I recently purchased a 2006 Toyota 4Runner from Five Star Auto Group, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The sales manager, Will Asfour, along with his sales partner, provided exceptional service. They were incredibly nice and courteous throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences and matched me with a vehicle that fit perfectly within my price range.The employees at Five Star Auto Group were not only professional but also very friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Their customer service exceeded my expectations, and I felt valued as a customer. I would highly recommend Five Star Auto Group to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I had great experience with Five star Auto group. Definitely recommend I locked all over Houston for the car I was looking for and nearly gave up. I found them through Car gurus. They will work with you, honest and and not pressing to put you in something They also was willing to work on a couple concern I had with no issue. It s a hike from Houston but totally worth it.

Fist off their name is FIVE STAR AUTO GROUP for a reason I was able to come in tell them what I wanted and what I was able to work with and they found something that met almost all of my needs, answered all of my questions and then some. So Im not one to leave a review unless it's to warn others to steer clear. Five Star Auto Group, is the exception to the rule. Hands down stellar service! Nader helped my wife pick out the perfect car. He was honest and a man of his word. My wife wanted a luxury car that simply wasn't economical. Nader gave us all the information needed to make the best decision. He even told us his opinion on the most reliable versus the prettiest (costly). We had been to many other dealers and felt pressured into bait and switch financing for less quality. Ultimately we chose an immaculate Toyota Rav 4. We had issue with brakes and brought it in to have them replaced hoping the warranty covered them. When we were picking it up, the very same day mind you, we were going to take care if the bill. But, Nader actually had already taken care of the bill as a courtesy. Hands down, amazing. Second car purchased from here and will be the only one in the future. Highly recommend oh and the warranty is outstanding.

I ve bought a few cars in my life and each time I ve left feeling like I d been scammed into something I didn t want or couldn t afford. But at Five Star Auto, Will was open and honest. I didn t feel pressured into anything I didn t want. Amazing service. Car buying without the games and tricks. 10/10 will come back

Absolutely recommend! They were able to get us approved when everyone else turned us down! They were super nice, not pushy at all, and very personable. They offer in house financing and work with low credit! Very reliable vehicles!
