Tony is the man. My car was throwing a code, something with O2 sensors and system being lean. He couldn't figure it out. Probably the non-OEM O2's I installed. He cleared all the codes and told me to drive the car for about 60 miles and get it inspected. And it passed.

Reason I did not do business because of bad customer service when contacting to get a price on a wind shield motor! Was told you just have to bring car in how do you know if it s the motor or just a fuse informed him we already took it to another shop and we trying to price match! He still said the same thing and the guy even hung up before I could ask how much would it cost for him to diagnosis! I had to call back and ask he said 65$! Would not recommend at all or trust them with my car!! Poor communication leads to other things!!

Cortez was able to get me in and install my part quickly. Unfortunately, I need to make another appointment and drop it off because another issue has risen, but that's the nature of having a vehicle, lol. I trust Cortex to take care of my vehicle needs quickly, honestly, and professionally. Highly recommend and 5 stars!!!!!

Tony is the best! Always has a smile and great customer service. Great prices great mechanical work and are awesome at keeping you updated about your vehicle. I completely trust them with my vehicle and as a women don t have to worry about being taken advantage of price wise. Don t trust my car anywhere else!

The prices are good and they do good work. They are fairly quick and have always been friendly but my number one key in any review is the helpfullness. Even call just to ask a question or get help figuring something out they have always been great. Thank you and yes your my go too spot to get work done.

My husband and I highly recommend Cortez. We have used Cortez auto pros numerous times for each of our cars. Time for diagnosis usually within a day or 2 (depending on how busy they are). Time for complete repair usually 1 to 2 days. Tony is who we usually work with. He is honest, courteous, diligent and expedient. We had our 2002 S10 tuned up and it ran AMAZINGLY better afterward (even the air conditioner stopped making a weird noise). An example of honesty is: My husband had an issue with his vehicle but it was undetectable at the time we brought it in. Tony said he couldn't find a problem and wouldn't feel right charging us but instructed us to bring back in if there was a problem. An example of courtesy: My SUV stalled at the neighboring gas station. Tony came next door and checked the battery ( no problems found after my vehicle sit for a bit) so I was on my way. VERY trustworthy team.

We spent a lot of money to fix our Tahoe and trusted them to fix it and every time they would call us saying it was ready for us to pick it up our vehicle would not be fixed and then other problems would occur that I never had before. We finally took a loss of $2000.00 dollars because we just couldn t trust it going back to their shop!

Took my truck for an alignment and they still left it worse than what it was. And asked to change a part on the truck and had been quoted for a part change and when asked to get it done they said it was like 300 dollars when they had said it would be 100 and when I told them to redo my alignment they pretty much told me to leave and to have a good day. So save your money and take your vehicles somewhere else.

They have been taking care of my cars for 10 years, from a 2017 Toyota tacoma to a 1955 Ford Fairlane and all my other cars I own. Everything from basic maintenance to major repairs. They do great work for a good price. I couldn't imagine anyone else taking care of my vehicles. They are courteous and knowledgeable, and if you're on the fence about them you should give them a try they are excellent.

Do not recommend. Saw ad for them at my church so I thought I would try them. My engine was knocking bad. I was told by one of their mechanics that my engine was bad and going out. I should replace it.I took it to another mechanic that I used before. He checked it and had my car repaired by the end of the day.The problem was the flywheel on my engine was broke.I will not go back.

Came here to get my AC worked on. I was told the compressor was out and they needed 1200 to replace it before they even found the leak. My friend found the leak and fixed it for 35 dollars. Every one I've told this story to talked about how trash this place has become over time.. Won't be returning.

Please do not take your car here. I paid to get my AC fixed and have my radiator fixed as well. The repair of the radiator was fine. The AC problem, he could not tell me why it wasn't working, he just put Freon in and said it may or may not work long term... Needless to say did not work long term and I had to go to another mechanic to get it fixed. Also, after I left the check engine light was still on. I took it back to the mechanic and he explained to me that a sensor was making the light come on but he did not know the exact name of the sensor, nor did he know how to fix the problem...

I do not trust anyone else with my vehicles. Cortez is honest and the best price around. Oil changes are super quick and they are very personable.

Very nice and professional. Fixed the problem in a timely manner and went the extra mile and gave me a ride home so I didn't have to sit there. Will be back!!

staff was vary dismissive of my questions and concerns about work I already payed for .I feal like the thing I asked to be fixed is still not fixed ,but I am out $700.

Completely ruined my alignment worse when I left then when I took it then never fixed it simply said not much I can do I don t know what s wrong with it never going back wasted 80$Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

not recomendable. took my Honda to have timing belt fix. idk what they did but car came out the same and still wanted to charge me 200+ dollars.
