional. He definitely fits in with the high quality that I know your company strives for with your people and your vehicles. Nick was very classy and no nonsense. My wife was very undecided before she got there and he quickly put her mind at ease and made the decision super easy. I searched for well over a month, looking for a Mercedes S560, visiting 6 other dealers. Once I inquired about a car at Reserve Auto, Yarley got back to me instantly. I finally visited after several days of attempting to work out a deal with another dealership, but with no success. Yarley was the most professional and most prepared of any other sales advisors. He is very efficient, juggling different tasks to ensure everything is smooth and your time is not wasted. I definitely recommend seeing him if you visit Reserve Auto Group.

The Reserve Auto Group helped us with the fastest purchase I've ever made. Friday picked the Mercedes out, started the process, all done mobile and online. Money transfer, signed the e-documents and they had the vehicle transportation and delivered next day on Saturday evening. The vehicle was beautiful and in pristine condition, couldn't be happier. Buying a used car CAN be a pleasant experience, and we certainly had one. Randy was extremely friendly and professional, finished the whole process online before arriving at the store. Finance managers are notoriously not great to deal with, but Christian did not fit that mold. Like many other reviewers, I did not love the 3k service fee that they apply to every vehicle, which means that all of their listings on TrueCar, Autotrader, etc, are misleading at best and against the policies of those formats at worst. It is not obvious nor clear anywhere that the listed price does not include a 3k+ service fee.

If you're looking for a dealership that is quick and painless, You've found it!My salesman was Faustino Ramos.Let me sum this up like this-Trustworthy!!They listened to me and worked around the clock to get me exactly what I wanted.There was absolutely no pressure on me and the constant communication kept me at ease through my buying process.I will definitely be shopping with them in the near future. I first discovered this place through a gentleman named Joseph, he had such a wonderful energy and very likable personality, so made the overall experience pleasant. What usually is a chore or anxiety filled task when needing to get a new vehicle ended up being a real joyful experience. Very informative and walked away feeling great about my decision. Had a great experience dealing with RAG. Andre was very patient with me. He took time to meet, ask and listen to what I was looking for. After that, he showed me that the car that I was looking for was there in the Reserve Auto Group's inventory waiting for me. After that, the staff matched me up with financing and took my trade in. These guys have provided the best vehicle buying experience ever!! It started online where I was promptly greeted. I got scheduled in immediately to come look at the vehicle which they pulled around front before I got there. The whole process was smooth. Adrian took care of me and over saw the process. Gary and I worked the deal mainly, and Cristian in finance had everything done and printed fast for signatures. The whole deal was smooth. Great personable guys. I will forever remember them, and recommend them. Thank you guys for the AMAZING experience!!!

I had the pleasure of purchasing a used Audi at Reserve Auto Group which lasted about 1 week for the entire process. The entire team from the kind lady at reception, Santiago (1st contact), Eddie (who helped me close the deal and looks like The Rock with just as much charisma), and finally Cristian (Finance), completely blew every negative assumption you d typically have about buying a used vehicle out of the water. They were quick to respond, balanced business vs customer first, and made everything as convenient as possible especially since I was driving out of town from Austin to sign the paperwork and pick up my vehicle. Cannot recommend this place enough, to family or friends, and will definitely be going back if I m ever in the market to purchase a vehicle again.

Tino was very good to work with. I ve been looking to remotely purchase a new vehicle for months. I have contacted numerous dealerships and worked with multiple individuals. Tino was the most prompt in his responses, always readily available, and able to give me a fair price (with cheapest shipping). Would recommend, especially for those looking to purchase vehicles from out-of-town.
