Came in December 30 at 7 am to have a tire leak fixed. After 30 minutes, tech claimed there was no leak even though tire had been flat that morning. Leak was big enough it stranded me less than an hour later. Total incompetence or laziness?!

We had gotten a flat tire while driving from Austin to Little Rock in the evening of July 3rd. Of course nothing was open except Walmart Auto Care. We finally arrived at our hotel at 3:45AM and they opened at 7. I got up early and called them and they were so kind to check to see if they had the type of tire I would need if it required replacement. Fortunately, it did not. They checked me in and took my truck straight back, was able to patch the hole, replaced my spare under the truck (which was a pain to get down). They had my son and I back on the road in less than an hour. They had also checked all the other tires and aired them up for me. So grateful!

Called over phone to service center. The lady I spoke with was very polite and helpful. Went next day got 2 tires no problems with experience. Will use again.

Attendant was less than happy to see a customer pull up. She turned her ahead away when speaking. She never smiled. Granted it was hot out, but customer service shouldn't suffer. I went in for air in my tire that I bought extended warranty on; I guess I could have road it flat and just got it replaced.

If you need some tires or a battery, Texas Walmart guys will have you in and out so quick. I love their honesty if they should come across another problem, they will show you what it is and approximate cost to repair. I like doing square business and receiving a fair handshake at the end of the transaction. Well done Walmart auto!

Those women who work in this department are very experienced with the parts they sell. Ms. Betty is so friendly and knowledgeable. All those ladies are wonderful.

the folks there where very nice and Very Professional..pretty quick too..I went in for an oil change, and I was out in 25 minutes..

The rudest staff we've ever dealt with. Customer service is what keeps customers coming back..We definitely won't be be to this place!

Stood outside 25 minute to talk to someone about getting an oil change. Went inside they said they couldn't do it. I had to go back out side and waited 10 minutes before someone finally made it to me.
