I got a 1999 Chevy pickup that I needed the long rod that lowers the spare tire. I called uapi in Texarkana. he said yea I got them for 5$. I head up there walk around for 45 minutes and find one. The guy there said that'll be 12$. I told him I had just called and got a price for 5$. He said I don't know who you talked to but it's 12. I sat there for a second before I said, you can just keep it. Then the guy got smart Alek and pulled out the end of it and said I'll sell you just this piece for 5$. We ended up yelling at each other with me calling him a liar and a con man. He said I wasn't allowed back and he'llremember my face. That's good because these prices gougers and liars can go to...... It's not like I don't have 12$, it's the principle of it. In the past I've been there at the pay window and heard someone else say the same thing about them pricing up when you go to pay. It seems like the guys answering the phone giving prices are different than the pay window guys. While I was out there I saw a transmission laying on the ground , I called the office to ask the price, the guy said 150$ I offered him 100$ he refused and countered with a smart comment. Hello, you work at a junk yard. Unprofessional and very smart Alek staff.

Talked to a man over the phone told him exactly what I needed idle air control bolts he said come get em. I got there went got what I wanted in the rain come to.the window to pay and the same guy said I can't just sell you the bolts got an additude with me told me I had to buy the whole assembly and said if I didn't like it I could take my buisness elseware. Rude people who.think there junk is gold.

Have A Few Dodges, Am Looking For A Wheel For My Truck. I Looked At So Many. There Lot Is Full Of Every Vehicle Possible. If You Need A Part, I'd Check Them Out. They Lent Me A Four-way, But The Wheel I Thought Was Right, Was 3 Inches Too Small. So I Had To Go Elsewhere To Find A Wheel. They Are So Friendly And Helpful. Really Appreciate There Help And Information. Went Saturday March 16th And It Was Very Busy, Need More Dodge Trucks, All Pretty Much Stripped. Got A Few Parts I Needed.

Unless a vehicle I need parts from goes there from here on out, I will not go anywhere else. The place and employee interaction was fabulous, great job in putting this place together. The 1 1/2 hr drive to get there was well worth the effort. Great job!

****Inventor's ParadiseIt's not only for parts of the car/trucks. Things like using the AC compressor for solar AC for a small room. Using the lights for low voltage lighting and daisy up batteries for a welder even.Actuators of flip doors windows door locks etc could be manipulated in being other useful items. Seats that are heated in some models just might be your upgrade in the build of a tractor.Engine block coffee tables with led lighting, might be that Father's Day item that sells that you built.People are hungry for something different, men build shyt it's just fun to do and if it's what makes you money then how could it be work?YouTube your builds, and BAM! MORE $$$$ Ka-Ching!But I did need a back glass and it was far cheaper than the replacement dealer.Quit wishing or thinking about, GO and make it happen.

Some prices are going up. Been going there since it first opened. Membership cards are now $20.00 my first was $5. But I know it for all the fuses, spark plugs, gas caps, switches, wire, tubing people's are not paying for.

Nice clean place for a junk yard as long as they have what you looking for it's remember to have tools u pull it but they also have tools you can use in a box

Super nice service! Walked in with my part and they marked it. I had to agree to terms of use of the salvage yard with a picture and a simple touchscreen. Went out to the well organized yard and found several cars to choose from and had no problem finding my part. Went back to the front office and my part was super cheap, $23! I will be back for sure!

The employees tie up equipment and are rude cursing at people. And vary disrespectful. Even seen a young kid talking down to a old man calling him names. Needs to fire staff and higher new employees. Besides that. they have a big selection of cars

Very helpful staff! They didn't have the used part i was searching for but they were able to order a new one for me at about the same price as I would have had to pay from the internet. Better customer service than the big box auto parts stores.

Gave them a call and they said there was a truck like mine in the lot. I walked inside and was asked immediately what I needed. They remembered the call and I was directed to a specific, numbered row of vehicles. About halfway down was the one I wanted and, Glory Be!, it had the tail light I needed. 3 bolts and $15 later, and I was on my way home!

When you call and get a price for your car not only is that not the price they are going to go by but they act like you never called at all....and then don't offer any help to anyone dropping off a vehicle that you sell them at an extremely low price.....sure if you're trying to find a cheap part it's a good place I guess but they can't even guarantee if the parts work and their customer service is awful! I have two other cars to get rid of and would've sold them to them for people to be able to get the parts but after these experiences I will not use them for parts or sell them any other vehicles!

I just had an awesome experience on the phone with one of the employees . He was so friendly, made me laugh, you just don t get any better customer service then what they offered there!! I will recommend them to everyone I know! Thanks James I will be buying there soon!

Had gotten a slightly damaged hose, upon paying, employee made it clear that I could exchange or return product if to badly damaged, sure enuff had no problems the next day exchange. Always helpful and polite enough.

Drove 1 1/2 hours from Shreveport (called first) to do business with them and was pulled 15 minutes before closing when I only had about 15 minutes of work left. Offered to pay $200 for 30 more minutes and they refused. All were jerks and smart asses about it and made it very clear they didn't care about their customer.

Great place on prices but if you forget to show your membership, YOU WILL PAY MORE. They really should ask you for your membership card. I forget then end up paying more. I am speaking for the Texarkana (Nash) location only.

Cars are in rows by type and brand, off the flat gravel ground. Organized, neat, and clean. Prices are reasonable and posted for major components.
