They treated me Fantastic and provided great service. My truck feels like new now. Harley communicated with me through the whole process and answered every question I had. I highly recommend asking for Harley,And having your Brakes done here . Thank You Harley

I ve gotten 2 services done here for my Mercedes glc both experiences were great. Although with the first service (I forgot what it was called) I was expecting to get my car back in one day and it took two (major inconvenience). For the second service I was pretty much in and out, it was an oil change and to make sure all of my fluids and brakes and stuff were good. Can t complain and will be back.

I went there thinking my brakes had issues. They checked them, came and told me everything was ok. No need to replace them. I was prepared to spend around $350. They advised me to do a brake fluid flush. I appreciated their honesty. I will definitely be back. I will absolutely refer them.

Went in desperate need after another shop charged me for a job that wasn't done. Shana and all the guys were very courteous and professional. After spending too much time and $ at tge wrong place it was nice to be treated so well . In and out in less than an hour and a few dollars cheaper! Definitely earned my business

For the most part the staff was courteous and started on my car right away. They neglected to update me during my six hour wait; after being told it would only take two hours. When inquired why it was taking so long I was told they were waiting on a part to be delivered.

Another facility that had no vested interest in my tires and alignment told me that my alignment was likely off and I needed to have my tires aligned. I came here to Goodyear to do that. They asked about my car and what other issues I had been having. I told them there weren t any. He suggested checking my alignment before fixing it. I left with an alignment check and a $30 bill when he easily could have done the alignment and charged much more and told me it was all good now. Good and honest and I ll be back because of that.

I was genuinely surprised by how professional and caring Kevin and his team were toward my requirement for four new tires. They were fast and efficient and the outcome is that my vehicle is on great tires and with perfect alignment. out integrity at Goodyear - the colony

The dude behind the counter was super nice and friendly. The lady was also very knowledgeable. I just went in for an inspection I was in and out very quick. This is always my go-to auto shop when I don't go to the dealer.

I always gave 5 stars and always there to support local business. But today s oil change visit was not a pleasant visit. Service manager told that there is a ring inside the oil pan that came out. They showed me the ring part. That is attached to the pan and hence needs oil pan replaced. I had a discussion with him that this is not easy to break and someone didn t do the job properly. I was telling him that may be torque pressure was not used properly and hence this broke. Technician who was working on this joined the discussion and told the same thing about wrong torque pressure and asked where I changed the oil last time. I said I always come here since last few years. He admitted that it was the issue caused during last oil change and pan is not that expensive and they will change the pan during next visit. It is just lengthy process and I need to call and inform them so they will order the part and take few hours to fix the issue. I just have to be watchful for any oil leaks until next visit.Glad they took the ownership of the issue and admitted to fix the issue. I will update to 5 star once my issue is fully resolved.Service: Oil change

Very kind and helpful. Went above and beyond what I asked for and no extra charge. The repair I needed was 100.00$ less than other places. Goodyear is a good place. Will be a return customer.

I have only used them a couple times for different services (oil, tires, etc), but each time they have been upfront about the cost and get the job done quickly. Would recommend.

Went in for a state inspection and had to get breaks changed as well. I had to bring my 3 year old with me and the guys were all extremely helpful and caring. They asked if I wanted to put something on the tv while we waited and had candy for the kids . I don t think they realize how much that matters.

Kevin & Harley, always treat their customers with friendly attitudes and acknowledge of what they re in there for. I ve be a patron for 12 years. And I ll always come back since Kevin is at the helm.Just bought personal tires for one of my vehicles (I have a company vehicle which Kev & staff take care of as well). I needed 2 new front tires and I ordered them online. Afterwards, I went to a small local tire shop and had them installed and they didn't even balance them there. I was going on a long trip and needed them balanced ASAP. So, I went to Goodyear the day of my trip and they took care of my situation pretty quickly. I was surprised, very affordable pricing to do the balancing. I made it there and back home with no issues. Safe and sound. Thanks, you guys!!!

I ve had to go to this shop about 2 times now unfortunately with all the driving I do my tires somehow manage to get nails on them all the time but the staff is efficient, friendly and fast to get me in and out! I usually place my tire order through my insurance and get an appointment with them to replace the tire so I m always happy and satisfied with my service! Thank you all for making life so much easier!

Always great service from the advisors and technicians. All work done fairly and on a timely manner. I recommend for any job whether it s an oil change, new tires, or something larger such as engine or transmission work.

I have always visited this place and have left satisfied. But today I took my car to have the oil changed and the tires aligned and I can say that Mr. Erick has been the best employee who has ever taken care of me. Shana and Kevin were very good to me, my car had an oil leak and my ac compressor belt had torn apart. I took my car in and they had my car running and ready to go in no time! I ve been in the Colony for about a year now, and it s nice to have found a place I feel I can I trust with my vehicles. Great customers service from everyone!

I had a very satisfying service at this location with tire and battery changes. I worked with service rep Bill mostly, but also with Manager Kevin and spoke with Shannon, another rep. An overall friendly environment, especially due to Bill s communication skills, clarity and delivery of what was promised. I appreciated the ride home while my car was being serviced. Auto work is all about trusting relationships and I think that this location works hard to achieve this. I recommend this business!Services: Tires, Battery

Went to get an inspection. Passed everything, except window tint. Yes, I know, if they run the machine they have to charge. Why run the machine if you know the tint won't pass?? I know, to collect the $25. Won't be back for anything.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was on a time constraint and they got me in and out with an oil change promptly and I didn't even have an appointment. I was able to get 20 dollars off my oil change with can goods. I love that they care about the community and are giving to those in need. What a great way you help the hungry!!!! Good service, friendly atmosphere and a charitable cause. What more could you ask?

Took great care of me when my tire went flat. Was under road hazard warranty and honored it without question! Kevin is fantastic and has been in the industry for years. Homest, fair, and friendly. Just got my oil changed there today and will be for the foreseeable future! Thank you Kevin!

Could not be happier with the service was performed. I took my car in for a brake inspection due to severe vibrations when braking. They did an inspection and road test and verified the brakes were fine. It turns out that all I needed was a wheel balance which was considerably cheaper than a "brake job".I'll definitely use them again for my car maintenance and repair needs. Thanks so much!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!Came in with a nail in our tired looking to get a patched on our wheel, our tires are not even a year old It only had a nail stuck in it. Front desk lady with color haired and pony tail very rude, racist with attitude since the moment we came in to the last moment we asked to not continue with any service to our wheel since we waned to take it somewhere else to get a second opinion. She rolled her eyes and changed her tone to a more ruder attitude toward us even another present customer that came in saw and mention what s her problem! . As well when we revived our car the air pressure in our tired was not coming out so fast since we knew it was just a nail and the comments directed to us you better go fast your running out of time! We are more then sure they intentionally damage our wheel more so we could get there services! Since we had told them we waned to take it somewhere else!!!!HORRIBLE SERVICE do not come here.
