Wish it would let me rate 0 star. These guys have had our car for almost 6 months for repairs from an accident that I was able to drive away from. Everyday it's another excuse. "the part came in but now you need something else" When I asked to see old parts they kept dodging the question. Never again

I had to get some body work on a brand new vehicle as part of a warranty claim. Paul was really helpful getting all the required parts and being flexible to get the work done. Very well trained technicians who specialize in GM vehicles. David was really meticulous and did a great job. A nightmare to deal with. If you do not have Allstate insurance DO NOT take your vehicle here. Take it to another Hyundai, Chevy, Mitsubishi Genesis dealer. I took my Hyundai to them as they are associated with Hyundai thinking they would fix the car right. Initially I was told it would take a week to fix the car, no one followed up, I called and they said I am on the list to call. Another week went by for parts and supplemental claims. Another couple of weeks went by with insurance going back and forth and me having to constantly ask for updates, in the end the insurance totaled the vehicle, the shop charged storage fees, tear down, assembly, and admin fees totaling over $2600 on top of that another $1935 for a blue print fee which they lowered to ($500). FYI if you are not with Allstate your insurance will not pay the blue print fees that the shop charges it will be out of your pocket, which they do not tell you about at any point until it s time to have the car released. They will keep your car and tack on additional storage fees. Spoke to the manager Clint and GM Kelly and they refused to waive the ridiculous fee on top of the the $2600. They did not care to tarnish the Demontrond name just to make a small profit. Trust me the negative reviews are real. BBB complaint has also been filed. Just trying to inform everyone about my experience. The staff is friendly, but over worked all management cares about is to maximize their profit. In the end they had the car 4 weeks charged over $3,100 to get my car released to the insurance. I gave them a chance to correct the bad faith but again the general manager did not want to resolve the issue of the blueprints as if $2,600 was not enough I had to pay $500 out of pocket. Hoping upper management sees this and we can come to a resolution.

I was rear ended by someone and had to get a bumper replacement. Took my truck here for the bumper replacement. It took them 7 days to replace the bumper after the parts had already arrived. After the bumper was replaced, I went to pick my truck up to discover that one of my tires had almost no air in it with a large screw/nail stuck inside of it. This nail was not there before I dropped the truck off. Rather than do the decent thing and replace my tire that they destroyed, they had their mechanics do an AWFUL patch on the tire and now it leaks and I have to refill it every 2 days.Stay away from this shop. They have a business deal with AllState. If you re unfortunate enough to be rear-ended from someone with AllState as their insurance, tell them you will take your vehicle in to any shop except this one.

My driver door needed adjustment, the vehicle was purchased at DeMontrond and they did not charge me any for the adjustment! They also installed a right rear lens that had been smashed for several years so my car is in a lot better shape now thanks.

I don't recommend going to this collision center. Staff was unhelpful and seemed to just tell you what you want to hear but couldn't deliver when it's time to pick up your car. The pick up date was changed multiple times and i would have to call them to see what was going on. I don't think that i received a single call from Paul. The first time i was told to pick up my car the bumper was put on lopsided and the body work was garbage. A month later i got my car back and the body was now good but the wiring for my trailer outlet was damaged and no longer worked. When i told Paul about this he said he would have to charge me to fix it if he looked at it and thought it wasn't something they did. Sounds more like ill fix it and say it was your fault and make more money off of you. I didn't go back after that my neighbor and i just fixed it ourselves and called it a day. It probably would have been another week before they would have got to it anyway. Just save yourself the TIME AND HEADACHE and go somewhere else.

Addendum: I want to reinterat. My experience with Paul was very professional and he kept in contact he definitely did his job. The ones that actually had the hands on my vehicle are the ones my husband and I are upset, because they are ones that put my life in jeopardyBy not putting my car bumper together. Therefore if I would have picked my car up to go out of town for evacuation due to Hurricane Laura that would have been the worst experience. I totally believe in customer svc. We made an appointment to have our car done. They had it for 10 days before starting. We had to call them and they would not return calls. They also broke parts on our car and said they would call us after they ordered them and they came in. After waiting 3-4 weeks we gave up and went to a better place.

Paul reyes is just the best guy in this facility that will help you with all your needs. Answered all my questions even helped me out after I picked up my truck from him on trying to get some other things fixed. Dropped off my 2016 Silverado z71 on Monday 1-27 and he had it ready for me by Friday 1-26. That men and answer when I called in to check up in my truck and even helped me with the insurance things that I dint get. Thank you very much Paul hopefully I don t ever have to come again but if I do ever have onother vehicle that needs repair, I will bring it to Paul for sure.

Great and timely repairs. All of the staff were customer friendly and helpful. Paul Reyes was over my repairs, I would 100% refer him and DeMontrond for use. If I have a future need for their service I will return be a return customer.

Do not go here! We had taken a vehicle here to get some minor dents out. There was no communication from them. I would have to call and rarely reached them. Paul and his associate were very short and unhelpful. The worst part is they had our vehicle for 3 weeks and didn't complete it. They actually broke parts on it and didn't fix it. I contacted our insurance took it somewhere else and it was completed in 3 days. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband had his brand new truck about a week when he was rear ended. They took care of everything and now you would never know anything happened. And they used replacement parts from Chevrolet instead of aftermarket.

When I got my 2017 Mercedes Benz c300 back from them it had a code which the collision guy paul told me he didn t know what it was and to take it to the Mercedes dealership , so I did only to find out I needed a battery because it had been run down , so I got with StateFarm and they said they wouldn t cover it even though it was their choice that I took it to demontrond , now I m stuck paying $250 for a new battery , I ve learned my lesson DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO DEMONTRONDServices: Tires, Body & Trim

Service rep would never return phone calls. We ended up calling State Farm and found another collision shop.
