I visited Frank a few days ago after my car lit up like a Christmas tree. I was so nervous to find out what the damage is going to be.. as soon as I walked in, I got greeted by the manager, Ashley! She s absolutely incredible! She s extremely knowledgeable And helped me understand what was going on with my car! She explained everything with such detail i was so impressed! My problem was resolved the same day. I m definitely recommending Ashley at franks to all my friends. Thank you so much Ashley, keep up the great job!!!!

I had totaled my vehicle, basically breaking every control arm, front struts, and even cracking the engine cradle. After taking it to Frank's, I got my car back, and it feels as if I just got it off the dealership lot again! Great service and friendliness!

Took my vehicle to Frank's for repairs, they originally told me it would take about 1-11/2 weeks to do the work ,to my surprise it only took them 4 days. The service I received there was great. Cynthia was extremely helpful throughout the whole process? I highly recommend them.

My dad took his car there for repairs after an accident. The service is horrible. There was only 2 guys working there that didn't know what they were doing. The lady in the front also didn't know anything. They did not do a good job on the body work and did not finish the work on the trim. Part of the trim was laying in the floorboard of the car and my dad had to go back and have them put it on. The safety drivers side assist feature that alerts when a car is next to you doesn't work after they did their "work" and now they refuse to fix it. Do not take your car here if you want it done right.

This was my first time having to get a car of mine repaired so I wasn't really aware of how the process went. I was rear ended and my car, a 2017 Dodge Charger, took what seemed like minor cosmetic damage. The at fault drivers driver's insurance was a notoriously difficult one to deal with and after sending pictures to them, grossly underestimated my car repair costs. After searching on google for collision centers I came across this place and took my car there. IMMEDIATELY, they took what seem like 100 pictures of my car in a very thorough and detailed examination of my vehicle. They answered my question about the repair process and after dealing with bothersome Insurance company began work on my vehicle, and when they finished, my car looked brand new. It didn't look that good when i brought it, they even cleaned and detailed the inside. My overall experience is extremely positive and I would recommend anyone to them. The staff is very polite and helpful and they do amazing work.

Excellent communication was maintained throughout the repair process. Shawn and his guys brought my car back to perfect condition. The repair process was quick and drop/pick up was a breeze. My overall experience with Frank s Collision Repair was exceptional.

It was our first time ever using Franks collision Repair. Would like to thank Shawn and Ed @ the Texas City location for a great experience. State Farm highly recommended Franks as they are an authorized partner.. Hopefully we won t be coming back anytime soon, (Accident Repair) however if you are in need of collision repair these guys will take good care of you Thanks Guys!!Service: Body & Trim

Preferred Collision Center is truly amazing. They are so nice, and their priority really is to help their customers as best they can. They are efficient and honest and a good group of folks. I had taken my Jeep Wrangler there for a repair and they did an amazing job. It was done so well, and in such a timely manner. I really appreciate Shawn especially, he was great throughout this whole process. Thank you to everyone at Preferred Collision Center!!

I called them after I had my accident and they helped me through the entire process, from having it towed there to dealing with my insurance company. There was so much open communication that I felt informed every step of the way. They worked easily with my insurance company and the whole thing was very painless. The repairs made were thorough and the work was flawless. It looks better than before. I would HIGHLY recommend.

I have recently had my car repaired here after a hit and run. They set up my rental car and did all the communication with my insurance, which I tried to do and became frustrated. Upon my insurance giving a estimate my car was ready in less than 2 day when I thought it would take at least 4. I couldn t tell the car had ever been wreck! I recommend them to anyone needing collision repair. Great work!

I searched and asked all over town, who s the best auto body repair and painter around. Didn t get much help so I decided on these guys on a hunch. Wow what a hunch I could not have asked for a better job at an incredible price especially for my custom car. Now I know who to recommend hands down!!!! Thanks guys!!!

We had taken our truck to Preferred Collision to repair our badly damaged F150 that had a bent axle and body work all down the side of the truck. We had some situations but Mr. Meadows resolved these for us and he stood behind his work all the way to make sure we got the best service and value. Good job Preferred Collision.

This place is definitely worth recommending to anyone looking for good honest professional work. I recently had some damage to my car and preferred collision took care of us. The work on my dodge durango came out great. I was very pleased with the results and the people are very informant and welcoming. I will be referring them to everyone I know. This shop is over the top on quality. Shawn, along with every employee there have a great customer service and they are happy to assist in any way they can. The work done on my car Is top quality . I would recommend this Shop for any repair.

After I took my vehicle here for a estimate My claim was OKed. They ordered the parts and scheduled my vehicle. Told me it would be a week, and that is exactly what it was. Excellent work.

They have the best customer service I have seen in any place I've been to in a very long time. Extremely courteous and fast service. I even got a few business cards to hand out to other people if they ever need any car body work done. The waiting area is also a big plus. I sat and watched TV and drank fresh coffee.Ask for Ed!

I highly recommend Preferred Collision Center! I damaged the bumper on my brand-new Camry (still have the paper tags!) and took it to Preferred Collision. I can't even tell where it was damaged. And no place could beat the cost - great job, guys!!!!
