Man! I had the best experience here with these gentlemen. Nick really took the added effort to walk me through various options to put on my brand new mustang. I really appreciate the customer service. I am so pleased with how they turned out.

Yesterday my wife's tire got a huge nail in it. We went to RAW wheels and tires and Jayce took care of us immediately. He was friendly and professional. We definitely will come back the next time we have tire issues or need new ones.

The personel there is great. Made me and my daughters who were with me feel very welcomed. Their prices are high but i understand. Which is why i didnt buy. Maybe next time.

Man I gotta say they are Super Awesome at the Texas City location.And be sure you do All your business with Nick..the manager there ..I needed tires for my truck for a trip to Dallas with my 3 year old son..he hooked it up on a extremely affordable payment plan option..I will recommend everyone in need of tires and rims...you Really really need to head to this place on Palmer hwy Texas City.They will forever have my business..it meant so much how professional they all are and the importance to help me out.God bless them.

The guys and girls in this shop are amazing to work with! I was offered three different companies for financing. They were great and explained every step of the process with a very fast turn around. The whole thing could not have been easier. I would and am, definitely recommending them!!

Great customer service, wasn't pushy on their most expensive products, was even offered a used set of tires. I told the guy that price was a major consideration and he showed me a variety of different options and we finally made something happen.Update: this is how she looks after everything was put on.

These people are like family to me. I want some rims so I guess it's going on 4 months now for my car and I love them and sometimes I'm a little late on my payment but they understand they help me and they remind me and they're just like family and they really care. One time I cry was having problems with the wheels and it came. Check it out, went out their way to help me and it was really nice I totally recommend this place if you want some real nice cool rims on your car

Sat around for a few min while a young lady was helping another customer. There was a younger looking dude at the counter who didn't seem interested in working. He was hunched over on his phone and didn't even notice me. I ended up leaving because his phone was more important than work.

I spoke with one of the employees there at length about several different products. Now that I m better informed I plan on returning to this store to make a purchase. I highly recommend this place and will only use Caydie as my sales representative. Thanks for everything!!

Poor customer service, did not do a follow up call for potential customer (ME) I even gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe they might be really busy but after three time of me calling and not getting a call back to see if they could order the wheels and tires i wanted, i just stop calling. I shouldn't have to keep calling them to spend my money with them. Never got to worry about it happening again

They called me and said that my rim and wheel had arrived but when i got there after an hour of driving , Made excuses saying that i had misunderstood.... had to drive 1 hr back..They made me loose 2hrs of my busy day for nothing!!!

I had been wondering what type of wheels I wanted to place on my Dodge Ram 1500 and couldn t decide between street or off road. Nick help me make the best choice for the look I was trying to go for. The entire staff was friendly and inviting which made the experience one I ll remember. I recommend this store for anyone who may need a little direction on what they may want to with their vehicle when it comes to rims and tires. The prices are good and the customer service is one of a kind.

Great customer service! Everyone in the store is very friendly and very helpful with helping you find what you're looking for. Amber at the front desk is very knowledgeable, and quick to know what you would need. All together a very good experience!

First stole 100$ i chose to put toward first payment at time of purchase no receipt. Fast talking paying 6500 for 1500 dollar wheels. If you are a even a couple days late they call jobs and all almost got me fired. Been paying almost 450 every month for a year and still paying. Just save and order what you want online or privately. Don't recommend. Even when ppl told me not to deal with them I did. Lesson learned

The staff are great and the manger ( Mr. Henry) is great. Everyone in the store is very helpful. Any concern or problems you may have they try their best to work with you. I am on my second set of tires now. It is worth the time to stop in , you want be bisappointed.

Don t gotta stay to much guys this place is amazing amazing customer service when I came in for my tire order Nick stayed after for me and helped me get my set after hours I highly recommend this place !!!!!

Don't do it . Overcharging unprofessional careless company . Been paying over 400$ a month for over a year now FAITHFULLY. One day late because I work it slipped my mind the next day they send me a text threatening repossession and legal action by 6 that day. AFTER 5000 DOLLARS ALREADY PAID ! Car dealerships don't even do that . But anyway lost a paid customer and plenty potentials. The threats are what did it for me. Always respect a paying customer late or not.
