Have been a loyal customer of Discount for years. New RV needed tire valve extensions. Called and gave details on RV size etc they said that Palmer Highway location could do it. Called and re-stated what was needed. Made appointment went and they then said they didn t have a lift for the RV and couldn t do it! Pulled back out of steep driveway not made for RVs and damaged the left rear side of our new RV! If they couldn t do it they should have told us on the phone! Will not go back!

Superior Service in every respect. Start-to-Finish! Took my company truck in to replace all 4 tires. I was out in Less than 30 minutes (gaining approval for a fleet vehicle to mounting) and back to work. KAIDEN was very courteous and knowledgeable. (He genuinely cares and passionate about his job) I will definitely bring all my personal vehicles for service here.

We are full-time rvers and have to rely on other reviews on Google to find necessary services. After reading reviews for the Galveston, Texas area, we ordered tires from Discount Tires. They were delivered early, so the shop asked if we wanted to come in a few days earlier than originally scheduled. We were quite happy to do this. We arrived 25 minutes prior to our scheduled time, and the shop got us right in. They had the four rear tires removed, new tires balanced and remounted within 30 minutes. We couldn't be happier with our experience with this shop. Please support this local shop.

On a recent, balmy, Saturday afternoon, I became to an unwilling customer of Discount Tire due to an unfortunate unexpected flat tire.We rolled in about 4:50 PM (they close at 5) and I assumed they'd turn us away. Not the case, however. They were friendly and honest. They offered me the two available options for new tires. They definitely sold me four new tires, but at a good price, and most importantly, I was back on the road by 5:15 PM. Great job, I'd highly recommend, and I'll definitely be back (hopefully not too soon though)!

Said to be store manager Andy sucks! Dishonest crook! Misdiagnosed my problem as being a bad rim needing replacement on my 2019 F-350 dually, when a second tire shop clearly showed me that was not the case! Neither was it even the tire with the mishap! Only needed a $20 patch. This clown attempted to sell me a $650 rim! Kaden and he are crooks, I would advise not to trust either. They are only going to try and sell you that which you probably don t need. Poor customer service skills-both.

Friendly and professional service on the Complimentary Tire air pressure check.I provided a $10 tip to the air service attendant.The temperature was about 40 degrees and very windy.Thank You for your valuable time and service.

This Discount Tire shop may be small in size, but is is BIG in service. Anthony honored my tire replacement & maintenance contract I had purchased from Discount Tire in Memphis and replaced two flat-spotted tires of my Chevy Spark, bo questions asked. I was impressed when he remembered my name and had the door open for us at the appointed time, welcoming us to Discount Tire. He made us feel like family.

One of the Managers, Andy, was super helpful with everything. Just great service all the way around. Everyone in the shop seemed professional and was moving to get "the work done"! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for new tires. I called ahead and knew what tires I wanted which probably sped things up a bit, but they were great!

I brought four new tires. First they left off the valve steam cover. Second they did not align the valve steam with the yellow dot on the tire. Brought this to the attention of the employee when I had to go back to get my tires installed correctly and his response was that how we mount tires? The salesperson was very friendly and professional when I brought the tires.

Have bought many tires from discount tire over the years, always a mostly positive experience. Got some Contis from tirerack installed, they had it done in no time once the tires came in off the truck. Thomas behind the desk was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure my car was done in a timely manner. Greatly appreciate these folks

Forgot my hub centric rings that locate my wheels to my hubs. Also damaged my wheels rotating the tires when rotating which is when they lost the rings. The holes for the lugnuts were all chipped up. Had a wheel bearing growling so I removed the tire and discovered that the rings were missing. They tried to make it right and replace the rings so I bought new tires again with the promise that a manager would make sure they did a good job and made sure all the rings were replaced and no damage done. They messed up my rim again using chrome sockets scratching the rims. It really sucks when you spend the money for good wheels and a company doesn t care. Wish I could give zero stars.

I had the best experience here vs my Friendswood location. I work in Texas City and my TPMS light would not stop going off. I went on break and Mario in 10 minutes told me which tire needed a new sensor. Being at work, I made an appointment for 3 and was out in the 35 minutes he said it would take! He was the best so I will definitely be back and ask for him when I have any other issues! Thank you and your team for being honest and fast to fix my situation.

Best tire shop in town. They repaired my tire for no charge. Costumer service by far is as well the best in town. Thank you so much Mario for the great experience and I will be coming back. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone who needs their tire fixed because they do them for free even if they do not buy them or purchase them from them. God bless this company.

I had tires installed here and then the TPMS service light came on immediately after. I took it back and, after taking the tire back off, they said the sensor had been broken during installation. They told me they replaced the sensor and I left. A while later my light kept coming on randomly. I got it looked at at another tire shop and they showed me that Discount Tire had used duct tape to hold the TPMS sensor onto the rim. There was duct tape wrapped 4 times around the rim to hold it on. Ridiculous.

Pulled into the parking area and was immediately greeted by Domingo. I told him my problem and he took my tire in for a patch. They found another hole that needed patching, that we didn t see and took care of that. Everyone was so polite to me and the customers that walked in as I waited. We will bring all our tire business to this store!!! Thank you for a stress free visit.

Domingo(Asst. Manager) and his team are amazing! When I tell you they got me together quickly and efficiently, that's exactly what happened. Run don't walk to this location if you're in need of top tier service.It's never a good day when it starts with a flat tire. My dealership said it would cost almost $180 for a new one, but God or the Universe intervened on my behalf. Since my tires have a warranty, they replaced it for the very low, low price of free 50. Do you hear me?!The only money I paid was to add additional insurance to the new tire which was a whopping $22. The warranty is so worth it.

Went in to get a single tire replaced or fixed. Was told I needed 4 new tires. Then realized I got the tires elsewhere, still had warranty on the tires went to the other place I got the tires from. And mentioned I need all new tires don't I. They looked at me like I was crazy and said, you don't need new tires at all you just need to replace this one. I was like wow I just came from another place and they were trying to make me buy 4 new ones. They said you definitely do not the tread is still fine on these!

Very courteous staff. I m dealing with Brandon and he s dealing with my rim off rotation. Obviously a challenging rotation and not the norm, but he didn t make me feel like it was a burden (like the Firestone in Webster rudely did when I needed an oil change on my 1 ton dually). I highly recommend this Discount Tire and I will return.Also, in response to a couple of negative reviewers, I wasn t here to observe on those days, but today the speed of service is excellent. They opened at 7:45 (15 min early) and there was 4 of us already in the parking lot. The team dispersed and had us all in the cue in minutes. It s 8:30 now and 3 of us are already gone. One was a full set of tires, one was a full 4 Wheel balance and the other was a flat on his mother in laws car. That s quick service! Mine, expectedly, is taking longer but they appear to be almost finished. Because of the size of my truck, they can t even use the lift, it has to be done with jacks and stands..... old school!

I needed new tires and had a rim slightly bent so I bought 4 rims with new Michelin s. I drive home and notice a lot of vibration so I got back check maybe the balance was out but discount tire manager didn t see anything wrong and he mentioned there is a problem with the suspension so thought maybe something came undone or loose so I went after the mechanic (Week before that I spend over $4000 to change all shocks control arms knuckle and bearings in front and back with brand new parts and my car was driving perfect and smooth) sadly I could not figure out why my car is bouncing everywhere after I have everything replaced. I went back to discount tire 3other times and they keep mentioning there is a suspension issue.. Finally I took my car to the dealer and first thing they notice my rims was not centered because of after market rims was installed without hub rings. I went back to discount tire for the 5time for the same issue so I told them put the hub rings on and it made a big difference, since I had drive to San Antonio and Houston a few times the brand new tires was not evenly rounded anymore needed to be replaced. At this point I just wanted my old rims back on the car and a refund because of how much headache I had to deal with but they could not give me a refund instead they order me new rims which I didn t want.( they are still sitting in my garage). After all that my car was not drive like before I bring it in discount tire even with bad tires and a bent rim.. now I have to spend even more time and money i don't have to figure out why my car is driving this way plus to sell the rims i didn t want and I won t still be where I was before I bring my car to discount tire. All because of employee s lack of knowledge and training and how careless they are. I will not ever go to discount tire again for any reasons and will not advise anyone to either. They simply don t give a dmmmm about you.

There are 2 locations of DT closer to my house but I prefer this one for several reasons. First, less crowded and guys working here are fast that translates into fast service. Superb work on tires and expert advice. Second; I like location with walk distance to Harbor Freight, Taco Bell and Ross in case of longer wait. Third, my cars drive better after rotation and balance done here.

Domingo took such amazing care of me !! He was so fast and truly told me the problem without trying to sale things to me and showed me the most affordable options for my budget he was so awesome and made things go so smoothly for me definitely coming back

Just stopped by to check tire pressure in my trucks tires. Thomas, the manager there, inflated my tires in close to 100 degrees temperatures. He did it courteously & with a smile. Thomas even checked the spare tire located under my truck. He went beyond the call of duty & was friendly & professional. I offered him a $10 tip 3 times but he refused saying, "Just bring us your business when you need tires." Thomas had me in & out in about 7 minutes. I give him an A+.

No matter what city or state you live in or travel to, Discount Tire gives prompt, affordable and friendly service. That s been my experience from Oregon to Charleston, Texas to Michigan and points in between.

My appointment was at 8am this morning. I arrived about 5 minutes early, and by 8:22(!) I was rolling out with a new tire and my other tires properly balanced (another DT location didn t balance them properly last week). Great job DT Palmer Highway!!

This is not the normal discount tire that I go to but I went through a construction area and had a emergency blowout. I found this discount tire and gave it a shot in the service was amazing. Mario was very helpful and sympathetic to what was going on. They were able to get my tire fixed in about 30 minutes and had me out of there. Discount tire really knows how to take care of their oil customers. I would not hesitate to use this location at all.
