Truly one of the best shops around I have no problem taking my vehicle to them they make sure I'm good everything. Plus the last time I went they had my truck and wanted to make sure the problem was fix cause they saw I was feed up with my truck. Those guys are understanding and want to make sure you are great before you drive off.

Goodness...they are abnormally, unusually nice and kind. I want to be family with all of them .I think their prices run about average. The service is great. Jobs are done quickly. I appreciated all of those things

They are the very best place to go for service for your vehicle. The service is great,they will get you in and out as soon as possible, and everyone there are great. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else and they will be honest and upfront with everyone.

DREW is AWESOME!!!! This next comment does not reflect Drew in any way... Wilson Firestone Tire Center should be able to honor Firestone Complete Auto Care Warranties!!! Kind of false advertising if you only accept the Firestone Mastercard and not the Firestone Credit Card.

Friendly and professional staff! I am a mechanic myself and I had a customer who was on the road 400 miles away in 100+ temps and begin to panic because her AC stopped working due to a so slow leak causing a freeze up of the evaporator, she has an elderly dog that she knew would suffer if the AC went out in the middle of nowhere and wasn t sure what to do about it. She was giving a referral by a local so pulled up to Wilson tire & auto. the staff took care of the problem, the technician politely explained what was going on, repaired the vehicle and had her and her beloved dog back on the road very fast. my hat is off to y all at Wilson. thank you kindly. Need auto service in the Texarkana area, give them a shot!

The staff here is amazing. I have a 2020 Silverado that getting dealership to do anything is impossible and finding parts is impossible. In the over 20 years I been driving I have been to dozens of shops and hands down the exceeded all expectations

Had a problem with my right front tire. My tires were worn and I needed new ones. The rear tires were in good shape they told me. I got two new tires and an alignment and my VW Jeff is running smoothly. I am happy with the services and honest work they did.

What separates one business from another?Management?Teammates?Customer service?Quality of work?Price?In this case the manager who cares about the customers whom he sells to,takes care of or the many customers who have been taken care of under the Firestone Umbrella.I came in stressed out because my horse (minivan) was ailing from a defective alternator, low on funds and needing help.I talked to 2 people persons who understood my situation.The lady knew her job about cars and explained to the manager my problem.I didn't have my receipt but he took charge and well the rest is history.Thanks to him he repaired it ,"no additional cost.When i asked how much "he stated nothing you already paid for it once"So just relax and we'll take care of you.

Hours clearly say open until 5pm. When I showed up at 430 they refused a simple oil change because it was too close to closing time. Close at 430 if you don't want to help a customer. Lost my business forever and will recommend everyone avoid. Bad mouthed another business while there as well.

I have been a Wilson Tire customer for too many years to count. Sans and Drew and their associates provide excellent service! Whether it's a new set of tires or help fixing a car problem, they are knowledgeable, friendly and prompt!

First place I've taken my vehicle's to in Texarkana and got it back in under 24 hrs nice friendly atmosphere and they don't have a problem explaining your vehicle's issue keep up the excellent work guy's

Used to work here and also go here when I need help and I am in town. Mr. Wilson is a fair employer. He cares and knows how his employees want to go home and enjoy their families. He doesn't rip people off like the others. So the complaint about the oil change at 4:30 is unethical you showed up late. If you have a flight at 10 you don't show up at 9:30 there are other people getting there cars fixed. Mechanics need to finish doing what they need to do. Cause ten people showed up at three for an oil change.

My family has been doing business with this Firestone for as long as I can remember. Very rarely are there any problems after they fix your vehicle and if there is a problem, they fix it no questions asked and then you no longer have to worry about it.

My family has used Wilson Tire for years. They have excellent customer service, I have never been dissatisfied by their service. They are the only place I trust with my car as well as my family! Sans and Drew are amazing!

Good people, good prices, clean shop. I'm seeing them again in the morning to start some long needed servicing/replacing of some worn suspension parts!
