I'll never go anywhere else for tires. I was having trouble finding the size I needed. Not only did Discount Tire have my size, but they had multiple options in stock for me to pick from. John was amazing. He helped me make sure I got the very best value I could for the money I could spend. He got me in quickly for an appointment and I was on my way again, with all new tires, in less than 30 minutes from the time I arrived. 5 stars for Discount Tire and 5 stars for John's customer service!

Had a great experience yesterday at Discount Tire on Emmett Lowry in Texas City. My husband and I bought 4 new tires in December but the tires kept getting louder and my steering wheel was vibrating slightly. I made an appointment online, went in a little early, all the stuff was very nice, the lobby is remodeled and looks great. The employees balance my tires, got me in and out quickly. Great service and professional by everyone.

I had an online order, so they were able to keep my appointment and get me in and out in 30 minutes. My TPMS went nuts on the ride home, so I waited till the next day to call (see if my system would settle). They were very friendly and quick to have me back in to get it fixed. Very good experience overall with knowledgeable staff. And from the conversations I've overheard, they try not to sell tires for the sake of tires. They just want customers to be safe out there. This shop is not the closest to my home, but I prefer going here.

Went in to have my 5 4Runner tires changed out. Put in for 1:30 pm online and got a call to come in early because they didn t have many customers. Got there, gave the keys, let them do their thing, and was out with new tires in 25 minutes. I had to help with one employee with the spare tire because he was wondering how to get it out so I recommend have the spare tire in your trunk ready to go if you go that route. Overall, very quick and out the door.

Jan 25 2024, 2016 Z06 Corvette. they replaced a valve stem on one tire but 30 minutes later told me they found a side wall leak and I would need to replace the tire which was under warranty. They said I should also replace the other rear tire or it would not ride smoothly. Since there was no damage to it, it was not covered under warranty. They charged my card over $700.00. I cancelled the order after the valve stem replacement fixed the problem. They are refusing to give me a refund and call me everyday to come get the tires put on my car. I called their regional office and left a message 3 weeks ago. Still no response and no refund for tires they never installed on my car and I didn't need.

I ve been here several times and the guys here are always friendly and helpful. I haven t had anyone try to push me into buy tires. The store is super clean and service fast and efficient. Today s visit I had all 4 tires replaced and I just wanted to give a shout out to Jorge for giving me excellent customer service!

They have a real Top Class Staff now.! Everyone there seems to get along and willing to help, all the customers seem to be happy with the outcome of whatever they're there for. I have no problem with these people anymore, again they have a great staff. I buy tires here for all 5 of our vehicles.

Jermaine greeted me at my truck. Very professional and friendly. Took care of me getting checked in. My appointment was for 8 to have new tires put on and was out by 830.The staff went above and beyond!

Unbelievable visit. I made an appt for 8:15. They opened the door to greet me at 7:56. They don t open until 8:00. I could see they had a full staff ready to go. They took my keys, fixed the flat and opened the door for me with a cheery, your truck is ready in 15 minutes. Nothing else! Been a long time since I have had an incredible experience like this at any business. Thanks fellas!

Nice facility, friendly staff greeted me at the door. Took care of me quickly. Hopefully wait is not to long, one of my tires has a slow leak. Lots of room social distance and seats inside and outside. Easy access and lots of parking.

They were great, made a same day appointment, they needed to get two more tires to complete my requirements of replacing all 4 tires. Took less than 30 minutes in and out.

I would suggest not dropping vehicle off at this location and double checking to see if everything is in order before leaving. Dropped off vehicle with factory rims, I had tires replaced with new ones, left with a mismatch rim on car. Dale either took my rim or misplaced it with a Nissan one.

I was quoted $88.00 for a tire rotation, when I got there with a appointment they said $200.00. I had a appointment at 5:15 they didn't get to my truck till 30mins plus later.. never going back to this place...... Everywhere else I have had my tire rotated has been $80.00. If I could leave a negative review I would..............

I have used discount tire my entire adult life. I have never had the service that I did at this location (and I ve used this location for the past 5 years). Dale was my service guy. He s young and doesn t understand how to work with customers. I started with a joke saying be nice to me on these tires. His comment was you chose them on that car . Really?! No, I bought that car with those tires.Honestly I didn t trust his assessment the way he shuffled me through so I called Will, the manager. We agreed that we would look at it together before replacing. I ve never had an issue with Will but given that he knew there were issues and questions I had, he didn t even bother to call me with his assessment. Just replaced it. Had he simply made a phone call, I would have said go ahead.I will find another location that I can trust with the great customer service I ve come to expect with discount tire.Just a suggestion, choose your location wisely.

I had a great shopping experience there. I wanted to get some rims for my new Ford Maverick. Ryan was my salesperson. He took his time going through all of the options for all of the available choices. He saved the favorite ones I had at that moment. I never felt psuehd or rushed at all. I told him I wanted to do a little research at home. I did go home and did a lot of research since this is a large purchase for me and I found indeed the choice he helped me make was really the best I could have found anywhere else. I reserved my rims, they came in a few days later. I was in and out of there in under an hour and they look awesome. Around 800 out the door with install, warranty and taxes. Seriously Ryan was awesome! Good job Discount Tires!

There were barely any available parking spots when I drove in but Jermaine made sure I was taken care of. They put 4 tires on my jeep quickly and painlessly. Great experience. Jermaine is awesome.

Great service! They gave options and quickly service. I did know they offered free tire repair! Thats awesome. At the end they even drove the truck to the front door. Also financing is available for the bigger issue if needed .

Schedule an appt. for new tires......easy and fast. Loss of air pressure in tire; no problem. Stop by and it is addressed easily (with a reliable estimate on waiting time).

Excellent experience at this Discount Tire location off Emmett Lowry in Texas City. Jermaine was highly professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process go smoothly. They were super busy - everyone attended to in orderly & timely way including answering phones. All customers and staff seemed calm and contented - which was remarkable considering how slammed they were. All ran smoothly. Excellent communication between front end staff and mechanics in garage. There were two screw caps missing on my new tires when they pulled my car around Jermaine noticed straight away, called out for them & someone came to cap them all within 30 seconds. Well-run establishment. Felt compelled to applaud their excellent service, communication and teamwork. Wow! Thank you for making something I wasn t particularly looking forward to a great experience!

Jorge needs some training on how to treat customers. He has an obvious attitude. Bad day? Doesn't matter. The manager was excellent in explaining what Jorge didn't. If you can't deal with the public, find another job.

Thank you Discount Tire for the great service. In and out with new tires, new lug nuts, and wiper blades in about 20 minutes all for under $1100. Got to hand it to them best service in the industry. Service advisor, Ethan, was great to work with.

I have been to the store plenty of the times since I moved to texas city two years ago. I have never had an issue, and have been treated very well. Not to mention, spent a lot of money there. But today, this young guy Dale that work the front counter, wanted to start an argument with me today. And called me a liar to my face. So needless to say I will never be going back to this location. I hope he has a good time explaining this to his technicians. Because I always tip very well.

I just got my tire repaired here this morning, not only was my wait time better than expected, but every single person in there treated me with respect and made me feel like I was a priority. I highly recommend this location and I will definitely be back with any needs I have in the future.

Ordered tires online and scheduled an appointment to have them installed. Installation went smoothed and didn't take long. I may have waited 40 minutes from time of check-in to time of getting in the car to leave. Definitely recommend. Like the ability to get tires air checked when necessary without an appointment.

I ve been here twice since moving here last year and they have all been so nice and don t try to up-sell anything. As a young female going to a car shop, it s always intimidating but not here. They have always been welcoming and get you in and out quick.
