They've had my car for months, with no communication unless I call. I've left multiple messages with no return call. Bobby answer the phone and has no answers and says I told Arturo to call you, he hasn't yet. It took 2 months to get a supplement quote to my insurance. Nearly 3 weeks after they first told me it would be submitted. I still don't have my car back, or any response after being told it will be ready this week 3 weeks in a row.

These people do an awesome job!! I think this time we went in, though, things were very quiet and business bleak so we got a huge bill, but we had agreed to it.

El peor body shop de texas city. Me arepiendo aver llevado mi troca a este lugar. Arturo nomas es el nombre que le quedo del shop biejo, antes estaba en la 9st n y la 9 ave n. Ay tenia los mejore trabajadores y ahora solo el ase el trabajo y no lo ase como debe de ser. Ne iso un fraude y con barias cosas de la troca, por ejemplo el aliniamiento de mi troca la cual el dice que le iso y al manejar la troca aun jalaba para un lado con el bolante pando. Yo page a Chapman para que la aliniaran y isoeron un buen tranajo. Mi conpania pago una cantida alta para aserlo y el se nego en aserlo. No quiso pagar la llanta que mi aseguranse le pago a el por mas de 350$ y a mi nomas me dio 250$ para que yo la buscara. Me puso una luz usada, cuando le pagaron por una nueva. La pintura no se ve bien en el panel de atras y el no responde. La fog lights me la dejo desconctada para que yo no me diera cuanta, la troca quedo con problemas por el accidente y el le dijo a la aseguransa que no tenia nada que ver con el accidente, ahora me toca pagar a mi para poder areglarla. Me prometio que en 3 semanas Iva a estar y se tardo 6 semanas. Me toco rentar carro a mi por las otras dos semanas restantes. Able con mi aseguransa y como el se quedo con el se quedo con el dinero de lo que no le iso a mi troca ahora me tocara demandarlo con un chingo de pruevas y audios de llamada y de video y recivos. Por aser fraude, penso que no iva a pedir yo los recivos de lo que mi aseguransa pago, fue una cantidad de mas de 10,000$ que pagaron para un trabajo mal echo.
