Can t find a single complaint from the customer service to the actual servicing of my vehicle. Edgar was more than understanding of my situation even though I came in last minute during a busy hour. He was able to not only squeeze me in but ensure the service team executed the services on my vehicle promptly without skipping any steps.

This was a really good choice. I came in for state inspection an alignment and some electrical issues. The whole staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and had everything finished in about 2 hours.I like the way they treated me from the minute I walked in the door, were not pushy, and listened. The mechanics did an excellent job. I will definitely be using them in the future.

Had a low tire pressure warning, took it to NTB and was taken care of timely and with excellent customer service. Edgar was very knowledgeable and friendly and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. Highly recommend!

The customer service was awful from the moment we walked in.. We bought 4 new tires and made an appointment It still took 4 1/2 hours to get them done. And then informed the alignment machine wasn t working. I would think twice before going to this location.I have to edit my previous review. A month after getting new tires another nail punctured my tire. I went back to NTB and the service was awesome. The gentleman quickly assisted us and replaced my tire. We had a short wait and we will be back in the future for our auto needs.

Had a nail in my tire, and had a last minute trip out of town. Stopped by NTB in the colony and Edgar and his team got me fixed up and back on the road asap. Highly recommend

I just want to say I really appreciate Adam for going further and beyond of helping get back on the road. If you ever come to NTB make sure you ask for Adam because I know he will do eveything in his power to make your day with good customer service.Thanks again NTB,

I love NTB. It s always some type of emergency and they always get me right in. I never feel like they are over charging me or identify problems that aren t there. I will always choose NTB over any other company for my car.

I normally go to the Trinity Mills location but I felt the service there had been declining. Trinity Mills charged me for an alignment and later I took the car to the dealer who told me the tie rod ends were seized up and an alignment couldn t be performed. I needed a tire none the less so I gave The Colony location a shot and Jeremy took great care of me. I had only replaced the tire a few months before but Jeremy acknowledged I had road hazard and was able to replace the tire under warranty. The tire had to be special ordered which would take a day so Jeremy ordered it on Saturday and called me on Monday to schedule. I dropped it off on Tuesday and the work was done in only a couple of hours. I ll be going to Jeremy for all my tire needs in the future

I came out off showing a home to a client and heard air leaking from my back tire. I saw something wedged in it and mapped immediately to NTB. Jeremy and Kyrsten were amazing with customer service. I had bought my tires from NTB and they were able to patch it at no charge because I had purchased my tires from another one of their stores a few months earlier.

NTB was very helpful in replacing my tires and a couple other maintenance items. They were friendly, got me quickly scheduled and Adam was very helpful in making sure we got the best deal possible. Would definitely recommend NTB.

First time ever coming here and it s the best customer service hands down. Anyone need excellent service come and talk to Jeremy, he will find the best deals and help you out the best he can. Friendly and fast services

I called in and needed tires, Ty was the person to greet me and help me. He was great customer service and was able to get me in and out with new tires! Couldn t be happier ! Great service. David was great as well and he put on the tires super fast.

I would really like to shoutout David and Adam these are 2 very hard working men. That went over and beyond to help me and make sure I was taken care. They updated me about things on my car. Taught me a few things and also checked my fluids and everything else. I really appreciate their hospitality, knowledge and information. Being a woman sometimes you feel like places like this will try to get over on you. These 2 men did an amazing job and I will forever brag on them. Thank God for blessing me with their presence and I wish them more life and happiness and success.

Came to change tires and they messed up TPMS system and didn t even bother telling me, found out after driving some miles. Took 1 Hour 45 min to switch tires. This location has very bad service

I love going to NTB every time I have an issue with my car. They are lightning fast with their service and Adam over there is very knowledgeable about everything. For me it s NTB over Any other place in the area even DT.

I'm glad other reviews are saying good things about Adam because I thought he was great. I pulled over because my car started making weird noises and something was leaking underneath. I knew NTB was near by so I pulled in. I met with Adam and he said they'd take a look underneath. He showed me what the noise and leaking was, and it was nothing serious. I'm relieved and I'm grateful that Adam was able to help me, he was easy to talk to and listened to my concerns, and was able to get everything sorted out.

Never ever again! I needed the frt tires replaced. Sign in the lobby clearly states, "we always install new tires on the rear." Before the car was pulled in, I said there was an issue with the low tire pressure sensor. I was told, "we'll check it out."Were the tires placed on the rear? No, even though that's supposed to be the safest place for them. Was the low tire pressure sensor checked out? No - let alone fixed.The left frt hubcap had been missing for months. When I got home from the garage, I found out the right frt rim was so badly mangled, you could clearly see a new shiny edge on a very rusted rim. The rim was bent so bad there was no way to even fit a hubcap on it. So they destroyed the rim, took the right frt hubcap and placed it on the left side, didn't tell me and hoped I wouldnt notice. What a bunch crooks!So I had to leave early the next morning on a 1K miles road trip with a destroyed rim. I had to buy a new rim, have another garage break the wheel down and mount/balance the tire on the new rim. And this is how they treat a customer that dropped almost $400 in less than a week. Do yourself a huge favor - stay away!!

Thank you NTB the colony for balancing our rear drag radials after discount tire next door wouldn t I would highly recommend NTB in the colony over discount tire any day!
