This is the best alignment and repair shop I ve ever been to. They quickly diagnosed my suspension issue on my Escalade and got us back on the road safely. My wife loved hanging out with the very kind ladies in the office while repairs were made. It s a family buisness with a warm environment while you wait. I witnessed several employee and customer interactions while we waited and I was amazed at the honesty and generosity of the entire staff. I m a car guy and from what I could tell this shop shoots straight as an arrow. We drive from Galveston to this shop because they are absolutely the best!

Lauren is amazing, always goes out of her way to help out around your schedule and detailed explanation on what was done to your car. Dave is wonderful on explaining what work was done and what needs to be done. Both need a major raise!!!!! Chapmans will take care of all your car needs at a fair price. Wish I could give more stars!

I went here because i was just passing by. They got me going but it is a shop, it's pricey and it's a nice little place. I truly appreciate what they did even tho i still need my truck fix. Just couldn't afford it at the time. But they are kind and very helpful.

Got an alignment job done. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable.My vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and I was given an eta for completion and they stood by it actually it was done earlier than expected. Absolutely insisted I needed very expensive work. Swore my car was a danger without when I only came in for an alignment. Tried to charge me for diagnosing it- I didn t ask for that. Took to my mechanic and they found nothing wrong and did alignment in minutes, not hours.

Awesome Service, efficient and always honest on repair work. Josh and his team are great at taking care of their customers. The only suggestion I have is for the Fantasy football league management. It could use some upgrades and transparency. Other than that we love Chapman s Front End & Brakes and recommend everyone to use them for your vehicle needs.Service: Brakes

Real professionals on the job here! The technician who aligned my 07 nissan junkheap discussed with me the anomalies and pitfalls inherent with this particular brand of vehicle and his adjustments made the horrid "economy car" run straight up the road! No easy task, given the circumstances. Very knowledgeable crew with competitive pricing! What I spent here (and it was less than $100) was worth every last penny and gave me peace of mind. A mere "drop in the bucket" for this "money pit" of a vehicle! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED SHOP!!!

What a wonderful staff with quality and honest work! The owner kept me updated with what was being done to the vehicle and the rest of the staff was unbelievably friendly, polite, and most importantly professional. Although the work done to the truck took a bit longer than anticipated, I would much rather have that than them just doing a lazy job. When I came to pick the vehicle up, the owner took his time to explain to me what caused the delay as well as showing me the old parts to ensure that it was replaced to my satisfaction. I will absolutely come back in the future and definitely recommend these guys for others.

Always a great experience at Chapman's! Latest was an inherited Jeep...with inherited brake issues. Weird and complicated, but Josh and the team went down the rabbit hole with me and got my dad's Jeep all fixed up and working perfectly. Also fixed a front end rattle I could find.

**I highly recommend this company!!** They were reasonable, friendly and also it was very fast service. As to where other mechanics would have been 5 hours to do the work, they were done in two hours. Yay!! Definitely going back to fix my A/C next!!! Thanks Mr. Josh!! Y all are awesome!!!

Very nice and professional. Also reasonable priced. I brought my car in on Saturday @ noon without an appointment and they were able to get me right in and done in a little over an hour. I just needed front brakes but the mechanic checked my back breaks without me even asking him to.

I have a 2010 Lexus RX350. It was time for a brake job. This place came highly recommended to my husband. I took the Lexus there. It supposedly needed2 new rotors as well as a front and rear brake job. I had bought the vehicle about a year prior and never did like the brakes; too spongey. Got it back and it did ok for several months, then the rotors they replaced started warping, and the brake pedal was getting too close to the floor when stopping. Longer story short, ended up at the Lexus dealership. Warped rotors again. Bleeding the entire brake line took care of that spongey feeling and brakes have been just fine for 6000 miles now.

I have used Chapman's for my personal vehicles, and we use them for our work trucks as well. We have had nothing but amazing service since we started sending our cars their way. Great people and a competitive price. They did such a great job this last time, we knew we owed it to them to post a review.Their services are many, but this last job was an alignment. From start to finish, we were communicated with and shown great care. The truck is driving like never before! I highly recommend using Chapman's Front End & Brakes.

Went here just now for an inspection. Courteous employees, Josh and Chris and the front desk lady were all really nice. In and out in about 30 mins can't beat that! Going to come back for brake service!

My Air Conditioning on my car went out. I work in Midland, TX and got an estimate of $1,400 to fix it. I went home to Galveston and went to see the great folks at Chapman. They not only squeezed me in but the AC blew so cold after they fixed it I was just amazed. Their charge was $925. Thank you for a great price and service that went above and beyond. They not only got back to work on time but the ride for me and my dog was so comfortable. Thanks so much. Cynthia Watson

My car was taken to them to be diagnosed for brake problems. They diagnosed the master cylinder which I knew that but they also added 2 wheel cylinder, 2 brake drums and rotors. First of all the wheel cylinders are behind the drums and to diagnose them u have to take the drums off. Let me tell you those drums have never been off until I did last night . The cylinders are fine and the drums are fine. Why they would do something like that beats me but I m doing my own work

First time I have used them and will be using them again. Josh and his team are extremely helpful. I had been having trouble with the brakes on my GMC Sierra for quite some time and they took care of the brakes a few other things that s came up. This is my only form of transportation and they made it to where they could work on my truck during time/day that I didn t need it. Great service, knowledgeable and friendly! Amazing job Chapman s Front End & Brakes!
