I've been doing business with Benny's for 40 years. They have always been great! They are taking care of some issues with my Yukon right now. It's wonderful to have people here in Texas City who you can trust. Thank you.

Bennys is always great at taking care of our vehicles we have. We take all our vehicles here. Their communication is great. Their honest and have great integrity with their work. It s been so affordable bringing our cars to Bennys. They give us a higher estimate of what it might be which prepares us, but every time it s been very affordable and they fix everything we ask for. They always know exactly what the vehicle needs. They re all great at what they do. We love Bennys!!Services: Electrical, Auto engine tuning, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

Best repair shop ever. Benny is a straight shooter, saved me time and money when I was getting a false code. A $350 service turned to $175 and avoided unnecessary time, money, and aggravation. Thanks guys.

I went in to Benny's with the intention of getting my a/installed. I told him that I wanted my whole ac done. He asked me to leave it for him to check on it. I did as so. After checking it out he told me that it would be $1200. I took that as a great price to have a brand new ac system. Unfortunately that's not what I got. Only thing he did was put a new compressor in and flush the old lines and recharged the system. Needless to say it went out in a week and a half. I took it back because it's still under warranty. I was told it was my condenser. He tried to charge me over $400 to get a new condenser and install it. Which was something that was supposed to be done with the $1200 service as said on my receipt. About a month later it was out again. Went back to him but got nowhere so I took it to another mechanic. Haven't had any problems since. Needless to say I will NEVER go back to Benny's and they will NEVER get a good recommendation from me. So to Mr. Benny I have one thing to say F**K YOU

I was panicking because my car wouldn't start and check engine light popped on.. i was thinking worst case. Being new to the area, I didnt know a good local shop to take my car to. Changing the battery was all that was needed and I was relieved. I'll taking my car there from now on.

Benny s stepped up to the plate and helped finish my 2010 Nissan Rouge. Alignment and a couple of other minor repairs. Yes 100% small town hospitality. Straight forward repair and conversation with what needed to be done. History of how long they have been in business is amazing from the Dad now to the son. Honesty just doesn t get any better. Home town honesty at its best.Again Texas City needs to be proud of business.Retired Chef Gene

Everyone at Benny's is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Anytime I have an issue if I can make it there I'll happily go out of my way to do so.

These guys are great, it's always a good sign when you see a restored muscle car out front lol. Everyone was super cool, they got the car in and out in a few hours. And the car is back to driving like it's on rails. I will definitely have them do the alignment on my Trans Am when she's road woethy again. Thanks guys!

Best people & best prices! I only go to Bennys. Im middle aged single & have trouble sometimes getting around (spine issues) They have ALWAYS been soooo kind & at times I think they should have charged me more. Family owned & ran. Once you give them a try you wont go anywhere else!!!

Doesn't warranty work, said motor mounts were needed for a tire issue, doesn't want to fix problems caused by them. Will blame customer and not want to fix issues. Go elsewhere!

Superior accurate, friendly and fast service!Update: 12/28/2017 - Benny s is a local institution well known and well respected in the community. We don t usually check other repair shops in the area for pricing because we trust Benny s from experience. This time our 08 Tundra needed a tensioner pulley so we shopped around to 4 additional shops in Texas City. We found Benny s to be on par with the lowest estimate! Quality service, quality customer service and timely service!! You just can t beat them on every level!

Fast and honest service. The only thing was he didn t call me to let me know what was wrong and fixed it anyways, but he helped me get it right, I am definitely going to be coming back. I am thankful it wasn t a huge problem especially in this time of need. Thank you Benny.

Great service. Was told exactly what problem was, they repaired my vehicle, and I got my vehicle back within hours. The staff (especially Ben) was terrific. Couldn't ask for better service.

Told me it wasnt gonna be a small job.....said its best to replace the whole assembly.....really just need the lugs and bolts replace.....ended up being a small job.....cmon....dont rip off your community.........we asked for help........not a rip off......just deny us next time.....even autozone agreed.....smh.....dont turn it into a big job if not necessary......live and learn.....we do

Went here to get my clutch changed on my scion the service was ok and they changed the clutch but when I picked up my car I was driving down the road they left my hood open and it almost popped up had to stop and pull over to close it properly and when I turned on my sound system it didn't work started checking wires they pulled out my amp cable connected to the battery called and asked about it they said it wasn't hooked up to anything and the threw the cord in the back seat not very professional will not be bringing my car back

These folks were sooo helpful. I was passing thru from Fl to Austin, developed a coolant leak on my Jeep Liberty, my cousin in Texas City suggested I give them a call. It was 1230, I explained my situation and they said come on over that they would take a look at it. The gentleman in office took a quick look and said no problem, would be ready in an hour or so . It was and got me to Austin that day. God bless them ! Glad it happened in great state of Texas ! THANK YOU BENNYS AUTO REPAIR !
