I had a great experience at Cook Ford. Came in to get me a more gas efficient mom car because mine was high mileage and giving me a lot of problems. They honored my trade in for my BMW. My salesman Daniel made the car buying process quick and easy. I am a person that is usually always pressed for time and having to get things done quickly.. He had my paperwork ready once I got to the dealership to sign and got me over to financing in a timely manner. Good deal and no sketchy vibes. If you re at Cook Ford you need to go see Dan the car man.

I came in to buy a car and my sales person was MORGHAN!!! She was awesome and made everything so smooth, Bryan Fraser was also super awesome. We then went to finance where Lou helped me find a good bank that had a better rate than my personal bank, also car note ,gap, and warranty all in the price range I was looking for. I will definitely be back if I m ever in the market for a new car

Had a wonderful buying experience with Jim Cook Ford. My husband and I have never bought a car before and they made the experience one to never forget. They treated us as valued customers. Never made us feel hassled or uncomfortable. Would highly recommend buying from them!

Hector was an amazing salesman.I came in looking for a F150 and hector found me the perfect one. I didn t feel pressured or rushed into buying it.he was very understanding that I wanted a truck with certain stuff/trim Etc. and didn t push me away by trying to sell me something else. Was focused and Determined to find ones to my liking.I ll also have to mention Louis Deluna in financing.Very respectful, understanding and caring when doing all the Paperwork. It is my first vehicle purchase alone and Louis explained everything being clear and transparent as much as possible. Answering every question I asked with the best detailed answers.Overall amazing experience, I ve been to other dealerships and this one is by far the best. (From being ignored or not truly invested in my needs, or just another salesperson just trying to collect a check) It may be small but it is a welcoming trustworthy place to come and become a ford owner.

A business associate referred me to the Cook Ford service department. They said they re different. They re better. They re honest. They re old school. I tried them out. I met the service manager, and I liked the integrity of the service department. I love Ford trucks, but I ve had such horrible experiences with service that I was ready to switch. That meeting made my decision to buy another Ford. I Gave Cook Ford's sales dept a visit and bought a new King Ranch F150. The sales team and the service are honest and work hard for the customer. I left them feeling good about my transaction.

The Service Department at Jim Cook Ford is wonderful! We have used them twice because they were recommended and we know why!!! They are polite, get the job done in a timely manner and the customers needs comes first! Only regret we have is that we didn t buy from them .. our next purchase will be from Jim Cook Ford! Great experience we highly recommend!

Finally, a hassle free experience! Daniel our salesman, was friendly and knowledgeable. My husband and I felt comfortable, not pressured. The sales manager Russell worked diligently to get as close to our trade in values we wanted (and I mean almost spot on). Chris with Finance, through his extensive knowledge, went above and beyond by getting us the best rate. The team efforts at Cook Ford, put us in two brand new vehicles!! If you are looking, for transparency, and an awesome experience,I recommend Cook Ford -hands down!!

Beau was terrific. He mentioned being newer to Cook Ford, and overall new to the field. But that didn t work against him at all. Very confident and friendly. Next time I buy, I hope to be able to work with him. Fantastic customer service. The loan officers were excellent! Finance got me in and out quickly and answered all of my questions. Honestly the longest wait was the detail. But the truck is BEAUTIFUL. So happy to be back in a ford. Thank you Beau and all of Cook Ford.

I had a fantastic experience at Cook Ford in Texas City while working with Paul Moreno and their Finance Manager, Louis. Paul was a pleasure to work with, and Louis demonstrated exceptional expertise. I'll definitely return when I need another commercial vehicle. The process was smooth, and I felt truly appreciated throughout. Highly recommend this dealership!

Great experience with Cook Ford! Relaxed and very professional establishment. No high pressure sell.Gabriel Saenz was the professional gentleman that helped me with my new mustang. He answered all the questions I had and got me exactly what I wanted. Ask for Gabriel when you go and he will do all he can to help you.Unfortunately the car had a dent on it before pulling off the lot, but they said they ll make it right and to come back to get it fix.Overall great experience. I would buy all my new cars here.Thank you Cook Ford family.

I bought my '23 Hyundai hybrid last weekend from COOK FORD and I can't give enough thanks and gratitude to them! I've bought more than a few cars over the years in TX, NJ, CA, MA, FL. The sales team was amazing. They really heard what I was trying to achieve. I was able to do it 100% online, which was required of me.But the star of the show - LOUIS DELUNA, the Finance Manager. He was flawless. No surprises, no delays; his attention to detail was great. Last night, I learned from Hyundai America that I needed a document in order to complete the ownership transfer. Louis answered my call (after 8 p.m.) and sent me what I needed immediately, all with a smile. The financing he got me was literally perfect. It was exactly what I needed and wanted. It was flawless.I cannot thank the team there enough.THANK YOU, LOUIS!!!!

Special ordered a bronco through Cook. Process was seemless and they were communicative through the process as it took a while to be built. Tony and Eric were awesome sales guys and did not pressure rather just listened. Finance deptpartment was also transparent and did not pressure anything extra. They laid out the facts and then accepted the customer decision.Overall great experience

I dealt with Eric Osorio after submitting an online lead for a used vehicle. He was very pleasant and factual. I asked him to take certain pictures of the vehicle so that I could evaluate the vehicle condition without being there in person. (See a few below) He represented the vehicle perfectly (it was easy, the one owner-Mercedes-serviced-92,000 mile ML350 was almost like it was when it came off the line!). Thank you to CarFax for the assist as well. I had a BIG ask for Eric to look and see if there was any oil showing on any of the 4 shocks. None, perfect!We arranged the deal over the phone and I sent my son and his Mom to go get the vehicle. No changes or misdirection when they got to the dealership. They met with finance and the deal was finalized with minimal fuss.I would highly recommend Eric, he was honest and did exactly as I asked knowing that I would not see the vehicle until the family drove it back home. He took the stress out of buying from Cook Ford.

I went to Cooks Ford just to look at some used trucks and ended up buying a fantastic used ram 1500 Laramie. My sales person Hector was absolutely fantastic as well as the finance department, which got me financing quickly and efficiently. It is a wonderful, dealership that will take of you!!

This was a very smooth transaction. We were pre qualified for a great APR with Ford, before we went in. The price of the truck was 7 to 10 thousand dollars less than anyone else in the area for the same truck. We got what every internet site was offering on our trade in. Zach was low pressure an we left happy. Would recommend them to anyone looking!

Crook Ford is more like it. Tried to charge me 4100 for a torque converter when every mechanic in town will do it for less than 1000. Shame on you, Crook Ford!!!Update- 3000 of that was labor charges. When I asked why a 4 to 5 hour job is 3000 in labor, they couldn't give me an answer. They flustered and said we could probably negotiate that.Then when I asked why they didn't catch the problem 4 months ago when I brought my car in and had a transmission diagnostics done for 300 bucks because I felt slipping. They looked it up and said that was slipping and all was good, this is a knocking you reported this time. I just told her these are both symptoms of a bad torque converter. At this time they handed my keys and told me I could leave without paying the 190 owed for Crook Ford service department's attempt at scamming me out of my hard earned money.My advice to anyone getting work done here is to do your research. They will screw you hard. The parts list alone was a joke. The tried to make money on every nut and bolt. I seriously doubt that every nut and bolt needed is 4 to 6 dollars each.

Really quick to get my brand new 2023 F-150 Platinum. Thanks to sales person, Paul Moreno, he has helped me get an insane deal and made getting the truck of my dreams possible. Also he has a great sense of humor and is more real/friendly than any sales person I have ever encountered. Thank you Paul, and Cook Ford. Will never do business with a dealership that resorts to scam mailers to get people in the door. Place was packed with phony $2000 winners. This is supposed to build trust to purchase a vehicle? But hey, they said I really won $5. Expressed not worth the time and gas money wasted and walked out. Nice going Crook Ford a great way to take advantage of people struggling in this economy!

Hands down, the best New car buying experience I ve ever had!! The team at Cook is second to none! From my sales person Lisa, to Kelly in finance, had a service team member Jeff come to speak with me, and even the owner Mr Cook came over during the car buying process. I got the truck I wanted, and a better price than I wanted, and did it all in about 75 minutes. I m over the top pleased with Cook Ford!Update 8/10/2019They ve done it again! I wanted a new truck, these guys didn t have one on the lot. In less than 24 hours they had it, a model better than expected!! Great price, easy close! No one is beating Cook Ford!!!
