If I could give them a 0 star then I would. AWFULLL OWNER AND AWFULLL EMPLOYEES who do not know what they are doing. My husband and I took my 2019 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 to get a tire patched. They took awfully long and finally brought the tire back and mounted it on the car. He stood blocking off the rim so my husband asked where do we pay but he was suspicious of his standing. He came out and inspected the rim after he paid and it was completely damaged. I ll add a photo. I stormed inside and was so upset that they do not value the customers hard earned vehicles. He tried to lie to me because I am a female and said he attaches rubber pieces so it s impossible for that to happen. My husband went and checked and they were lying they do not use a rubber piece. He then tried to tell me that the color of my wheels wasn t factory and that s why it happened which is also incorrect and my husband and I had to prove how paint has a primer. He then said he has a sign that states I am not responsible for damage on custom wheels THEN AGAIN thinking I am stupid for being a girl THESE WHEELS ARE NOT CUSTOM. He said he ll cover the repair after arguing but had to go through his guy and wanted me to leave my wheel there but Camaros do not come with spares. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE AWFUL AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE STUPID.

I went to 3 different shops and couldn t get in to have my tire looked at. Went to Regio Tire. Took my tire off while I was in the car, patched and and back on in under 15 min. Great friendly service. Definitely will support this small business again!!!!

Needed two new tires to pass a car inspection. They had what I needed and they had me in and out with 2 tires for less than $100. Great tires to! Saved me a lot of money and time!

I asked them if I needed new tires for inspection they toldMe no so I went to get inspection to only be told I would fail for my tires drive back up there after just being there ten minutes ago the lady that works inside was rude and made me wait saying they were checking and told me the way I parked was bad when I had only moved that way cause another car was moving and said they were busy but when I was initially the guys were sitting in the shade on they phones smoking weed. Poor customer service will never do business with them.

In time of national crisis they are taking advantage of people! Called for a used tire because a friend had a blow out. On the phone they tell us $40 for the tire... when we get there the tire they try to sell us had a giant leak so they said it was fine we have more vit it will cost you more. I know it's only $5 dollars more but it's not our fault your product you were trying to sell is faulty. We should get the other one for the same cost. When I ask she starts laughing and joking in my face... this is during the national shut down of 2020 and my friend is trying to find work wail this place is taking advantage of people... SHAMEFUL

Customer service was superb they wereFast and friendly...tires were good to AND for under 50 bucks I had a new tire. They have rims for BMW, MERCEDES TOYOTA PORSCHE & JEEPS THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!! BUT NOT FOR MY DODGE...SAD FACE....THIS PLACE HAS BEEN A GO TO FOR 3 YEARS NOW they never disappoint.

Buy a new tire... You or your family are worth the extra $. They will sell you any tire in any condition without any concern for your safety. No Integrity at all.

Waited for someone to change my tires for over 40 minutes while the employees were just standing around talking & doing nothing. It also stated that they open 10am on Google but didn t open until 11:20am. Great way to run a business

I work at kwik kar and we don't do tires here. I have used them before and they are amazing at their jobs. I send all my customers who need tires to regios. Lovely people there and fair pricing on new and used tires!! Yall are amazing.

I got a flat seemingly out of no where while driving home and all other tire shops had closed. Regio was my last hope and I hadn't used them before. I have sports tires so my size is not so common. I pulled in on a complete flat and much to my satisfaction they had a tire for me. They did the change and the tire price was exceptionally reasonable. Definitely would use them again.

Costco wouldn t honor their legendary warranty because of a previous repair (plug). Just Tires said they or any other big box wouldn t touch it because it should ve been repaired w a patch. And it was too late now that a plug was used. WELL Regio took one look and said a patch was ideal and perfectly fine. I stayed in my car while they quickly fixed the flat. In and out in less than 30 min! Awesome

This business has everything you need: fast, friendly service, honesty, and fair prices.I have replaced my tires here numerous times.Prices are similar in most tire shops for used tires. but in this location has the best service in The Colony area. If you are stuck with a flat tire in this area don't think twice.7 stars.

They replaced 2 baldys with 2 used tires I had with decent tread...both balanced for total of $31 + $2 tip.Woulda been 5 stars, but the guy lied about saying I came in with one missing cap.Interesting view of nefarious f r e e m a s o n I c lodge across street from a small church.
