The Texas City Grease Monkey is always my go to. Customer service is amazing, they give you a water while you re in the ac cooled waiting room. Never waiting to be attended and they don t try to up sell me for unnecessary things. Great prices and specials and even get a nice air freshener after your service.

Fairly quick, but can get busy sometimes. They have a small waiting area with coffee and water. Nothing fancy, quick but at dealership prices. They also do inspections. The oil changes are always no hassle.

I was very impressed. Pleasant personnel & hardly any wait time. Waiting room was much nicer than the other I previously frequented & offered free water & coffee. I will definitely go there in the future.

I love going here. I was in and out for an oil change. They gave me a report on what I may need serviced on my car but didn t hassle me into spending money I wasn t ready to spend! (I Really like that) I also go here for my yearly inspections and these guys always do a great job on that and I haven t had any issues with them thus far. Definitely recommend. Friendly. Efficient. And they always honor a coupon too if I have one!

Glad i came back, new place in town who brags on being fast charged about $30 more with a coupon. I came back to Grease Monkey after the other experience and will be here to stay. It took less than 15 minutes for my oil change. Tech gave me coupons for next visit. Great Job!

New customer service procedure since Pandemic regulations were canceled. They take car into service garage while you sit inside office. The mechanic tech guy did his job to check out my car. He wiped his hand prints off my car, parked it by the office door, and told me what he recommended I do to fix my problem. He answered all my questions, gave me my receipt, and handed me the keys once I paid.They have great customer service. They show that they care.

Professional, friendly, and got me in and out quickly. They will let you know what maintenance your vehicle has coming up but don't pressure you to doing it right there and then. Definitely recommend and I will return in the future.

Fast service. However it would be nice when asking if my car passed State Inspection a proper answer would be given other than "Probably." Had another customer scoffing at the answer. Not the best look.

I got to the shop in the late afternoon, and they didn't seem too busy. I was greeted getting out of my car, and he asked what I wanted done. Also made sure to ask if regular oil, or synthetic. I was there a short time, and they were getting pretty busy shortly after I got there. I was back home in less than an hour, and happy to have the oil changed.

I was pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and care in getting my car serviced. The waiting area was very clean and nice and had TV. The staff was very courteous. I will go again.

I called to get a quote told me a price soon as I pulled up price changed little higher , I was like why it changed??? He started explaining like if I didn t know what was he talking about because my step dad is a Machanic so I know somewhat about cars .. I said nope no one s finessing this female today left bye ..

I went to Grease Monkey because my brakes were squealing. The diagnosis was that I needed front and rear brake pads. Hundreds of dollars later, the brakes are still squealing. The PROBLEM HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. Their comment to only fix what is needed is dishonest! Needless to say, I am a very DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER!
