Had my Tesla fixed.1. If your vehicle needs collision repair, come to the Colony location.2. To be honest, your likelihood might somewhat differ depending on your advisor and mechanic who worked on your vehicle.3. This company keep trying till you are satisfied.This is my story.On Nov 2023, I originally was booked to drop my vehicle to Carrollton location, but when I went there on scheduled day (waited 3 weeks), they told me that Carrollton location is unable to repair it. (messed up one- Estimator named Andy let the office to book me without inspect my car and paper work). I was told that my case was transferred to the Colony location. All I need to is dropping my vehicle on scheduled day. After 2 &1/2 months, I went to the Colony location as directed but Colony location didn't have any info. (messed up two- Carrollton location didn't send any info). As I have been waited almost 3 months driving taped up vehicle & I already got a rental car, I was about to explode .One of the estimators in Colony location, Mr.Joey stepped in after he heard my story. Although he was fully booked, he did let me drop my vehicle. Repair took 4 weeks. I picked up the car, and noticed the hood is not aligned right. Mr.Joey checked and explained that this new hood is not good fit. And, he will order another one till we find the good match. He ended up order 2 more hoods for me. As I said on beginning, you might not satisfy the outcome of repair because everyone is not perfect, parts are not perfect. But, at least, estimator like Mr.Joey tried his best to correct the issue regardless how long it takes. And, he did it. I highly recommend Gerber Colony location.

I also had an extremely negative experience with them. They show a lack of respect for their customers. I was repeatedly misled about the expected completion time for my car, and they consistently failed to fulfill their promises. After waiting for three months, I finally received my car, only to find damage to the front bumper that was not present before the accident. To make matters worse, they returned the vehicle to me without making adequate repairs.

Aaron and his staff were awesome. From the time I dropped my vehicle off, until picking it up, they were welcoming, professional, and always kept me informed on the status throughout the process. My car looked awesome!!! Thank u Gerber!!

Someone hit my Tesla and I went to this body shop to fix it and they left it great. Although Tesla parts can be a pain to get, the moment they receive the parts the car is fixed quickly and properly. Joey was great!

Had my front end repaired here after an accident. Great job on repairs and communication. John the GM took care of me to make sure I was satisfied. Tori up front is fantastic to work with and talk to and Joey my estimator got me out the door.

We waited 5 1/2 months to have a very simple repair for a minor accident. We also chose to have other scratches and dents taken out. We were told we had to have a left rear quarter panel replaced for some scratching and denting. This is how they repaired the left rear corner panel and notice the seal cover plate. The right side has not been affected. The left side was repaired improperly as you notice the Seal. Notice the gap of the hatch back on the left side compared to the right.When I pointed this out to Penny and then to her boss they proceeded to argue with me about how the wrong panel was sent from Tesla and they had to wait. Go somewhere else and don t waste your time with this place. They under performed for us and when we brought up the issue their answer was they gave us was a discounted hourly rate that was applied on accident. They returned the car to us like this. $5200 just to replace the left quarter panel in an amateur way.I would never ever use this place again.The experience was a huge waste of time and very underwhelming.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent body shop! I took my model 3 here after an accident. Gerber s team did fantastic job. Penny was my advisor and was very informative and communicative. The team was very thorough and attention to detail was top priority. Delays are going to happen if you have a Tesla! But they are not due to Gerber s team. Getting parts from Tesla is an exhausting process, so be prepared for that. Overall very very happy with my experience.

Took our scion tc up here for some damage on the fender and rear bumper... they did an absolute killer job fixing this thing! Above and beyond is understatement. This is the only shop I will go to in DFW. They fixed some previous collision work and even painted the wheels for me too!! Cannot thank yall enough!

Gerber made the process of taking care of my Tesla an easy one. I initially was hesitant to take my Tesla to an outside collision center. But Gerber was not only Tesla certified but came highly recommended. Joey made the process easy and took me step by step during the process. Do not go there! They are listed as one the recommended repair shop by Amica. They are pretty quick to tell me to bring my car in for an estimate at first. After that, they didn't contact me for two weeks. I have to call them to find out what is going on. They said that there is a 7 weeks wait time before they can even begin to fix my car and it will take 30-45 days for this minor repair because they are so backed up due to being short staffed. Ridiculous! If you don't have time to fix my car, then why even waste my time in the first place!

Inspected my vehicle for collision damages and haven t responded with estimation for almost 10 days. They didn t inform insurance/me until calling them more than twice. Not sure if others experienced this but based on their ratings chose this location for collision and its a bad experience.

I am very disappointed by my experience with Gerber Collision. I had a rock fly up and skip across my hood and crack my windshield. I was referred here by my insurance company as one of the few places that are certified to work on a Tesla. I went for my first appointment to have an estimate made and was told it wouldn't be complicated and should only take 3 to 4 days to repair. I go to schedule the repair and the first appointment they had was 6 weeks out. I wait the 6 weeks and show up for my appointment and the advisor starts telling me that when they paint the car the clear coat wasn't going to settle right on any chips in the paint around the area damaged by the rock and that I would need to pay out of pocket if I didn't want that to happen. I expressed that I am very concerned by that and that I really care about how my car looks and I will notice imperfections. After that I am told that they won't be able to even get to my car for a few weeks and then it would take even more time to actually repair. When I expressed that I didn't understand why I had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment only for them to not be ready to work on my car I was told by my advisor that if I was concerned about how long it was going to take and was concerned about the appearance that I shouldn't have my car repaired there. He was very stand-offish and didn t seem to care about earning my business. After reading other reviews I think I dodged a bullet by not letting them work on my car. Unless you like people wasting your time and jerking you around I would suggest taking your car elsewhere.

Took my moms expedition to have some collision work done, knowing the a/c was cutting out. Joey called immediately to make sure I knew. I told him to go ahead a fix it. At anytime they felt I needed to be informed of anything, they called. There were no "surprises". At the end, my mom had no way to go and get her vehicle, they took it to her house! That is great customer service! Above and beyond! Reasonably priced. Great customer service. I would use them again, for sure!! I chose Gerber because of their great customer service reviews and am so glad to say I was not disappointed. From the moment I made my appointment to getting my car back everyone was so nice and Joey went above and beyond to communicate with me and ensure I was taken care of. It seems commonplace in the auto industry to be treated differently as a woman, something I have experienced firsthand, and absolutely thrilled that was not my experience with Gerber. I will unquestionably come back if my car needs repairs again and will recommend this place to anyone who may need it, thank yall SO much!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I NEVER leave reviews but had to this time. What started off as a bad experience turned out to be a great one. I had to take my car back, a year later, due to some faulty repairs by a technician that had since been let go. They took it in, got done properly this time, and lived up to their guarantee. Not only that but provided a rental for me so I could get around and work. Thank you for taking care of me and my car! Penny was great throughout the process!

DO NOT COME HERE FOR TESLAS!!! Honestly a terrible body shop. I got into a car accident and somehow they convinced my insurance that the damages were unrelated to my accident. This makes no sense cause there we no damages prior to my accident. Joey and John the GM are very unprofessional and rude. Basically he s calling me a liar. How would I have damages to my vehicle prior to an accident and still be driving it? So they are only going to fix what they think is wrong, and my vehicle will still be un drive able. Do not go to this shop to fix a Tesla, they are just trying to make money off you. They wanted me to file another claim for the unrelated damages . This is absolutely insane, and when I get my vehicle back it won t even be drivable. Do not waste your time with this establishment or Joey. And NO YOU DID NOT RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT. YOU ACTUALLY DENIED MY SERVICE BECAUSE OF YOUR OWN INCOMPETENCE ON HOW TO FIX TESLA VEHICLES DO NOT SEND YOUR TESLA VEHICLE HERE. DO NOT DEAL WITH JOHN THE GM OR JOEY.

I waited about two weeks before doing a review just to make sure no issues with the repairs.This is the first time I took the Tesla to a third party and not the Tesla repair center, to be honest I was not comfortable with it but that changed now.The parking lot had so many Tesla s and they are an approved shop. The entire team did a great job from coordinating with the insurance to Tesla for parts. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process.We all know the current supply chain bottleneck so it is not fun to have a car being repaired these days but Gerber Collision & Glass Colony made the entire experience bearable.The final job was great, the car looks like it was before. So you Tesla owners you are in good hands.Services: Painting, Auto glass repair, Body & Trim

Amazing! Every person with whom I dealt was professional, kind and beyond helpful! My Tesla Model X was completed within 48 hours! The repair quality was beyond my expectations! They even arranged for my rental pick up and drop off! I can t say enough about Gerber! Even the receptionist went out of her way for me :-) Thanks to all of you guys at Gerber I ve never had such a good experience! Though I hope I won t NEED their services again I would never take my cars anywhere else!

My car was badly damaged in a car accident so I took it to Gerber. I was greeted by Joseph Ellis and treated like a King. Foot rubs and all (new fenders lol). Anyways, all jokes aside this place gave me great service. Worked with Geico and handled everything quickly for me. Very professional. Give them your business. And recommend them to your friends. Way better service than caliber collision in my opinion.

I have been to two other repair shops for my 2020 Tesla and this is the only shop that was accommodating and were able to fix my tesla! Great pricing, customer service, and a quick turn around. Don t try and take take your tesla to other shops!

We have used Gerber more than once for Tesla collision repair. They are amazing and will go the extra mile to make things right of ever your expectations are not met. I just want to take a moment to thank the very friendly and courteous staff at Gerber from the front office, the advisor who inspected my car, up to the kind and professional General Manger. My experience with them was excellent! I hope I will never be in another car accident but if for some reason I do, I will definitely use Gerber again. I was very pleased with their work ethics and quality of work. I highly recommend them.

I have to tell you that being a customer of Earth Collision Center was an awesome experience! You never know what you are going to get when dealing with car repairs but this place is top notch. When GMC told me it would be two months before I could get my car fixed I started calling around. Not only did they get me in quick, but from the very beginning phone call to the completion and pick up of my vehicle, their entire staff was incredible. They communicated with me throughout the entire process keeping me up to date on their progress and they stuck to their timeline brilliantly. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone I know needing car repairs. Great job Earth Collision Center!

I first took my Nissan Altima to Earth Collision Center in The Colony to fix a pretty large dent on the front bumper. The staff at the place were very courteous and helpful. 2 days later when I went to pick up the car, i couldn't believe my eyes. The car looked as good as new, the headlights which were cloudy before were all cleaned up, the front bumper was all nice and clean and you wouldn't say that there used to be a big dent in that spot. They even cleaned up the interior of the car. Great job done on the car!!2 weeks ago, the driver side mirror broke while backing out of our garage. On a Saturday, I took it to the same location. I thought I might have to get the whole mirror replaced. The staff at Earth Collision Center, along with the assistance and supervision of JR, came to my rescue and fixed the mirror within an hour. I didn't even have to buy a new mirror. I couldn't be more happier with this business and would highly recommend it to everyone. They do an awesome job and have great, helpful and courteous staff.

Unfortunately, my poor car ended up being a total loss...but I wanted to give a shoutout to the team at Gerber for being so wonderful! Their front desk employee was so sweet and helpful when I visited several times to pick up stuff from my car. I encountered a few other employees there as well and everyone was really wonderful. Really great customer service, I appreciate them! I'm grateful that on a whim I chose this place to have my car towed to. I was sad that it ended up being totaled, but glad that it was in the hands of people who were kind and communicative.

So far, so awesome! My Toyota is a lease, so any body repair had to be done perfectly knowing I had to turn it back in in six months. From the first phone call, everything has been so easy! I had many questions about service, getting into a rental, contacting insurance...they said, We ll take care of everything. And they have!

I d give them 10 stars if I could. Thank you Katie, Cindy and Jessie for helping me out today!!! I had some collision repair done 5 yrs ago that should have been covered under my warranty, but the company that did the work is no longer in business. One issue was my driver door wasnt sitting in the jam right, catching the wind and shaking the door. They were able to see me right away, listened and were willing to help me before my road trip this weekend. The door bolts were loose, which they quickly fixed no charge. Best customer service ever! I ve unfortunately been to a number of body shops, and this company by far offers the best customer service I ve ever received. The are polite, helpful, and happy to help. Should I need body work in the future, this is where I ll be headed and I ll be telling anyone who will listen the same.

Great experience! Super friendly people who give you a personal and caring experience. After dealing with a separate accident, I realized how much better Earth Collision treated me than the one I'm working though in Houston. The friendly lady at the desk at Earth Collision reserved a car rental, where now I'm having a nightmare getting one. I also had plenty of follow up calls and had people come outside, inspect the car, and ensure I was satisfied. Repairs were also great.. Thanks!
