Smoothest process I ve ever experienced at a dealership! We were in and out fairly quickly, we were treated beyond measure. Brian salesman, Justin manager and Ross in finance were all so amazing!!!! They met all of our expectations and made us the deal we were asking for. I will forever refer friends and family to Demontrond! I LOVE my 2024 Palisade Calligraphy

The best car-buying experience we ve ever had! Our salesperson Tony Victoria was kind, thorough, and respectful of our budget. Not only did he get us an incredible deal, but he also took the time to explain each feature and make sure that we were confident with our decision.

I found my way into DeMontrond Hyundai after a different dealership tried to take advantage of me. My sales associate Tony Victoria, the sales manager Jacob Chavez, and the business manager Ross Lambert took incredible care of me and put me in the car of my dreams for MUCH less than the other dealership wanted. Like I live on the north side of town and literally drove an hour to try to make this deal happen and these guys were 100% worth making that trip. The transparency, the helpfulness, and the friendliness these guys demonstrated showed me car buying doesn't have to be bad experience. I wish I would have gone here in the first place. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been trying to buy a car from this dealership for over a month. First contact was via a web response from a Mark Booth. We went and saw him, test drove a vehicle and waited for a call back from him regarding buying the vehicle. NEVER heard a word. We called and eventually were told he was no longer there. Next contact was with Justin who was a floor manager . We told him the exact car we wanted to buy, we made an appointment with him to test drive the car. We showed up at the appointment timely. Once we arrived, Justin searched for the keys and we were eventually informed the car had been traded to another dealer. However, Justin guaranteed us that in a few days (which was 6 days later - today - March 20, 2024) that the car we wanted would be in and he would be in touch. Never heard from him, we called and NOW Justin is no longer employed there. We then called to speak with another manager, was sent to voicemail and to this date and time have not heard a a word. Car sales must be booming! I am certain there is someone out there that will sell us the car we are looking for. Only option to post this is to give 1 star and I wouldn't event give this dealership a 1.

We won't buy a car from anywhere other than DeMontrond! For our Hyundai, we got a lifetime warranty that has been wonderful. We have been DeMondtrond fans for NINE YEARS now! The service department tends to be a little slow but we love our car and the folks at DeMondtrond Hyundai! The waiting room is comfortable so even though you might be here for a bit during an oil change, it's clean and well appointed.

Buying experience was typical . Drove 3 hours one way to purchase a 2023 Santa Cruz. Extremely low balled on my trade in. Was offered more when I wouldn't budge and after the salesman went to "talk to corporate"....The buy went pretty usual although the original salesman I had been in contact with was too busy when I showed up, so another salesman took over.Oddly, the original salesman kept begging me to give him a good score on the survey he was sending me . I'm guessing he gets some commission or something...(The vehicle has now been sitting at my local dealership over 2 weeks for transmission issues at 19k miles). More of a Hyundai issue than dealership issue.My main issue is apparently the customer service ends after you drive away . One year later, I've called this dealership 5 times in 5 weeks trying to talk to someone in the financial dept. I've left messages, filled out the online contact us form, and had the receptionist physically take them a detailed message 2 different times, including to the Financial Manager. Noone has ever returned my calls to answer the simplest of questions I have . I'll update this review if someone ever has the competence to call me back .

My wife and l just bought a car here and the service was amazing , if you all come here ask for Dee he will help you all out with everything and will make you all have a good and fun time , everybody is super nice and more then qualify for the job 10/10

I chose DeMontrond Hyundai after a negative experience at a Hyundai dealership much closer to home. Since then, I have had my car here on 3 different occasions for warranty service and maintenance. At first contact the service department was professional, courteous and concerned about getting the repair done in a timely manner. I learned through experience this is how they roll on the constant. Chris was my service contact/manager and he runs a great team there. The first service was an issue that had to be recreated, I was dismissed at the other dealership but Chris and his team figured it out. The second issue appeared to be a sensor gone bad, once again Chris and his crew figured it out. This repair took some time and DeMontrond was able to offer a loaner! DeMontrond has reasonable prices for oil changes and other maintenance issues as well. This team has earned my trust and I'll be returning and recommending them for any Hyundai owners in need of service or maintenance work. In fact, with the next auto purchase this month DeMontrond will be our first stop!

After purchasing a vehicle from Brad Northcutt at Demontrond Hyundai, we realized that we had been over charged in the midst of a late night close after about a 6 hour wait. After numerous attempts to get our 2000.00 that the manager agreed was due, we are here. Bad reviews and filing with BBB and Texas Attorney General's Office for poor business practice. We have allowed four months to pass hoping we would not have to waste our time doing this.Update: 4.13.24Demontrond made this right and applied 2000.00 to our account.Thank you

BEWARE: I had dropped my Santa Fe off for a scheduled service and left a white Yeti coffee cup on the front floor board of my vehicle.When I returned to pick the vehicle up the Yeti cup was gone.My vehicle was there for four days and the entire time the vehicle was left unlocked because I kept getting alerts from the app that my vehicle was left unlocked.When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I immediately noticed the cup was missing so I went back into the service department (before I left with the vehicle) and explained the cup was missing. The guy went and looked around in the shop and stated he did not find the cup. No other resolution offered.I have since (yesterday) spoke with Patrick the service manager and again..... Let me check into this and get back with you. If you want to be treated like your a problem and like you are hassling them for nothing...........when you report you have items missing from your vehicle this is the dealership for you. Customer service is horrible with returning calls or providing any solutions if you have an issue. They simply will not accept responsibility nor offer any kind of solution. Its like they will give you the run around until you give up and just walk away. I will not use this dealership for anything again.

My most recent purchase was this stunning, dark gray 2024 Palisade XRT. We are thrilled with the new car and with the ease of our DeMontrond deal.

The people at this dealership are awesome! I was low on charge and I went there to charge my Tesla without knowing that it wasn t compatible with the charging station there. One of the employees James came by to ask if we needed help in our situation, so he guided us to the charging station, then he went to his house and got an adapter for us to use on our car. I have my kids with me including my son with special needs and this act of kindness was very helpful.

Jonathan was super helpful and I left with the car of my dreams right off the showroom. Wasn't too pushy and I was super comfortable and happy with how everything went. I love my Kona and can't wait to drive it around some more.Edit to this 4 years later cause while I still love my baby, but bro the customer service just keeps getting worse here. How do you keep someone on hold for this long. I just wanted a price quote on a replacement part. Also let it be known the warranty forever thing is a scam. Just save up money for when you need work done.

I went in with less than high hopes, because I knew my odds of getting approved were slim to none. Working with Brian was pleasant, and I would work with him again. However, once my credit was ran-I never heard back from Justin T, the Sales Manager, who said I would hate to waste anyone s time. In fact, that s exactly what he did. If I didn t get approved, all I ask was that they let me know. Communication is key, right? Nope. Nothing...but I guess that s salesmen for ya. If you can t bring in money and/or a contract for them, they leave you hanging. No common courtesy/decency to give you a quick call or email.

What a mess! This dealership customer service is extremely poor. The financial team does not respond to emails, voicemail, phone calls and nothing. We left them voicemail after voicemail and no one has ever reached back to us. They act like a cult, scheme, and very dishonest. This is pathetic! Never had such a frustrating situation.

Brought in 2018 Elantra for diagnostics and was told it needed a new engine for $6000. Had the car towed to another shop for second opinion and discovered that a spark plug was broken. It was replaced and the car runs like new.So, it was obvious that the Demontrond "diagnosis" was either a lie or just laziness.I tried calling for several weeks to request a refund for the diagnostic work (they charged me around $160), but nobody from Demontrond would take my call, nor return my call. I finally spoofed my number and they answered on the first ring. I explained the situation to them, and they said they'd ask their "boss" if he'd agree to a refund and get back to me.Of course, they never did.So, I'm still out the $160.Stay FAR away from this "business".After the "response" requesting I email details to their feedback address, I did send the email. It's been 10 days and I've not received any form of reply. Guess I shouldn't have expected any action.

This review is for the purchase of a 2023 Genesis GV70. I cannot speak for the service department, but the sales group at this dealership is top notch.Located in Austin, I was forced to work with dealers in Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston to find the spec GV70 that we were looking for. We found one that was coming in to DeMontrond and contacted them and the process of buying through them was painless, while other dealers were wasting my time and giving me the runaround, or not returning my calls and emails, despite mentioning I was a serious buyer (their loss, just bought a car here instead).Kudos to Justin Matta, Nick Moore, Brad, and the gentleman in finance (my apologies, I didn t get your name).10/10 buying experience - I would return here for another vehicle should I need one.

I would suggest you look elsewhere. This was the worst buying experience.If you must shop here look for Tony. He is a good guyThe auto reply isn t necessary. As a customer you have all the information needed to reach out if you truly had interest.

My buying experience was great. My first several service experiences were also great. Something has happened to the service dept. In June I went it for a backup camera issue. I was told they had to order the part. No one called me when the part arrived. I called weeks later. They told me I was scheduled. I never received the text with appt info. I called a week later and spoke to Michael. He was new and said he d call me back - he did not. I called back the next day and left messages for Michael, Robert and Patrick the manager. I continued to call and finally got in to get the camera fixed in mid September. I asked them to do the inspection on that day as well. They could not complete the inspection because they had to dislocate the battery to repair the backup camera. Michael told me to call after I drove 50 miles and come back in to complete the inspection. I have been calling for 5 days. I once again have left messages for Michael and Robert and the customer service lady who answers the phone finally took my email today and said that she would email them. This is ridiculous it should not be this hard to talk to a human in the service dept. I hope this makes its way to the owners or someone that can help me and others.

After a very long day of hopping around nearby dealers for a new car, I was extremely refreshed to meet one of their salesmen.Mark Booth was incredibly candid and brief. He did not waste any time getting me a very reasonable quote. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle here, but Mark deserves some very solid praise and I would 100% recommend visiting this dealer first if you are bothering to read this and/or scoping out a place to purchase a vehicle.

Service for Genesis is slow. The service techs don't seem to know how to schedule work properly. It's rare that they return calls, including the service manager...I think his name is Patrick. I would have given one star, but I like their sales department and the Genesis products.

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I recently bought a 2023 Hyundai Elantra Limited and it was a pleasant process all throughout. From the moment I called, the salesman, Nicholas Moore, went out of his way to provide me with correct information about the colors and trims available. In addition, Nicholas was patient, courteous, friendly, welcoming, and respectful which can be hard to find nowadays. I definitely had a great experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Hyundai!

I bought my 2017 Hyundai Elantra here right after Harvey hit. The salesman and support staff were kind and honest, not taking advantage of the shock I was in having lost everything in the flood. Since then, I have taken my car exclusively to Hyundai Texas City for service. The same kind and honest culture extends to the service department. Usually David helps me and I have always had a good experience. I highly recommend this location for both sales and service. If you are looking to buy a Hyundai or need service for one, this is the place. Five stars from me!

STAY AWAY!!!! If I could rate a zero I would. They never answer my phone calls; when i speak to someone and I m advised I will be provided with a call back, they don t. Then, when I followed up AFTER my call they get upset I m calling. WHY? .. They currently have had my vehicle for a month. I ve gone to pick it up twice, they said it was ready . Both times it was not. It s a 2022 and the AC went out and they still can t figure out the problem. Aren t they experienced technicians ?! The excuse if they are short staffed? So is the rest of the world. I FINALLY received a loner from them after the 2nd week. After the third week, I m told one of the technicians is sick and they don t know when my car will be ready. I called again this week and was informed Robert was out of town but that they are working on my car. You mean to tell me the manager Robert that never returns my phone calls? That is the last update I was given. Like I mentioned, just stay away and save yourself the stress.
