I was in an emergency situation and needed a quick oil change. I received damage to my car after the screws and pins were not put back in.The staff after the damage have been more than rude. No customer service training at all at 2 different locations. I do not care if you work as a mechanic or a doctor, customer service should always be a priority. I have spoke with the district manager who will follow up with cover replacement but I sincerely hope that he can work with the way staff approach customer dissatisfaction.Service: Oil change

I've been a customer at this location for many years. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Regardless of the service I required, I've never had more than about a 20 minute wait. I will continue to take my vehicle to this Jiffy Lube.

I, a woman, went in for the state inspection and had my fianc�, a man, with me. Whenever he was at my side they only addressed him even though it was my car.On top of that they tried to trick me into buying a new filter for $30 that I had barely replaced 2 months ago and it was clearly smeared with grease to make it appear more dirty.I will never come to this location again because they were sexist and scammers and I did not feel welcomed.

They were extremely kind and efficient in the service. Got me in and out with no delay and no hiccups. The employee, young lady with braces definitely did all she could to make sure I had a pleasant visit and was done fast. Thank you all

My boyfriend took my car to get an oil change for me. My car had been having issues and was not running smoothly. I'm pretty sure it was the Take 5 place that screwed it up. Anywho, he went by on a Sunday at 4pm (yes, we called in advance) and they were able to immediately get him in. He got the oil done (of course), had the air filter and cabin filter replaced, and got the tires rotated. I think the sputtering was because of the previous oil change because after Jiffy fixed me up, my car has been running smoothly ever since. I'm going back next paycheck to get my transmission fluid flushed as well! Thank you!!

From the moment I pulled up, everyone was so polite and hopeful!The guy who smokes needs to smoke further away from the building and he needs to do something with his butts besides throwing them on the ground, it's covered with them right outside of the bays.

If I could give it zero stars, I would! Brought my car in a couple of weeks ago for a oil change and after their so called 5point inspection, was told that the air cabin filters needed to be replaced. Purchased the filters and paid for everything, then I was told that the filters weren t in stock but they would be in the next couple of days and I could come back and they would install them. It s been several weeks and still no call or filters. . . . so I called to check and see if they were in. The assistant manager who answered the phone, Alyissa, is rude and not very knowledgeable about anything at this store, and at this point, I just want a refund. If you re not going to train your employees correctly, then I highly suggest you don t put them on the floor without supervision. She couldn t answer questions concerning the air filters or issue a refund because she hadn t been properly trained to handle it. Sad and disappointing.

I have been doing business with Jiffy Lube since 2013 .the last time I was there your manager wasn't helpful inact he was rude .he was busy but don't have to be rude .managers like him will ruin your business. I used to let you inspect my car .not this time because of him .I took it where I used to go .I am very disappointed with your business. One more time and he treats me like he did I am done .my money will spend any where

They forgot to hand me my keys, my car won't start without them, also never vacuum out the car. $125 for oil change and inspection. They can do better.

Great place for an oil change. They listen to your request and if they find something they ll suggest to replace or repair. Always polite and quick service

Great group of guys working at this Jiffy Lube for my oil change and get my driveshaft greased. Helped me with getting the skid plate bolt issue figured out that was screwed up by take 5. Thanks again for having a good crew working with your customers.

Jiffy lube is worst place to go! I lost my car when I took my car to get oil changed. My car NEVER STARTED AGAIN, SPENT $370 TO TRY TO FIX IT. SAID STARTER WENT OUT, PAID THEM TO PUT IN NEW STARTER, BOUGHT NEW BATTERY, STILL COULDN'T GET MY CAR STARTED! THESE PEOPLE WHO CHANGE YOUR OIL DONT KNOW WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING. I SPENT ALL THE MONEY I HAD . SPENT 4 HOURS WAITING FOR THEM TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEY CAUSED! I DROVE UP TO GET MY OIL CHANGED, MY CAR WAS JUST FINE. I HAD TO LEAVE MY CAR THERE BECAUSE I RAN OUT OF MONEY. THEN THEY TOLD ME I NEEDED TO GET MY CAR IFF THEIR PROPERTY! I HAD TO SELL MY CAR FOR $400 BECAUSE IT WASN'T RUNNING. A $7000.00 CAR SOLD FOR $400. I AM NOW WITHOUT A CAR, NO TRANSPORTATION, NO ONE TO HELP ME. I AM DISABLED PERSON. THIS PLACE AND PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, ASSISTANT MANAGER WAS IN BACK SMOKING POT IN HER CAR! THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE REPORTED! DONT GO GET YOUR OIL CHANGED AT JIFFY LUBE IN TEXAS CITY, TEXAS! JIFFY LUBE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS JIFFY LUBE! IM OUT A VEHICLE BECAUSE THEY MESSED UP MY CAR.

As a former Jiffy Lube employee, I was pretty disappointed with the service. First I noticed they didn't do a quality check, and show me my oil level before I left "I'm not sure if your franchise does this". Then, although my truck was fairly clean, I noticed that only the drivers floorboard was vacumed, and only on top of the floor mat. Then I realized the engine oil life hadn't been reset, and the washer fluid wasn't filled because my low washer fluid light is still on. There were also greasy hand prints left on my hood. None of these are major issues, but to have all of them in one signature service oil change made me question the quality of the rest of my service. I checked to make sure the oil was full, and crawled under my truck to make sure the oil drain plug, and filter were tight. I'm happy to say, I have no issues with the work the lower bay tech performed.

I have been coming here for years and the staff at this location are always VERY polite and efficient. They even have an air conditioned waiting area with cold bottled water! I always leave happy, and do not plan to take my car anywhere else for oil changes and state inspections. Thank you guys for your great service!!! #Thankful

Every time I take my car to Jiffy Lube for a state inspection, they find something wrong that keeps the car from passing. They once tried to tell me my brakes were bad when the day prior I had new brakes installed. Recently, they said I had to buy new wiper blades at $26.00 each. Outrageous! I can get two blades for that price at Walmart! Once, they stripped out an oil plug and we had to take the car to a mechanic to have it repaired. I only went to Jiffy Lube this time because my usual place couldn t do the inspection. I gave it three stars because they were quick and courteous.

The guys at the shop did an excellent job of helping me out last minute. I needed to get my brakes fixed before I went into work and they got me in and out without a problem. They're always friendly and confirm prices before beginning any work. It's one of the few places, as a female, that I feel comfortable taking my car because I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of or constantly up charged.Service: Brakes

Takes forever i was the last one in the waiting room when people came after me and i was still there . All i wanted was a oil change and they added so many things when i just wanted one thing . I feel like they messed something up in my car . My sensors are having trouble reading the road and i never had that problem. If you want a fast service i would go somewhere else.
