Eric was amazing! He brought by beautiful matador red Lexus back to life after it got some heavy hail damage. Other companies I went to said it would need a new hood AND roof, but Eric was able to fix everything! I had a great experience working with him, as he is extremely honest and personable. Thank you Eric!! I highly recommend!!!

Eric did an amazing job at fixing the hail damage on my Lexus NX and my husbands Toyota Tundra. We shopped around to various body shops and he quoted us the best price. He even replaced a missing piece from my bumper free of charge. He accommodated to our schedules and was great to work with. Highly recommend Hail Doctor!

My truck had been through two hail storms the past few years and I never got the dents fixed until recently. I visited a few places, one being Hail Doctor and Eric. Eric was easy to talk and deal with. Immediately felt like I could trust him and I appreciated his competitive pricing. He answered all my questions, talked me through my concerns and specifically detailed what would and wouldn't be done. In less than a week my truck was done and all the little and large hail dents were gone. Eric did a great job and my old truck looks great. Would absolutely recommend Hail Doctor/Eric.

Family owned and extremely professional & welcoming crew!I have a 2012 Hyundai Accent that I recently purchased and it was unfortunately hit hard by the recent hail storm in North Dallas. I searched & searched for a quality hail repair shop and I called quite a few I found on Yelp. When I called Hail Doctor for the first time, Terry was super friendly and ready to help serve! Because of his excellent customer service, I instantly set up a time to stop by for a free inspection!The inspection went smoothly and I then scheduled a time to bring back my car a week later, quick! I left my car with them for several days because I was traveling for work but when I returned, I was able to pick it up fairly quickly!Let me tell you, the guys over at Hail Doctor executed with excellence, my car had over 700 dents, and not one was found after their incredible work! Honestly, my car looks better now than it did when I bought it!Thanks a million Eric, Terry and the rest of the crew over at Hail Doctor!!Do yourself a favor and bring your car to Hail Doctor for Hail repair, I know I will!

I was referred to the hail doctor by the service advisor at my dealership. Eric was able to get me in fairly quickly due to the recent hail storm and did an amazing job. I feel he even went above and beyond to meet me up on a Sunday to get the keys to my car due to a funeral I had to go to. I would recommend Eric to anybody that needs hail repair to their car.

I bought a used Jeep with several dings in it. I had a different paint less dent repair guy tell me that they could not be fixed with paint less dent repair. Eric had no problems removing all dings you can t even tell they were there. He did an excellent job. I have recommended many people to him and they have all had they same results.

Eric and team are fantastic! Attention to detail, courteous to both my wife and I, as well as our 3 crazy kids when we had to bring them in. Took care of everything he said he would and goes the extra mile. You cannot go wrong with Hail Doctor. Definitely will use him in the future.

Eric and his team took great care of me throughout my claim process with Geico. The we re sure to capture all of the damages to my vehicle and when I received it back from their body shop it was spotless. Thanks for the attention to detail guys!!! Highly recommend!

Eric met and exceeded my expectations on my hail claims. Both my QX80 and my GMC Denali came back flawless. The part I can't say enough was the attention to detail. He found a crease on my bed side where I assume I had rubbed agaist the trash can and he was able to get the crease out with out paint work! The experience and customer service was on point. I recommend Eric to my friends and family.Thank You Eric!

Amazing job at a reasonable cost! Couldn't be more happy with the result. No noticeable dents and way cheaper than anyone else in the area. The owner Eric constantly updated me on the timeline of my car.

I had my 370z front hood, repaired by Eric. I had a couple shops tell me they would need to remove hood underside and latch. Definitely incorrect, dent is completely removed now by Eric, from Hail Doctor. I recommend you go-to him first.

My mercedes was hit with hail, so I searched on Google and decided to give this company Hail Doctor a call. They gave me a quote and helped me thru the whole process, to make sure the insurance company quoted my vehicle correctly. When my car was done.. I was completely satisfied and my car looked new again! I would definitely use them again.

Ruined my headliner and would not repair it. When I inquired, Eric locks the front door and hides behind his desk. Blames headliner failure on everything else.I have never experienced a business that was too afraid to talk to customers when a problem arises.If you own a business, try not to behave like a child when a problem occurs. I cannot pass on a positive recommendation for this business.

This is the place to go for your Hail repair or door dents. This guy is very resonable and great at what he does. I have used him on more than one occasion and has amazed me every time at the quality of repair he is capably of doing. Give him a call, you wont he disappointed.

This Dentless repair company is amazing. Hail damage that looks unrepairable was repaired beyond my imagination. Highly recommend this company to take care of any dentless / hail repair work on any vehicle. The best around DFW.
